Friendly, clean environment, excellent quality-price, well-stocked breakfast, even with gluen-free products. Beautiful!
Friendliness and familiarity are at home here at the Hotel berlin, even if not brand new, service and comfort are an example for many 4 stars ... great for families but also for work. See you next time, Stefano and family from Hamburg

Excellent value for money, the owner and his collaborators are always friendly and available, and the reception is covered 24 hours a day. Central location, excellent for both the center and the beach. Parking agreement with the structure with shuttle service, very convenient.

The location of the hotel is excellent, but unfortunately the staff is not followed and therefore the service is poor. Upon arrival we found the room with a balcony communicating with two other rooms, therefore privacy 0, this had never happened to us. In the dining room we had to chase the staff to serve us the drink, in addition to the fact that lunch was all self-service, and therefore row for appetizer, row for first course, row for second dish.
Cleaning the room definitely negative, we found the bathroom dirty and it remained so for 2 days after I reported to the manager, even one day the room had not been rearranged until the evening and we always had to report to the manager.
I really think that I will not return to this structure and for sure I will not recommend it.

For a 4 Star Hotel,unfortunately 2 Star.Nice Staff,who go to great effort to make one's stay comfortable.The Hotel needs a COMPLETE RENOVATION,especially the bathrooms.The breakfast breads/rolls/Croissants/pastries were NOT fresh.For the quality of hotel,too expensive!!!!!
