The hotel was always clean, and near the city, and within walking distance of almost every tourist attractions, and those that are not within walking distance, there is a metro station near the hotel, so we can visit it. Liked this place very much, the owners are very friendly and open. The room we were in was clean and well equipped, the bed comfortable and everything was in working order. I definitely recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Rome, and especially Vatican City, as it's just 2 streets away.

I have stayed there several times. It is well located and quite comfortable. You can have a good conference there. The whole building is huge.

You get what you paid for, the surroundings and the garden are really nice. Only complaint was the noise just outside of my room( I would guess from cleaning staff going about) but it's not a big deal since they try to do their job when most of the guests are out.

Room very clean as well as the bathroom 5 stars. Neither I put 3 stars for the price and the breakfast increased 20 euros per night per person in ten days. Unprofessional behavior, since I have been a customer for a long time.

We really enjoyed how close we were from the Colleseum and many other historical landmarks. The room was quaint but great for the 2 of us. Very clean, safe and quiet. Despite the language barrier, everyone we encountered were lovely. The only downside was the driver for the airport pickup being over 1 hour late, just a tab frustrating after a 12 hr flight.

Feliz in Roma is an excellent location to see some of the most historical areas of Rome, you are literally minutes away from the Colosseo. Our host, Federico was so quick in responding and provided some excellent restaurant recommendations and some hidden gems not all tourists know about. The most modest room as you would imagine a monk's room. Small, clean and I slept really well. Nice reception welcome. I must pay special thanks to the following. I came in to Rome unexpectedly that evening. All hotels were charging E600 and up, but this place kept it's rate.

Stayed in Rome for 4 nights, this place was a great price and met all our needs. It's easy to walk a couple mins and hop on a bus straight to the centre of Rome. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located, close to the metro, there are students inside the campus, but they didn’t bother us at all. Breakfast is modest, but includes scrambled eggs, bacon, apples and bananas, yogurt, some pastries and coffee and juices. The room is relatively clean, good Italian cosmetics (gel soap), plenty of space. The hotel is suitable for one or two nights.

There is a large supermarket nearby, the front desk staff are also very nice, and the room is clean There are two beds, but there is nothing to do nearby. You need to take the subway to go out, but I feel safer.

The price/performance ratio is still very high, you can cook, and tableware is available.

We selected this hotel due to its proximity to the train station and many sites in Rome. The room was clean and comfortable, and even though the elevator was slow, it was great to have that available for transferring luggage. A beautiful guest house quiet in a penthouse a few steps from Piazza San Pietro, the room was new with a private bathroom and was cleaned every day. It was my best accommodation during the italy travel. Everyone there was so kind and room was clean. Clean and simple breakfast. Location is good as well. Just in front of here has bus station which goes to the main centre of rome. If I go Italy again 100% will stay here again.

The location is very good, very close to the Colosseum and very convenient. The room is clean and tidy, and there is room cleaning service every day. It's just not convenient to contact us. There is no front desk, and the phone number provided by Ctrip cannot be reached. Later, I contacted Ctrip’s customer service and found the staff. After finding it, the service was pretty good.

It was a pleasant surprise when we arrived at the hotel and were given a whole apartment instead of just a room. They clean the apartment every day and upon arrival, they give you a generous supply of coffee, tea, and cookies. The room itself was quite spacious and had two wardrobes for our belongings.
