Elegant hotel with access to a beach though it is difficult to get to the beach. Difficult ultimate to get around in the hotel also.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Lloyd's Baia Hotel in Salerno. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed

Breakfast was another highlight – a rich selection of fresh fruits, pastries, local cheeses, and more, all served in a lovely dining area with panoramic views of the coastline

The hotel itself is beautifully located on a cliff overlooking the sea, offering breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast that I will never forget

The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with a balcony that allowed me to enjoy the stunning sunsets every evening

One of my favorite parts of the stay was the private beach accessible by elevator. It felt exclusive and serene, perfect for a quiet day by the sea

Shower was very small, no way to move without touching the faucet

The room was clean and the facilities were good. It is located close to the train station. The staff were also friendly.

There was a wide selection of both local and international dishes, fresh fruit, and great coffee. The location was very convenient, close to public transport. I would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

The room was clean and comfortable, with an excellent view of the sea and the harbor of Salerno. The front desk staff was very helpful and provided suggestions about where to park to walk to the Duomo of St Matthew

Breakfast was good and the breakfast room and patio also have a beautiful view and friendly and attentive staff It was a nice stay!

We chose Salerno as a base for a few days on the Amalfi coast because it looked like you got a better quality of hotel for your money than some of the hotels in the other towns along that coast

Salerno feels like more of a 'seaside' town - it appeared that the season was coming to an end by mid-October and a number of restaurants had shut for the winter - however there were still plenty of bars and restaurants open

You have to try Pepe Nero - the restaurant that is next door to the hotel - fantastic food and loads of choice. Our taxi driver recommended it when he dropped us off and we ate there twice in three days

Beautiful hotel with stairs down to the beach. Amazing views and good restaurant onsite in case walking the roads up or down makes you nervous. Wonderful staff!!

What an experience! Lovely hotel with splendid views, comfortable beds and friendly staff. The hotel has also a restaurant, but there are lot of other restaurants in 5-10 minutes walking distance

Nice hotel with a great balcony overlooking the sea. Balcony had 2 chairs and a table. Room was small but clean and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and friendly

Vietri is not that full of tourists compared e. to Amalfi, but pricewise much , much better. In addition it is easy and cheap to get to Amalfi and other cities by boat

Hotel Vietri Coast has the most beautiful view! The owner/operators were extremely kind, our room was clean and the town is safe and relaxing. We stayed for 3 nights and would definitely come back again.

Warm welcoming staff. Breakfast buffet was always plentiful and good selection. Great room, very comfortable queen bed and fantastic sea view. Hotel is built in to the cliffs with private beach accessible by a lift.

The hotel has it's own beach, offers an amazing full breakfast with everything you can think of, and has a beach restaurant

Because the hotel is built into the cliff and overlooks the sea, the views are incredible! All the service staff from the reception to housekeeping to the restaurants are 5 star plus

And don't even think about walking from the hotel - dangerous! I highly recommend trying their on-site restaurant for dinner. The restaurant has fantastic food and outstanding service. You'll get a lot for your money

The only drawback to Hotel Cetus is also it's advantage, it's not within walking distance of a town or near anything so you have to brave the extreme traffic to get anywhere

Hotel Cetus was unlike any hotel I've ever stayed at. First, when you arrive you'll realize that you can't even see a hotel

Close to train station and port area and was very convenient. Front office staff were very friendly. I Room was very comfortable, had a beautiful view.

Beautiful ocean view from the room terrace! The room was spacious and clean. The sound of the waves was relaxing at night. It is walking distance to the marina where we took the ferry going to Amalfi

This is an ok hotel. It was clean with hot water but low water pressure. Ac works well. Needs an upgrade. Beach across the street and a grocer nearby. The bar in the lobby is nice and the daily breakfast was good.

The near-by river is full of trash, the next-door fountain is dry, the tiny beach costs entrance fees and is not accessible from the hotel. Breakfast is mostly sweet pastry, no proper wholewheat bread

Very convenient place to stay when visiting Amalfi

This was incredibly helpful and allowed us to enjoy our last day in Salerno without any stress. Overall, I’m happy to give 4 stars — with a bit of improvement in breakfast variety, it could easily reach 5!

It is very close to the city, which offers a nice authentic experience, not overcrowded with tourists, great beach, and lots of dining options

This property was amazing! The staff made you feel like you were royalty and you wanted for nothing. The view of the beach was awesome! They had a shuttle to take us back and forth to the city center

From changing our dinner in the dining room to room service MID MEAL because we got a work call, to printing out my husband‘s birthday concert tickets and putting them in an envelope, to giving him a birthday cake on his birthday, and a farewell dessert when we were leaving, to one of the ladies working there literally giving me the pen out of her hands to use

The views on this place are absolutely stunning, and the Amalfi coast took my number one place in the world and a big reason was this amazing hotel

A couple blocks from the train station, across the street from the ferry, and adjacent to a nice walk in the shade along the shoreline with quality restaurants. Stay here if you plan on visiting Salerno!

This is as good as the location in Salerno can get. And that is the value for this place. Ferry terminal is right across from it. The train station is very close. The shopping street is right behind it

Plenty of parking available around even though very very expensive. I suggest you ask for parking from the staff in the cafe. They have a private parking available at a more reasonable price

My family and I loved this place, especially the location and the great staff and service. It is a place we will definitely stay again and highly recommend in Salerno.

This information was not communicated ahead of time so I found out after I parked in the expensive lot adjacent to the establishment. The problem here is that it rates itself as a 4-star

Hotel located on a pedestrian street, offering great comfort with a lovely view of a historic building. Good breakfast and many restaurants nearby.

The location in Salerno is good It's in the main city There's a large mart 10 minutes away and the station is close The facilities were good except for the fact that the shower was sunflower The breakfast was clean and good It was a shame that there was no milk or ice The female staff at the front desk was also kind It was nice that they left my luggage after check-out

The location is great, close to the train station and ferry terminal. The front desk lady on the night of check-in was very helpful and promptly changed rooms after we had a problem with the plumbing in the bathroom

The room was rather small, and the shower was poorly designed; the bathroom floor was soaked after showering. Breakfast was decent, and the view from the top floor was excellent

The hotel is built in a "U" shape - balcony for the rooms are on the inside of the "U". Each room gets a view of the beach which is right at the edge of the property

It's super cute to stay in but there's not much around the area to see, its in the middle of no where and transportation is hard if you dont have a car (tourist)

Convenient for us at the time as it is close to the Marina. Also. Lose to bus stop to town. However its right on the beach and they want 15€ per person just to go for a swim !! Rooms have no fridge.

Some of the staff were very unhelpful and not attentive to us while we were there. However the rooms were clean, the balcony and views were nice!

The Saint Joseph Resort is a chill 3-star hotel on the beach in Salerno. It's got a/c rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a pool. The rooms are simple but comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay

Location - don’t be sidetracked even located 100 meters from the beach but it is next to military facilities and industrial precinct so no luck to enjoy the beach! 30 min drive from historical Salerno which was very disappointing for us, train every 30 min, no service after 10 pm! Breakfast was average, variety of hot food, serials and fruits

Easy to reach the centre with the metro just a few steps or by car via the ring road

The rooms were good but the breakfast was below average from other Novotel chains or even other 3-star hotels. Also the location is far from Salerno city and if you don’t have your own vehicle this hotel is not for you.

The pool was closed, I had chosen the hotel especially for this feature, but they did not allow it even though the pool was ready and said that we had to wait for the next day!!! My children were upset about this situation and it was a meaningless stay for us!

Confusing experience for family visit Someone called the room in the middle of the night for a few times so I am still confused as I was feeling it is a bit too much to answer the hotel phone after the midnight

Every thing was just fine and the room was very quiet. Be sure to send the requested email in the 24 hours before you arrive so that you can coordinate entry with the staff. Value for money excellent.

We’ve stayed in 4-star hotels and this hotel had the best amenities and bed! They’ve thought of everything so even though it is self-serve, they’ve laid out everything you may need

and people who are working(especially the one who is responsible for rooms in the morning) there very polite and friendly and helpful. i stayed alone and i really felt like in safe place

Arriving wasnt a good experience. The host was not ready for us. The info to the apartment was sent after we have arrived trying to figure out how to get in. We arrived in a ran storm which doesnt help

Very cute B&B clean and spacious It’s a very cute place to stay and I would love to be back again. Host is kind and tell us where to get about. Little kitchen to use and got kettle, fridge and little bun for breakfast

Need to try luck and kinda worry getting back if needs to climb the stairs as end of the day the legs is almost broken from walking. But it’s not the host fault but it’s needed to report to the property management

Salerno is a city that offers you a lot and to visit it you need a strategic point. Lunadinotte is located a stone's throw from the nightlife. Fabio immediately showed us all the ways to visit the city in 2 days

Very cute little home and spacious Super comfy bed and spacious. The noise downstair do not travel up. Very clean place and clean bathroom. Onwer is kind and recommend places to go and how to go

Room is clean and the shower was great. But the only let down is the lift you need to insert 20 cent coins but the machine have some faulty issue. Sometimes it works and sometimes does not

20 cent for lift but sometimes it works sometimes it’s not. Not the onwer fault but the management need to change the coin machine for good. Still I recommend this charming place

It was not close to the beach, but had incredible views to the sea. I am sure this experience would have been much better if I knew the Italian language

It was beautiful, like staying in an Italian home. Riccardo was wonderful and very kind, and everyone is the local town knew well of him which make getting taxi’s and transport very easy

We last minute changed our booking to come to the Dimora Carlo and it was the greatest decision we could’ve made. Riccardo was the highlight of our stay and was so welcoming and kind

The city of Raito was so special with a beautiful view of Vietri sul Mare. Whenever we come back to the Amalfi Coast, we know where we’ll stay

RarityArt gave us tickets for breakfast so we could go to a bar restaurant nearby. I personally am very picky with sweets and cakes, but the freshness and taste of pastry was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay there

Near the nice walkable area by sea and the old town area. Nice how they put a nice hotel on a floor of this old building. Plenty room to spread out and be comfortable

The hotel is also super convenient for getting to the Ferry/ Station, to the centre of town or to the beach

A unique, quirky, art themed guesthouse very close to the 'strip' of bars and restaurants in Salerno and one street from the beach. Massimo was very accommodating abd the breakfast at the nearby cafe was delicious

Spent 3 nights' at the RarityArt Minihotel in the Renoir room and loved it. The check-in staff member (Mattheus) was incredibly kind, helpful and great at giving recommendations for places to eat and things to see

Also provided a fridge, cooking area, coffee and nice selection of tea. Slight negative that it can be a little loud at night being near the entertainment area. (little noisy on Sat night but not Sunday)

If you are looking for quiet and not in the City of Salerno, this is a good choice. To visit the city, you have to walk down many flights of steps. On the way back, there is an escalator for some of the path to the top

The shower in the room was dirty and disgusting. The hotel has obviously seen better days but it would have been acceptable but for the condition of the shower

Excellent location in the center of Salerno, the only downside is the parking because it's in the ZTL zone. you have to pay for a garage or parking strips

Spacious rooms in a good location in the old town. The rooms were not cleaned during our three-day stay.

The room, although small as usual, was a great place to rest without any problems. I didn't hear any noise, and everything worked fine! The TV, Wi-Fi, and bathroom were all in perfect condition

The town has a very cozy friendly and safe feel to it. Everyone we spoke to from B&B owner Maria to restauranteurs to shopkeepers and people on the street were very kind and helpful and friendly

The staff was very accommodating. Shared ideas of places to eat places to visit. The kitchen very well stocked with pots pans utensils. Everything you could use to make our stay comfortable

From the outside the building may appear unattractive, but the apartment is very well maintained and well managed, the room is large and well furnished, the bathroom is spacious with new and spotless shower and toilet

I stayed at this hotel in Salerno as a base for visiting Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. The self check-in process was smooth and convenient, allowing me to enter the room right away upon arrival

Great place! The room was pretty big and the bathroom was clean and modern. The owners of the b&b were very nice. The man helped us make a reservation at a restaurant that he recommended to us

Although the shower was a bit tight it was no tighter than showers we stayed in in 4 star hotels and most importantly the water was hit and plentiful The check in was super easy and bag storage was perfect The hotelier was very very responsive and helpful It was a great find

He also was very quick to answer any questions about the city we had! Shower was extremely small and tight but it’s to be expected with italy so just be aware of that! Location is also super amazing as it’s central and very close to both ports as well as the train station…10-15 min walk depending how fast your steps are! Overall great stay and would book again!

Very basic but okay and tidy …! Agent Enrico very helpful but what we were not told is that the building is surrounded by scaffolding!!. so there are builders outside and therefore nobalcony to use…
