What an experience! Lovely hotel with splendid views, comfortable beds and friendly staff. The hotel has also a restaurant, but there are lot of other restaurants in 5-10 minutes walking distance. Vietri is not that full of tourists compared e.g. to Amalfi, but pricewise much , much better. In addition it is easy and cheap to get to Amalfi and other cities by boat.

The rooms were good but the breakfast was below average from other Novotel chains or even other 3-star hotels. Also the location is far from Salerno city and if you don’t have your own vehicle this hotel is not for you.

The staff were incredibly warm and helpful — we had a small issue with the window, and the maintenance technician fixed it immediately. It's super cute to stay in but there's not much around the area to see, its in the middle of no where and transportation is hard if you dont have a car (tourist). Some of the staff were very unhelpful and not attentive to us while we were there. However the rooms were clean, the balcony and views were nice!

An exceptional place for a romantic stay. We started out our honeymoon Amalfi coast tour from Vietri sul Mare, and Palazzo Suriano proved just perfect. The relatively calm location, the spacious room, the perfect garden, the stunning view, the generous breakfast, and the welcome from Carlo, Roberto and the others.

3 stars is the max I can give to this place. Sure, nice view and nice marble in the inside. But the room we got was outdated, the restaurant was never available to guests as there was always an event, the pool is just a tiny thing, very often dirty and cold. Personnel was actually the worst thing about the staying. Rude and annoyed to death. The WiFi in the rooms won't work, forget it.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bristol! Our room was beautiful, clean, and comfy. The food was delicious and location amazing. We used and enjoyed the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. We also loved being in Vietri sul Mare rather than Positano our Amalfi. It was just as beautiful and much quieter!

The price was honest but I didn't sleep well as it was a fake double bed because they out two singles together. They renovated our floor but the entrance to the hotel was still old school. Covid wise I told the receptionist I wouldn't give him my card as he was sniffing and touching his nose and he said it was allergies. Room was straight out of the 70's. When we went to front desk and asked for a different room they said it would be 35 more Euros for a room with a balcony. I didn't mind because the 2nd room was awesome! The main issue was that they had a wedding the evening we stayed and it was rocking. By that I mean loud music, drunken people yelling up and down the stairs, even kids running down the halls at 1am...

I paid for a double room with a double bed, and at reception, they told me I'd been upgraded to a superior room. The only problem was it had two single beds. It was just for one night, but they really should have informed me, especially since I paid extra for the double.

The room was rather small, and the shower was poorly designed; the bathroom floor was soaked after showering. Breakfast was decent, and the view from the top floor was excellent. For the price in Rome, it's relatively good value. Public transportation is readily available.

The location in Salerno is good It's in the main city There's a large mart 10 minutes away and the station is close The facilities were good except for the fact that the shower was sunflower The breakfast was clean and good It was a shame that there was no milk or ice The female staff at the front desk was also kind It was nice that they left my luggage after check-out

The location is great, close to the train station and ferry terminal. The front desk lady on the night of check-in was very helpful and promptly changed rooms after we had a problem with the plumbing in the bathroom. They even prepared a breakfast box for us on the morning of our departure. It's a great hotel.
