Scammers, they overbook the best apartment and try to downgrade you to a cabin for the same price without using booking so they aren’t punished by the platform policies. If you aren’t played they manipulate the story to try to walk away. Very arrogant cocky manager with 0 customer empathy. If you wanna ruin your holidays

It was probably the worst experience we have had in Italy. This hotel should say "only for Italians" as we felt not welcoming at all. It looks like a GIPSY camping that we see all over with children shouting and loud music till 1:00am. The staff initially was nice but no one really English spoken so we could not tell how annoying was to be allocated with your "super luxurious cabin" near a kids playground. The breakfast was a basic croissant and watered coffee from the machine. When we got in there on first day breakfast there was NOTHING. All gone by 9am.. When I approached a staff and he was rude and annoyed said to wait. Few croissants were left but all gone within seconds. The swimming pool closes from 1:30 to 4pm ( the first time in my life I 've seen the staff literally kicking every one out/ even the people only on long chairs). The entertainment by the pool was for kids and so loud that it was impossible to relax or talk. If you want to stay in Policoro REALLY do a research as it is for locals only. The check out for those late is announced in a loud way for whole camping know people have to get out! It was sadly funny!!
