Hotel Beaurivage in Cattolica

We stayed at the hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory.
The room we were assigned seemed very small and basic. Despite the photos on the website, I expected something better. I felt it lacked some amenities I'd expect from a hotel of this category. I also felt the cleanliness wasn't optimal, so much so that after just a few minutes of walking barefoot, our feet were already dirty, and I requested further attention.

Regarding the meals, I personally didn't appreciate the quality: at breakfast, I felt there were few fresh products, fruit was repurposed from the night before, and some frozen items. Furthermore, the hot drinks came from vending machines. At lunch and dinner, the dishes we received didn't meet our tastes, and I found them flavorless and a bit bland. Fortunately, there were buffet items available. For children, the same options were always available. Of course, this is just my perception; other guests may have different opinions.

Another aspect that left me dissatisfied was the management of the pool and beach: when I booked, I thought some discounts or special offers were included, even though we weren't on the all-inclusive package. This made me feel like communication wasn't clear.

The only positive thing I'd highlight was the owner's courtesy, who nevertheless tried to accommodate requests such as early departures.
This review is based on personal experience and isn't meant to be a criticism, but I just think there are several areas for improvement.
