Hotel Diamante in Cattolica

I stayed in this hotel with my fiance by chance (bad luck).
As soon as we arrived, the welcome was professional.
We enter the room, I go to take a nice shower, too bad that only cold water came out of the shower, never seen such a thing!
The shower door was not dirty,
Worse!
In the bathroom there were neither soap nor plastic cups, service that we pay moreover.
Breakfast "buffet" packaged products from cakes to bread, served on plates of the same size as the palm of a 10-year-old child's hand, however,
Glasses for fruit juice never seen so small, bowls for yoghur (which turned in the granita machine) the same size as those for parmesan, if this is the world of saving money or deceiving the customer I would recommend a smarter way.
Croissants, even those bought in mignon format.
For the price paid the service is not up to par!

I also wanted to communicate that I am the girl of the booking review who has to get off the pedestal, but she is still the lady with little professionalism given the answers she gives to any review, you probably have to learn to accept the criticisms before correcting all the horrors of the hotel.

Very small rooms and not as clean as other reviews say. Very poor buffet and the proximity to the train tracks makes it impossible to enjoy the silence in the evening.
We spent only one night with difficulty and we will certainly not return.
Not recommended!
