Vietri is not that full of tourists compared e.g. to Amalfi, but pricewise much , much better. In addition it is easy and cheap to get to Amalfi and other cities by boat.

Our room was small, but the main value of staying here is its central location to be able to go out and about. A couple blocks from the train station, across the street from the ferry, and adjacent to a nice walk in the shade along the shoreline with quality restaurants. I paid for a double room with a double bed, and at reception, they told me I'd been upgraded to a superior room. The only problem was it had two single beds. It was just for one night, but they really should have informed me, especially since I paid extra for the double.

The room was rather small, and the shower was poorly designed; the bathroom floor was soaked after showering. Breakfast was decent, and the view from the top floor was excellent. For the price in Rome, it's relatively good value. Public transportation is readily available.

The location is great, close to the train station and ferry terminal. The front desk lady on the night of check-in was very helpful and promptly changed rooms after we had a problem with the plumbing in the bathroom. They even prepared a breakfast box for us on the morning of our departure. It's a great hotel.

It's super cute to stay in but there's not much around the area to see, its in the middle of no where and transportation is hard if you dont have a car (tourist). Some of the staff were very unhelpful and not attentive to us while we were there. However the rooms were clean, the balcony and views were nice!

Great stay at Novotel Salerno! Very clean hotel with a delicious breakfast and perfect location near the sea. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful — we had a small issue with the window, and the maintenance technician fixed it immediately. Only minor downsides: cleaning is between 12–1 PM and the pool is a bit small. Highly recommended!

We last minute changed our booking to come to the Dimora Carlo and it was the greatest decision we could’ve made. Riccardo was the highlight of our stay and was so welcoming and kind. The city of Raito was so special with a beautiful view of Vietri sul Mare. Whenever we come back to the Amalfi Coast, we know where we’ll stay.
