I feel it is appropriate to highlight some concerns that have emerged regarding the management of groups of minors within the facility.
Overall, the facility stands out for its good organization, the variety of activities offered, and the professionalism demonstrated by most of the staff, who carry out their roles with care and dedication.
In light of this overall positive level, unprofessional behavior has been reported by a single staff member, particularly regarding excessive familiarity and inappropriate attention toward some minors.
Considering that the children are entrusted entirely to the staff, more careful and targeted supervision would be desirable to ensure a consistently safe, respectful, and appropriate educational environment.

I'm writing as a parent who sent their daughter to this facility, now known throughout Italy.
The instructors and activities offered, particularly the nautical ones (canoeing, sailing, and entertainment), are top-notch. People like Vincenzo, Salvatore, Vincenzo, Paolo, Gianpiero, Alfonso, and Pasquale carry out their work with great professionalism and attention to the children. The care and organization are truly hard to find elsewhere.

I'm writing this review not only to praise the place, but also to highlight a significant issue that, as a parent, I feel it's necessary to highlight. There is an instructor who, according to several reports and perceptions from several families, has displayed inappropriate and unprofessional behavior toward some girls, creating discomfort and concern.

I understand that several complaints have been made over time, but this situation appears to have not yet been resolved, as the instructor is apparently still present at the resort, a fact that is puzzling considering the overall high standard of the facility.
It is truly a shame that such excellent work is overshadowed by management that is not sufficiently attentive to these fundamental aspects.
