Strand Hotel in Gabicce Mare

The hotel boasts an excellent location. I had requested a sea-view room, and my request was granted, for a supplement. The elevator that goes down to the beach is very convenient. The food is decent. Unfortunately, I thought I'd see Chef Angelo again, but he's been gone since July. The waiters are friendly and do their job. Perhaps they should smile more, like the maître d', Enzo, who won us over with his kindness and attentiveness. The buffet is repetitive, as are the desserts.
A sore point is the parking space. There are too few spaces for the 60 rooms, and the location is inconvenient. Between departures and arrivals, you risk getting stuck, and since my vacation includes not only the beach but also excursions, I chose paid parking.
In conclusion, my opinion is positive for a 3-star hotel, suitable for families.

This was the fourth time we stayed at the Strand for a week. We had a wonderful time again this year. The hotel has an excellent location. Very close to the beach, quiet, yet just steps from the central square where the nightlife takes place. The hotel's strong point is the elevator that goes from the room floors all the way to the beach, which is truly essential for those with disabilities. This year, the staff has changed, but everyone's professionalism has remained intact. Camilla has succeeded Eva with the same courtesy and expertise. In the dining room, Luca, Rino, Aurora, Gabriele, and Gaetano made us appreciate Chef Diego's dishes, making us feel pampered with their friendliness and courtesy. Finally, a special thanks to Ina, a tireless and versatile helper, who made sure our room was impeccable every day. Thanks from Dalia, Emanuele, Anna Maria, Alberto, and Andrea.

I found this hotel by accident, but I must be more than satisfied with a number of excellent services. The staff is VERY BUT VERY friendly, especially the head of the room Giuseppe, available and of a unique kindness. From the super abundant breakfast to the wide choice of side dishes for lunch and dinner, a lot of choice between desserts and fruit. We even found the snack, which has never been seen anywhere. My partner and I vowed to return for sure next year, because we had a great time through and through. HIGHLY recommend it

I stayed with my family for a week at the Strand Hotel ... first year in this hotel and I must say that I am very satisfied with the experience. Excellent communication during the booking phase, equally good welcome. Structure that is located directly on the sea, clean and tidy rooms (the only flaw perhaps is that they are a bit small, at least for us who were 4). A heartfelt thanks to all the staff who do their utmost to make the customer feel at ease: in particular I would like to mention the Maitre Giuseppe, good, professional, nice. The food is excellent and plentiful, the chef Gerardo is very good! Perhaps the only drawback is the MiniClub service, I think the assistant should communicate more with families, especially when her shift ends.

It is the first time that I come to this hotel, and I think it will be the first of a long series, as I have been to God !! Nothing is missing!

I ate in luxury, nothing was missing .. From the side dishes to the choice of first and second courses, the desserts do not talk about it ... The cute thing was the snack that I have never seen in any hotel.

Very good location!!! 1st line, 50 m from sea. A good opportunity to have a calm breakfast with a seaview.
