Hotel Ilde in Rimini

Oh my what a misadventure!!! A miserable room, accompanied by the symphony coming from the bathroom probably due to blocked drains... to close the door of the aforementioned you had to lift it😡 In the room streaks of blood on the walls evidently from mosquitoes killed on it... drawers without handles... mattresses and pillows from 15/18 to say uncomfortable is an understatement!!! The usual lack of a mini fridge after a year hasn't changed... Ask for a room with a sea view and you only see structures... Now let's move on to the best... First night screams, I look at the time 4:21😡😡 the owners themselves making a racket at very high tones... in the morning poor things at 8 they were still asleep... Our breakfasts??? zero for both mornings!!! But where have they seen that the customers wake up the owners how disgusting!!! Forget about staying overnight with breakfast included, the whole thing is shameful!!! NEVER AGAIN THERE WOULD BE MUCH MORE TO BUT I PREFER TO CONCLUDE WITH A "LET'S DRAW A VEIL OVER IT"

A 3-star hotel that's worth less than a star. The key to the safe was missing, but it arrived that evening. It took me two days to get the TV working. I asked, and they handed me three remote controls without batteries to test the TV. The concierge replied, "Excuse me, do I have to go get the batteries?" Every evening I had to ask them to turn on the hallway light. One evening, the chef brought me white pasta with a little water in it. The buffet was only available for three days, and it was poor, not even a dessert at the end of the meal. Then there was table service with no option to choose, and to think about food allergies. I had half-board, and midweek, the chef reported to the owner that we were also eating lunch, which wasn't true. I know how half-board works. Except for the chef, the rest of the staff was friendly and kind. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Terrible experience. They make you pay in advance without even assigning your room first, so they're protected, not the guest. In fact, you'll find uncomfortable rooms (two outlets, burned-out lightbulbs, non-working blinds, faulty doors, air conditioning that buzzes even when turned off all night). The cleanliness is questionable (and we had to leave because they cleaned it during the afternoon rest period), you'll find ants, crumbs, etc. The food is terrible, self-service left on trays (so it gets cold after a while) and left out in plain sight. The next day, the dishes were made up of leftovers from the day before. Let's forget about the dining room service (on the first day, the table was assigned with a tablecloth soiled by other guests). Naturally, hair on the plates and threads on the dishes served by the kitchen (the only dish served is the first course at lunch). And finally, the owners are rude, and when you make the appropriate comments, they reply that you're making it all up. Be careful, you don't get scammed too.

In this hotel smells so badly, there wasn't enough food and drinks on breakfast. Manager speaks just Italian and I couldn't talk with him. Manager seems to be aggressive. He has got a scary dog which bites and bark. Please for your own better don't go there and find different place to stay with friendly staff and mentally balanced manager.

It isn't safe hotel.

Very small room kind of storage room. Breakfast was really poor! Just toasts, fette biscottate, jam, and cheap cake. The dinner was not a value for 30€! Kind of apericena with really cheap stuff - sausages, French fries and so on, the price of the whole buffet was about 50€ for all guests meanwhile we paid 30€ for 2 people. Rimini is a nice place but the hotel owners care only about profits, the services are incredibly low . Never again .

My experience at this hotel was really terrible. The owner was very aggressive, yelled at us. Also, the breakfasts were very poor. We had to wait for food for very long and some of my friends didn't even get to eat anything. I don't recommend.

The manager was really agressive and rude. He was coming to our rooms without saying anything. After an accident which we could solve out he just threw us out of the hotel. The food was also really poor and there wasn't enough for everyone to eat.
