Hotel Sabbia d'Oro in Rimini

I made a reservation through Booking.com for a vacation. Then I received an email from the hotel with an additional price list for standard things like air conditioning and a requested baby cot 12€ per day, air conditioning 5€ per day, beach and what more..I write them on English they write me back on Italian.Fees that were not described. Because of this unpleasant surprise I cancelled my reservation as was the case with the reason. After that they started sending me constant messages and insults. This is unacceptable and absolutely unprofessional behavior. I am amazed by the complete lack of manners in their service and the boundless arrogance. These are rude scammers. I'm glad I cancelled my stay after my disappointment during my booking. Be careful and be prepared to be insulted as if you are obligated to pay them whatever they tell you without objecting. These are abnormal people.

As for Hotel Sabbia D'oro, which looks more like an ordinary accommodation than a hotel, I can't praise anything except the location itself, which is spot on... We traveled over 1000 kilometers and the staff welcomed us in the most unpleasant way, without the slightest courtesy. very rude landlady at the info desk. The rooms are disastrously small, there is a lot of dust under the bed, the food is very bad and the quantity is very little. found something like a snail with the water. A big shame for a hotel or a regular 2-star accommodation. If he behaves like that towards guests who come from faraway countries, then it is a big shame for the whole of Italy.

As for this hotel....(If it can be called a hotel at all), I have not a single word of praise to say, only faults.... The staff is terribly unfriendly, the rooms are terribly dirty, there is a lot of dust under the bed. Four people in one room that is the size for two....The walls are like paper, you can hear everything... And how can you not hear when none of the doors can be closed normally... And as for the restaurant, only I can say terrible... What we found, I can't even write... Is the air conditioning charged 5 euros per day? Reception does not open the document in the email? And then he wants to charge us a fine? It's terrible.... Avoid this hotel.....

I stayed in a one star hotel after being here and it felt like a five star upgrade. Possibly the worst hotel on earth. Shabby, brown, dark, sweaty, skanky, a relic of the 70's. How this place is still open I'll never know. The staff are nice, friendly, they like to gather their mates in the foyer and drink late, which is cool if you're 20 and single and not travelling with kids. I've stayed in hostels that are better kept. Bad memories, mum, bad memories indeed. This is some old shag nest that belongs in Ibiza. If you offered me a week in Venice, with half a million euro cash, but before you gave it to me I'd have to spend a week in this hotel.... You'd be going to Venice without me. It's a weird place, and I suppose it would be alright if you were just renting it by the hour with some random hooker you just picked up.
