A convenient hotel if you're traveling by car. com give the impression that there’s a pool, but it actually belongs to the beach club across the street

There was a wide selection of both local and international dishes, fresh fruit, and great coffee. The location was very convenient, close to public transport. I would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet

Vietri is not that full of tourists compared e. to Amalfi, but pricewise much , much better. In addition it is easy and cheap to get to Amalfi and other cities by boat

Hotel Vietri Coast has the most beautiful view! The owner/operators were extremely kind, our room was clean and the town is safe and relaxing. We stayed for 3 nights and would definitely come back again.

Very helpful staff, loved them setting us up at the private beach by the hotel as well, right by the ocean in the first row!

We chose Salerno as a base for a few days on the Amalfi coast because it looked like you got a better quality of hotel for your money than some of the hotels in the other towns along that coast

The hotel is right on the sea, and beach access is a very short walk down the coast (3 -5 minutes). It’s a quick bus ride to center but a world away from the tourist hordes

We'd requested a sea-view room and were pleasantly surprised when we got given the Suite Deluxe - a huge room with a balcony area overlooking the sea

Warm welcoming staff. Breakfast buffet was always plentiful and good selection. Great room, very comfortable queen bed and fantastic sea view. Hotel is built in to the cliffs with private beach accessible by a lift.

The hotel has it's own beach, offers an amazing full breakfast with everything you can think of, and has a beach restaurant

The view from the room is amazing! The location is good with town a short walk (It’s a busy road so be alert - but not too scary. ) The private beach is wonderful with a snack bar and excellent service.

Because the hotel is built into the cliff and overlooks the sea, the views are incredible! All the service staff from the reception to housekeeping to the restaurants are 5 star plus

And don't even think about walking from the hotel - dangerous! I highly recommend trying their on-site restaurant for dinner. The restaurant has fantastic food and outstanding service. You'll get a lot for your money

Close to train station and port area and was very convenient. Front office staff were very friendly. I Room was very comfortable, had a beautiful view.

Beautiful ocean view from the room terrace! The room was spacious and clean. The sound of the waves was relaxing at night. It is walking distance to the marina where we took the ferry going to Amalfi

This is an ok hotel. It was clean with hot water but low water pressure. Ac works well. Needs an upgrade. Beach across the street and a grocer nearby. The bar in the lobby is nice and the daily breakfast was good.

The near-by river is full of trash, the next-door fountain is dry, the tiny beach costs entrance fees and is not accessible from the hotel. Breakfast is mostly sweet pastry, no proper wholewheat bread

Very convenient place to stay when visiting Amalfi

This was incredibly helpful and allowed us to enjoy our last day in Salerno without any stress. Overall, I’m happy to give 4 stars — with a bit of improvement in breakfast variety, it could easily reach 5!

Location - don’t be sidetracked even located 100 meters from the beach but it is next to military facilities and industrial precinct so no luck to enjoy the beach! 30 min drive from historical Salerno which was very disappointing for us, train every 30 min, no service after 10 pm! Breakfast was average, variety of hot food, serials and fruits

Easy to reach the centre with the metro just a few steps or by car via the ring road

The rooms were good but the breakfast was below average from other Novotel chains or even other 3-star hotels. Also the location is far from Salerno city and if you don’t have your own vehicle this hotel is not for you.

The pool was closed, I had chosen the hotel especially for this feature, but they did not allow it even though the pool was ready and said that we had to wait for the next day!!! My children were upset about this situation and it was a meaningless stay for us!

Confusing experience for family visit Someone called the room in the middle of the night for a few times so I am still confused as I was feeling it is a bit too much to answer the hotel phone after the midnight

She provided great insights into sights/activities nearby and the easiest way to get to them. In particular, we had a challenging request of her that she was able to fulfill, much to our delight and surprise

The hotel was amazing in every way. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The shuttle service was safe, fast and fun with Ernesto! The rooms were clean and large with beautiful balconies

All restaurant and bar staff were very professional and helpful. Our balcony faced southeast, so we had a spectacular view every morning as we had coffee every morning

The hotel is built in a "U" shape - balcony for the rooms are on the inside of the "U". Each room gets a view of the beach which is right at the edge of the property

It's super cute to stay in but there's not much around the area to see, its in the middle of no where and transportation is hard if you dont have a car (tourist)

Convenient for us at the time as it is close to the Marina. Also. Lose to bus stop to town. However its right on the beach and they want 15€ per person just to go for a swim !! Rooms have no fridge.

Some of the staff were very unhelpful and not attentive to us while we were there. However the rooms were clean, the balcony and views were nice!

The Saint Joseph Resort is a chill 3-star hotel on the beach in Salerno. It's got a/c rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a pool. The rooms are simple but comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay

Very professional staff at the checkin at the cafe downstairs, great food too! The room is right on the water, spectacular views, clean, modern and greata location. 200 yards east f train station and walk to anywhere

We planned on just a night to sleep on our way to Amalfi, but Salerno is a rockin town on Saturday night. We participated and had a ball, but the party kept going outside our window way past our bedtime

The bar, bakery, pizza place, breakfast spot downstairs is great

Room was beautiful and comfortable but the wi-fi was minimal. Check-in was remote (involving to many WhatsApp messages) and picked up keys in cafe below. Breakfast would have been nice considering the price

This is as good as the location in Salerno can get. And that is the value for this place. Ferry terminal is right across from it. The train station is very close. The shopping street is right behind it

There were so much mold and water-deposit built-up in the shower stalls that it was as if they were not cleaned for years. The secondary shower had so much mildew that the floor corners had turned into yellowish color

Very comfortable room with a furnished balcony and a huge TV. The toilet is really charming and features a box of toiletries. The shower is in a separate cabin with massage function

NICE SPOT ! My wife and I stopped here for a few minutes to take in the magnificent view during our bike ride from Salerno to Minori !

We also loved being in Vietri sul Mare rather than Positano our Amalfi. It was just as beautiful and much quieter!

Amazing View and an excellent lunch

Covid wise I told the receptionist I wouldn't give him my card as he was sniffing and touching his nose and he said it was allergies. The pool on the top floor is nice/medium sized and you can see lemon trees

By that I mean loud music, drunken people yelling up and down the stairs, even kids running down the halls at 1am. If they would have told us they had a wedding going on we would have stayed someplace else

Great family run hotel close to the beach. Staff were welcoming and always smiling. The room was equipped with more than we desired. A perfect stay!

Service is as great as possible given that most of the staff can't really speak any English. The location is kind of far from any tourist attraction, but that is what comes with the so called cheap price

Had a fantastic one night stay here. The owner admitted she didn't speak English well but to be fair, my Italian is ordinary at best. Never the less, we had a great conversation and she gave some awesome recommendations

Our flight time got changed and meant we didn’t get there until after check in closed, the team organised someone to wait and meet us outside which was a nice touch, we did have to pay extra for this though

Leaving the apartment, there's a door leading to the seafront on one side and a door leading directly to the beach on the other. But the real gem of this B&B is the owner Francesco himself

The kindness of the owner and the privacy of the room fully satisfied us; we found everything we needed: cleanliness and tranquility.

Upon arrival, we found the room to be extremely comfortable, modern, very clean, and welcoming, equipped with every imaginable amenity (including a super-comfy mattress and pillows and a complete bathroom kit, including intimate soap!)

Despite this, we were thrilled to have chosen this option because everything was perfect. Francesco welcomed us as if we were family, helping us find parking (no small feat), and then escorted us to our room

Always available and friendly, he made us feel at home and also treated us to delicious chocolate rolls and the best apple pie we've ever eaten. We sincerely hope to return next year!!! ❤️❤️❤️

We had an ocean view from the balcony in Suite 2. Very walkable city and this is a great location less then 15 minute walk from the train station and ferry port that will take you anywhere you want to go

Modern suite with nice amenities, including an espresso machine and cold water in the lobby, with cakes, available 24/7. Secure building with a lift which is handy with heavy suitcases

Nice location, very friendly owner, clean and cosy room. The only things to desire: in my room there was a lot of water on the floor after taking a shower (so might be good to invent something there)

Our stay was great the location was perfect near the station and relatively close to food and a shopping strip. The room was good with a bit confusing toilet that didn’t have plunger but eventually found the way to flush

1 night stay here - no complaints We stayed for 1 night here with my brother and it was excellent. The host greeted us warmly and even helped us navigate the city and find a laundry. Overall good experience!

RarityArt gave us tickets for breakfast so we could go to a bar restaurant nearby. I personally am very picky with sweets and cakes, but the freshness and taste of pastry was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay there

Near the nice walkable area by sea and the old town area. Nice how they put a nice hotel on a floor of this old building. Plenty room to spread out and be comfortable

The hotel is also super convenient for getting to the Ferry/ Station, to the centre of town or to the beach

A unique, quirky, art themed guesthouse very close to the 'strip' of bars and restaurants in Salerno and one street from the beach. Massimo was very accommodating abd the breakfast at the nearby cafe was delicious

Spent 3 nights' at the RarityArt Minihotel in the Renoir room and loved it. The check-in staff member (Mattheus) was incredibly kind, helpful and great at giving recommendations for places to eat and things to see

Also provided a fridge, cooking area, coffee and nice selection of tea. Slight negative that it can be a little loud at night being near the entertainment area. (little noisy on Sat night but not Sunday)

Although the shower was a bit tight it was no tighter than showers we stayed in in 4 star hotels and most importantly the water was hit and plentiful The check in was super easy and bag storage was perfect The hotelier was very very responsive and helpful It was a great find

Very basic but okay and tidy …! Agent Enrico very helpful but what we were not told is that the building is surrounded by scaffolding!!. so there are builders outside and therefore nobalcony to use…

It's in downtown Salerno. It has a lift,(elevator), very important. Owner is courteous and friendly. He helped us with directions and suggestions. Comfortable and clean

I enjoyed the views from my sea view room, though due to the industrial port close by, there is some late night and early morning noises coming from the port which can cause some interruptions to light sleepers like me

I was initially bemused due to there not being a sign or indication of this at the entrance or near the stairs. The location is good, though a little far from the Arechi Marina and the train station on foot

Enzo himself is very friendly and is willing to help where he can. He will take you through some key locations in the area and will assist with booking ferries and recommending restaurants etc

My only minor niggle was the pressure of the water in the shower, though I am perhaps used to a "power shower" style and therefore the shower water felt very weak

after eating something we search for nearest b&b that have free parking near and breakfast and near the old city. after talking to valeria on the phone she glad to help us and come after her checkout hour

Valeria, who attends, is very friendly and helpful. The place is very well located, close to places to walk at night, to have a drink and during the day to access the port and buses

after a nervous drive of amalfi part , in the night from ravello we arrive to salerno. we park the car in one of the parking area and walk in the city old center amazed by the beauty of the colorful lights

the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. we didnt plan to stay for night in salerno but it was very good experience the B&B and the night lights exhibition

I arrived on Saturday evening from Rome and the owners welcomed us, giving us a free place for the car, they accompanied us to the b&b, wonderful and very clean…

right on the shopping street with a cafe at the entrance and restaurants all around and short distance from the seafront. front door leads straight into the bedroom and the bed was super squeaky
