However, I’m writing this review especially for families with kids because child charges are insane. For example
- Baby cot: €30 per night
- 50€ for a dinner for one day (in case of half board). Even if your child takes only small portion of pasta - you will be Charged 50€
It was our fault that we didn’t check the message they left for us on a booking account but nevertheless it was very disappointing that no one on the reception even reminded us on these charges. I understand they didn’t have to but in spite of any additional charges professional hotel staff is usually emphasizing transparently additional costs.
I tried to find a solution and to agree on adequate dinner costs for a child but no chance. charging 50€/dinner for 3 y.o. child eating small portion of pasta is ridiculous but for the hotel is just business.
As mentioned we also had half board - it was not bad but anyway it’s better to eat outside. Much more choice.
double-check every bill, we have been charged extra 50€ and it has been more than a week ago and we still didn’t get money
back.
