We had a wonderful stay at Art B&B and felt at home from the very first moment.
The accommodation is very clean, comfortable, well maintained, and welcoming. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and we felt more like family friends than guests.
A very special thank you to Pablo, who went far beyond what anyone could expect from a host. When my friend suffered a serious leg injury during our stay, he immediately stepped in to help. He called emergency services, spoke with the medical staff, helped us with communication, and made sure we had everything we needed.
He even brought food to our room and was always available whenever we needed assistance. His kindness, compassion, and genuine care meant so much to us during a very stressful situation.
It is rare to meet someone so thoughtful, generous, and dedicated to helping others.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Pablo. We will never forget your help and support.
We highly recommend Art B&B to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and truly exceptional hospitality.

We stayed in the Van Gogh room, which was unique and pleasant.
Easy check in process.
Great location.

Unfortunately, parking was advertised, however is only available at a cost in a parking garage 15 min walk away.

The location is within walking distance from the train and many of the sights of Salerno. It's on the main walking street of the town. And it is a few streets away from the waterfront walkway so it's walking distance to the ferry. There are many restaurants in the area.
There is no lift to the third floor but the stairway wide and not steep. So the climb isn't too difficult.
Davide is a frendly host. He was waiting for us when we arrived and was there for breakfast in the morning. He responded to texts quickly.
The room was clean and the shower had lots of hot water.

Excellent! Great location that’s walking distance to everything. Very comfortable beds and excellent and prompt service/response by the host Davide. Everyone was very nice and accommodated our arrival/departure schedule. There are no elevators (like in most places) so if you have tons of luggage or have trouble walking - be prepared. All around an excellent stay! I would stay here again.

Nice B&B staffed by a delightful manager. She really made us feel welcome! The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great! We would definitely stay here again.

When I made the reservation it was never mentioned the check-in is before 2030hr. Never got an email or phone call from them asking if I was going to join or not, due that the deadline was approaching. At 2230 I made it to the entrance (not so easy to find) to see the door closed. I phoned them, to get an answer of, "you are late, you should know you are late, now you have no place to stay, ciao".
Zero customer service, forcing me to find another hotel for that night.
I would never recommend them.

Centric, great service, recommended.
Our time in Salerno was perfect, we enjoyed long walks discovering the city. The place was centric, clean, and Chiara was helpful and always ready to help. Great breakfast, we recommend it .

Communication was easily remedied with Google translate.
