I ended up in a really bad situation, I chose a 4 star hotel to be treated with class, the service was so slow and unprepared, glasses with stains, unpolished forks, nothing that really bothered me that they are fake people, in the corner you can already hear whispers, I see a lot of good reviews and I wonder why?? I spent my holiday on full board, with good, easy-to-eat food, quality wine and draft beer. The staff was always available to accommodate our needs. The rooms were large and clean; the pool was relaxing for both young and old, and there were excellent bathrooms on the seafront across the street. I would definitely return to this hotel.

I'd like to say a few words about the hotel's hospitality, the kindness of the staff, the excellent quality of the food (Romagna tradition in all its glory), and the absolutely welcoming and clean rooms. And I can't help but mention the pool with a jacuzzi and cascading water feature, which is very pleasant and rare in any other hotel.

I had a truly wonderful three days! The Derby is a very comfortable hotel with excellent, varied, and rich cuisine. The rooms are spotlessly clean and have a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea, perfect for enjoying a stunning sunset. The staff is always available, kind, and smiling, and the owners, Daniele Valentina, are wonderful. We can't wait to return! I highly recommend them.

Visited for my mum's birthday it was absolutely lovely. Classic grandeur. Really recommend it. A bit of a trek into the town centre (though easy to take a bus), but right on the beach in a very convenient location.

The hotel is the best in Rimini, very close to the beach, and the service is excellent. The breakfast is a relatively complete continental breakfast, and the building has a strong sense of history. However, the internet is a bit slow.

Luxury hotels elsewhere could learn a thing or two from GHR’s staff with regard to guest service. We have been guests of the Arcade Hotel for some years now. Here you immediately feel at ease: the environment is pleasant and familiar, they are all very kind and helpful. We are a family of 4. We spent a week in this hotel and really enjoyed it. It's near to the beach, the food is excellent, the people here are very kind and friendly, especially Mr.Mario at the swimming pool in the cocktail bar. The hotel is best located directly at the beach - but beach service is not included in the hotel price. The pool is indoor with open fronts to the beach side. Unfortunately not open air which was limiting the experience a bit. The modern rooms were nice, big TV screen and standard bath level for a 4 star hotel. I had had a bad experience with another hotel and had to find a new one in the middle of the night. I found Hotel Continental and the front desk person was so nice, kind, and thoughtful. The room was excellent, and the breakfast and breakfast staff were wonderful. If I ever come back to Rimini, I’m staying here.

Had a very comfortable stay at St. Gregory Park. Very family friendly. Have playing area for children. Excellent rich breakfast. Convenient location with easy access to beach, transport, etc. They also have beach view rooms. If you are visiting Rimini or just passing through, would definitely recommend to checkout. Amazing hotel experience! The staff were fantastic, as were all of the little considerations for service and comfort (aperitivo, Christmas gifts). The bed was comfortable though the rooms a little old. It was great to have a fridge and kettle in the room! It was a beautiful location for the beach and a 20-30 minute walk into town or easily accessible by bus. Definitely recommend!

The hotel is very nice, the location is privileged and the staff super friendly. The only point of improvement (in my personal opinion), rooms still open with keys and not with card, but it's only a personal preference.

This is definitely the best hotel in the area! Staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms are big and clean. The hotel was absolutely fantastic, incredibly welcoming to cyclists, great bike storage/garage support, superb food catering for many hours of cycling over the week. Fantastic spot for a quick beach escape! Our sea-view room on the 5th floor had breathtaking views. Rooms are small, but with the beach steps away, who stays inside? Comfortable beds, tasty meals, and service that goes above and beyond — they even left a sweet note and a little gnome for our 4-year-old. Truly thoughtful and memorable!

It's pretty good, but there are some shortcomings. For example, there was no quilt in the room at the beginning, so I had to find a quilt in the closet myself.

The only thing which we didn't like is that the hotel has a private beach, but you still have to pay for an umbrella and sunbed on the beach. Rooms are quite small but very clean. A bit disturbing was that even if it was off season and not very crowded you could hear everything: people talking, alarms in the morning, someone throwing up from close rooms. Too warm in the room even if we turned the heating off. It turned on again when we left the room. We did sleep the balcony door open even in January. Breakfast was very rich and tasty....

We LOVED this hotel. We stayed for just one night, but we were impressed by the quality of service. We had to leave the hotel before breakfast, but they arranged a breakfast box for us without us needing to ask for anything. They were also very kind and friendly.
