Domus Flaviae Guest house

I stayed three nights at this guest house. It was not the worst one I have stayed so far but my visit was still disappointing for me.
1. Sound insulation between the rooms were terrible. So, my room was noisy both in the mornings and at nights.
2. For the breakfast you have to fix a time a night before and they bring you the food. You have to eat in your room, there is no hall or another space you can go and get breakfast whenever you want. Eating in a small, viewless and dark room on a very small table was not nice.
3. The breakfast itself was also disappointing for me as you cannot pick the food according to your taste. It includes sandwich with tuna fish and mayonnaise, very sugared pastry, and sugared fruit yogurt. I told them that I don't prefer to eat fish in the morning and also I don't consume sugar. They told me that this a typical Italian breakfast, so there was nothing to do about it! Because they didn't change the menu, I did't get the breakfast in the following two days although I have already paid for it. All I want was some cheese and bread without sugar! It was definitely not a very hospitable attitude!
4. More importantly, there was no cell service in the whole building.There was wifi but when I had to use my phone I had to leave the building - which was definitely an annoying experience.I have been using my telephone line in many countries: nearly all countries of Europe, in the UK and in the USA but it has never happened to me before.It might be a general problem about Rome but in other parts of the city I could use my telephone, so I wanted to state that issue, too.
