Let's start from the room: SUPERIOR room. Now I believe that my concept of superior is different from that of the owners, about 12sqm including bathroom, without a space to put 2 suitcases (there was room for a small one), not even a chair, two lights on the headboard different from each other. them (just out of carelessness) and in the bathroom not even a shelf (not even in the shower where you can put the bubble bath). In the bathroom there was also a window with transparent glass and a white curtain that allowed you to easily see the people in the shower from outside. Reported the discomfort as the first response we had: "I don't see any problem, the room is the same, if it's not good you can find another accommodation". This answer alone is worth the vote. On the second day, however, they remedied by gluing an opaque film to the better. For 3 out of 7 evenings there was no hot water and I know we weren't the only ones with this problem.
The kitchen: nothing to say about the quality of the materials used, but otherwise I would review a few things. To give as one of the 2 second courses "prosciutto and melon" or "buffalo mozzarella with oil" I would not call it "cooking". During the week then 3/4 types of fish made in the same way are served, same thing for the meat twice baked chicken, baked guinea fowl and roasted cockerel, basically 4 breasts of 3 different animals made in the same way. I wouldn't even define "escalope" (the first day) or veal tartare (the fifth) a grilled slice of veal with a drizzle of oil on top or "mixed grilled meats" a dish with a piece of chicken and a piece of veal. Luckily they didn't serve us a (cooked) bug in spaghetti like at the next table. Finally (only in the evening) the "dessert" was served, always a miserable slice of cake no more than 1cm high with sponge cake and a filling of your choice (and sometimes it was not possible to choose the filling!). So I would change the descriptions in which they define the kitchen as "flagship".
Lastly, it is the first time that beach towels are not provided in a hotel of the same category on the Romagna Riviera that offers beach service.
