This is a wonderful, clean & friendly hotel in the heart of Martina France. I have come many times since 2012 & always have a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay but the room was super small as was the bathroom for 3 adults. It looked larger in the photos. Their blow dryer kept turning off (over heating). The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good!

Great older hotel of a bygone era Room was large but had no conveniences bathroom was large but had the smallest possible shower jammed in one corner Pool was wonderful and well kept But huge missed opportunity as there was no bar or food service. A drink on the balcony would have been fabulous as would some food options To me an opportunity missed, which could turn it into a much better experience

Really lovely and welcoming staff. Rooms were clean. No tea/coffee in the room, but this seems normal in Puglia. Really lovely pool area, again with helpful staff. Good value.

Perfectly fine for 2/3 days. Limited dining options in very large, usually empty restaurant. Staff very helpful. 20 minute walk to martina Franca old town along main road. Pool is shared with public club and when not closed is busy with lots of school children.

We stayed here for a family wedding which was being held at a nearby location. The hotel is walking distance to the town (20 mins) where there are some lovely little restaurants and cafes. What a wonderful three-night stay we had in Martina, in no small part to Sara and Francisco, who were amazing. The room itself was fantastic; we've stayed in Trulos in Italy before, but being in the heart of the old town as well felt almost fairytale. The room was superbly fitted out, and Sara's decorations made it extra special.

The absolute best place to stay in Martina Franca. The best location, beautiful room, friendliest hosts, and a great breakfast. 5 stars are not enough.

This was a big mistake to reserve this place. On the website, it looks quite nice. But we never asked a question, "Do you have a window?" This TINY room is the size of a hobbit hole, and does NOT have ANY windows. It is very inconvenient and not inexpensive. Neither the place's cuteness nor the excellent service and attention provided by the owners can compensate for its deficiencies.

If only all places were like this. The couple that run this place go above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. Set in the old town, the room is as authentic as it gets yet still very comfortable. She picked me up at the train station and brought me to the adorable little apartment on a quiet side street but in the middle of this quiet charming town. Beautiful hotel with professional staff. Delicious breakfast buffet with cooked to order eggs. I am deducting one star because our room was at the back of the pool house and we had to wait an eternity for limited hot water. If you stay here you have to look out for a post at the end of the turnoff road with chevrons on and press the button to ask the reception to open the gate. It is easily missed...

On the10th of August we were here for a dinner party under the starry night by a beautiful pool and good live music. The atmosphere was fantastic and elegant. Traditional fresh food and drinks served by attentive staff made the night one to remember for a long time. Definitely will use this venue again in the future for a big celebration of mine...

More like a bigger villa with spacy cozy rooms. Cleaned regularly and anything you need is quickly delivered. Pool and the exterior is very greek styled, lovely.

The setting and the views are breath taking. Simple rooms with private patio or outdoor place. Large pool with hot tub and also shallow pool area for kids. The internet is not working anywhere and there is no restaurant or coffee shop on premises. That was little bit disappointing. What an excellent stay at beautiful Martina Franca! Elena and Andrea are such amazing hosts, they are always available and most kind. Mozart ( their Labrador Retriever ) was my personal bodyguard each day and greeted me with love. The accommodations are very special and clean, area very peaceful and close to town and other cities around. The trip I will never forget.

It is a jouney into the past (80s end). Clean room, polite service, efficient and good room-cleaning, but restaurant Menù and furniture are wintage. Double bed mattress is made of two single mattress and this is not acceptable .

Nice hotel with a great swimming pool, well appreciated during the hot summer. The design of the room is quite old. There is a free parking. The breakfast is absolutely uninteresting with very limited choice of food and not good. The hotel is located about 15min away from the city center by foot.

It was lovely to stay in an authentic Trulli surrounded by nature. Everything was impeccably taken care of. We stayed here for three nights; it's a great base for fun trips. The owner is friendly and enthusiastic. Tip: eat at the adjacent restaurant. Delicious food at great prices.

The location is fantastic, the perfect place to find tranquility, have fun in the pool, relax in the super-affordable hot tub, and appreciate the beauty of Puglia's traditional cuisine. Donatella ist ein ganz toller Mensch, man merkt sofort wie sehr ihr die Unterkunft und die Gäste am Herzen liegen. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll und mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet. Der Pool ist zwar was klein, aber sehr sehr sauber und mitten im grünen❤️ ganz toller Ort um Urlaub zu machen😊

There's a fantastic Italian restaurant around the corner, with delicious food, surrounded by Italians. Well-maintained property, spacious and spotlessly clean room. Excellent breakfast. The owner and manager are friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the lack of internet and poor WiFi signal. The property is located a 7-8 minute drive from the center of Martina Franca, perfect for those who plan to travel.
