Beautiful hotel just a stone's throw (well a short shuttle ride) from the stunning Calabrian coast that is a delight for snorkellers of all ages. The water is crystal clear and fish are everywhere to be seen (bring footwear for the pebbles and rocks though as it can be a bit tricky without). Facilities are wonderful and staff are friendly and always more than happy to help. Food is good and in abundance...

It was excellent advice, for the first time I would like to return to the same place on holiday! Excellent food, beautiful sea, large and clean swimming pool, friendly staff and unobtrusive entertainment! Simple and clean rooms. Very close to the diver's paradise, you can get there on foot and the not too simple path is rewarded by the beauty of the sea. I hope to return next year

We had a good time, the hotel is quite large, modern facilities, very friendly staff. Soft but very nice animation. I would have preferred more choice at lunch and dinner and then there was little fruit and few desserts. This is an aspect that needs improvement. The sea is truly spectacular. Beautiful structure a few steps from a spectacular sea, spacious and welcoming rooms, located in a good position to reach other famous places in Calabria, very good food with the possibility of choosing at lunch and dinner, various very well cooked dishes, then there is the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner which is truly worth it, satisfied in every sense.

We stayed here in October. Rooms are lovely, clean and fresh. The staff are always helpful if you need anything. The beach is a short walk from the hotel. Tropea a short taxi ride down the coast. I would advise however to learn a little Italian as most Italians in this area only speak a little English. And I think it's appreciated if you at least attempt to speak a little Italian rather than...

4 stars for the super-kindness and helpfulness of all the staff. To improve the equipment, if you have the peculiarity of receiving dogs and having one of the few beaches in Calabria where dogs can bathe .. you should have a little more attention for 4-legged friends. No dedicated basket or bowl, not even a shower on the beach or outside the hotel.

We came out of season so didn't get all services available. The lido was closed and did not have any sunbeds or umbrella's available to us. Thankfully we had a hire car and could drive to Tropea beach where all facilities were still open. The accommodation was sufficient and clean the only issue being we could not use the oven as it would trip the electrics. Fantastic views and comfy beds.

It's been a wonderful vacation in Park Oasi!!!! I cant imagine more helpful and friendly hosts, really. We had multiple questions and always got help. The place itself is very beautiful, well-maintained and perfect for a family vacation. The beach is pretty and we got a set of sunbeds to use. The pool is amazing, big, and surrounded by palm trees. I would definitely come back.

We have been in Park Oasy Resort three times already and we like to return here. It has a good location with their own private beach with seats and umbrellas. There is also a life guard. Great value for money. Very customer oriented service. Rooms might be renovated / improved, but quite good for 3*, we don't complain. We stayed in the 2nd half of September, it was quiet and it was good for us, except mosquitos from which it is possible to hide only on the beach :) Water shoes are recommended

The pool was nice and clean aside from the sands at the bottom. The beach was also nice, must wear beach shoes however because it's very rocky. The bistrot food was not good at all but convenient because hardly anything else better around the area. The rooms for 200 a night is just not worth it. The little bed didn't have any linens and sheets on it at all so our 4 year old daughter slept in our bed...

We are on our last day of stay in this hotel. Generally it is a boutique type of the hotel with small rooms (about 18-19?square meters) located in bungalows. Stunning property nestled on a hillside that slopes down to the sea! Lush greenery and well-kept gardens. In such a beautiful location, you'd expect the same level of service, which isn't there; especially when it comes to beach services, there's plenty to do; for example, the bar opens at 10:00 a.m.

I can think of two types of people who dislike this place. Either you came here with really messed up expectations, or you’re really a bitter person. Anyway, for the rest of us, this place is amazing. The beach is perfect, the food is really good, clean rooms and Martina is the greatest host. It is a family-run private villa with a small number of guests, so tranquility and privacy are assured. First on how to get there: The Hotel is Part of a closed compound called Porto Pirgos, which has it's main gate on the SS522. In order to enter you need the gate Guardian to be there. Mind though there is an excessive lunch break, so expect to come between 09:00-11:00 or 15:00 - 19:00. However the hotel is located near a road, away from everything… you can’t even walk to the beach for example. They do have a shuttle service to and from it. Room with a magnificent view - of the coastline and Stromboli. Well appointed with good pool. Very friendly and attentive service. Half board food was outstanding - both breakfast and 3 course dinner. Transport to and from nearby beautiful Tropea was gratis, but with set times. Walking from the hotel in any direction not recommended - and dangerous!

Pros: perfect for couples. Parking available. Amazing view. Private and quiet. Attentive staff. Cons: the building and the common areas need maintenance and some love. The AC in our room did not work properly. They only give you one keycard, so the AC turns on when you come in to the room. Not ideal after spending the day at the beach or in town.

The hotel is located a 10 minute walk from the Parghelia train station/approximately €1 train ride to Tropea. If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax, but be close to Tropea this is a good option. We often didn’t see a need to leave the resort as the food was great, amenities were decent, and staff is friendly (especially the restaurant staff).

Staff was very friendly and service minded and the breakfast assortment was rich with great variety. Access to the beach club incl shuttle from the parking are was a great bonus. Oasis of peace Beautiful, quiet retreat just a short 5 min taxi ride into bustling Tropea. We had 3 rooms but some were much smaller. The resort is a retreat for peace. But note: no store on site, limited access to food only during meal times & the beach is a climb down, very small & no service only chairs & umbrellas. Still a great spot. Pool is beautiful!

Unfortunately, the otherwise wonderful place is spoiled by the terrible animation program, there is no escape from its loud noise. If you want to enjoy beautiful and peaceful mornings and evenings and sleep with the window open, this hotel is definitely not for you!

I was with my wife for the long weekend on June 2nd. The facility is fantastic, the staff super friendly and helpful, you eat a fairy tale. I recommend it for all this and not only because there is the possibility of going to the third most beautiful beach in Italy, Michelino. A must see because it is beautiful. We will definitely be back, because it was an enchanting 3 days.

We were 3 nights in Villino Eleonora. Everything was VERY fine. The sorroundings, the house and the garden are beautiful. The owner of the Bed @ Breakfast, Alessandro and his wife were very friendly and helpful and served everyday a delicious breakfast, so we enjoyed our stay in Villino Eleonora very much.😊😊😊👍👍👍

Authenticity with nice touches Kind helpful family, private buildings away from main home with garden and terrace for the single room (I had) and with lush local flora, quality fittings in rooms and traditional decor. Incredible breakfast. You can walk to Tropea in 15 mins or get the train (10 mins from the BnB). Off-road place to park car if necessary.

Villino Eleonora is a gem in Calabria, which offers the visitor a retreat from a busy world. The accommodation is set in tranquil gardens, and from the patio, one can see Strombolli, as it gives a gentle and occasional puff! Magical sunsets viewed from the patio are to be enjoyed every evening before departing for a wonderful dinner, and a glass or two of Calabrian wine. The breakfasts are a feast...

A hotel with a swimming pool, pizzeria and restaurant just a few steps from the sea, the specialty is chicken cooked in a wood oven, I would say sublime. Friendly staff.

We only came for the restaurant, that being said I came here about 4 times during my stay in Calabria this year and I can’t wait to come another 40 times over the next few years. I’ve been lucky enough to have pizza all over Italy and this is easily in my top 3 pizzas of all time. As for the calzone, I ordered it with 4 cheese and nduja inside and it’s without a doubt the best calzone I’ve ever had...

We only had dinner, not stayed, and we really appreciated the welcome, the friendliness of the staff, the availability, and the service on time. The starters were excellent, the roast chicken was beautifully tender and the dessert, pizza with Nutella was out of this world. One of the girls who served us was really helpful even though there were 2 parties. He served everyone and made no one lack anything...

We stayed in this resort last week. Nice decently maintained village, surrounded by well-kept greenery. It goes without saying that the sea is stupendous, a natural aquarium... It is not immediately as high as in other places in Calabria as the beach is in an entire inlet of the village even if it is not large. Animation very nice, good and efficient. The most positive thing is the food, EXCELLENT...

Excellent breakfast & extremely accommodating staff

This is a very unique hotel, it has a real 70s vibe however, don't get me wrong it also has a real charm. From the elevator down to the beach, to the tropical plants, to the hand paintings to the live music at night. Very quaint. Dinners and breakfasts were good as well. I did find they didn't speak much English and catered more to older German clients. Oh and it does have a nice view of Stromboli...

The park is wonderful with lots of plants and flowers from various parts of the world. All is well maintained on a daily basis. Personnel is friendly and professional. Breakfast is very good even if not various with the same food and beverages every day. We booked the holiday through TUI as we thought it would be an ideal location to celebrate a special birthday. The Hotel is set back nicely off a quiet road. Amazing holiday at this small and friendly hotel. All staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble to ensure our holiday was unforgettable. Alexandro helped me arrange train trips to Pizzo and Scilla. The shuttle bus driver was brilliant and our cocktail bar man on the terrace I wanted to bring home with me. Missing Calabria already - it’s been less than 12hrs. Xx

What a fabulous find. Just far enough away from the hustle and hustle yet near enough to wander into town. Room was very clean and kitchenette and garden were an added bonus. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning with probably the best view in the area 😀 Can't wait to visit again soon

This is actually only a B&B and not a residence: very simple rooms with breakfast in a super nice location The selling point is the amazing view, mostly from the terrace (breakfast) and pool area. The misleadings are: residence label and the indicated price points before discount (e.g. €478 regular while we paid €157 which is what it was worth and not more). The discounted price is just what it is...

This property has potential to be good. Old is one thing but dirty is another. Blankets musty and bathroom had absolutely no drainage.

Very plwasant place, slightly removed from the touristc spots with pleasant service. One star less for the need of a car to get basically anywhere and the facilities that still are mostly camping focused.

Very good service at this hotel! Nice friendly staff that helps you whereever possible. Thanks a lot! Plusses: Next to a quiet beach, clean and cosey appartments, the very nice and helpfull staff. Only downsides where the loads of mosquito's, the traintrack just behind the hotel (some noise) and the fact that you do need a car to go around. Very nice property with spacious, comfortable rooms and pleasant staff. The wifi is also quite good. It's a little out of the way but great if your looking for something near the ocean and with outdoor space.

Donatella was awesome! The place was very nice, and the food was pretty good as well. The couple making the food were very kind and eager to please. We would stay there again in a heart beat! The only down side is that it was a challenge to get there from the highway (our GPS and the road system did not see eye to eye).

The small hotel was clean and in fairly good condition. Rooms are of variable size. Hotel staff was helpful though slightly lacking in language skills. Location is ok but it tends to mean frequent excercise to the old center on top of the hill.

Aether Suites was a home away from home. It was comfortable, the breakfast was simple but great just like at home. Our room was just lovely, it had a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and beach and I would spend time just sitting there in the morning. Thrilled with our stay at Aether Suites. Our room was perfect for our family of four and Giuseppe was a fantastic host from check in, to our breakfast in the morning and for accomodating our check out and bags at check out time. Our only regret is not being there longer. We will absolutely be back!!

We were happy with the beautiful location, helpful staff, good breakfast options, clean rooms and great shuttle service. The rooms were fairly basic and our shower didn’t drain very well so the tray filled with water while using it but we had no major issues.

It was a nice stay, everyone was friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and very nice! We liked that it was walking distance to shops and restaurants, which were really good ! We thought the beach was accessible by walking , so we went through this area off the parking lot but quickly figured it was not part of the resort. The pools were nice and refreshing! The breakfast was nice. Location was good - only about a 10 minute walk to the centre. The air conditioning in the room was so loud and controlled by reception so we could only turn it on or off. We tried to call reception but our phone wasn’t working. The bathroom had terrible ventilation and smelt like stale water. We could also hear the people above us moving...

The staff was absolutely amazing. Pierro was so hospitable and kind. The buffet dinner and breakfast was top notch. The shuttle transfers were very convenient. Graziano was a friendly driver. We felt welcome and safe the entire time. My only suggestion would be to update the rooms, as they were somewhat outdated. The patios should have updated furniture and the mattresses were uncomfortable. Overall...

I don't understand the glowing reviews here. Our room was old and didn't look like the pictures. The linens were soiled and the phone didn't work. We kept having to go to the front for whatever we needed and half the time the staff didn't even fulfill our request. They said they would fix the phone and didn't. Antonio was nice to help with our luggage. But the rest of the staff was not friendly and...
