Perfect central location with a patio for smoking that you can see where Ceasar was executed from. Amazing shower and for an additional fee they will pick you up from the airport and can even have a bottle of wine or champagne waiting for you. Friendly staff and awesome showers.
Lh royal suites is Ana amazing place to stay in rome! They offered a pick up service from the airport, they communicate super well!, and overall the staff is amazing and friendly! Highly recommend!! :)
You won't find a better location! Adjacent to Largo Argentina, a few minutes walk from everything in the historical center. Convenient to busses and taxis, lots of excellent restaurants. Elegant breakfast room, exceptionally clean, and very classy. Cons are some street noise (cured by closing the windows and turning on the aircon), and not wheelchair handicapped accessible given the entrance stairs...
The hotel is beautiful, with cozy and modern rooms, including stunning ceilings. There is a great bathtub on which you can even turn on the radio and lights The breakfast was good too and the service was very welcoming, with the people working there giving you various tips on where to go out and how to get there. They even have an airport shuttle.
This place is amazing close to all the sights, hop and ride stops. The staff (Edizon & Franco) I can't even explain how grateful and helpful they were. Breakfast was awesome fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, croissants and great coffee cappuccino, espresso and many more choices, rooms are like a piece of art work as is the whole building don't let the outside fool you. great location, excellent cleanliness, helpful staff. so satisfactory.
Great location, very close to Piazza de Spagna, Fontana de Trevi, stores like Dolce&Gabbana, Gucci, etc. The stuff was nice but the bedroom wasn’t comfortable, the bed had an old horrible mattress. The bathroom was tiny and difficult to shower in. The windows aren’t soundproof and the street was really noisy.
I spent two nights in July with my daughter. Very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, simply extraordinary location!!! It will undoubtedly be the first structure I contact when I return to Rome. Highly recommended!
Great location. Room was a little tight, however the kids each had their own bed. Nice and central to the sites; only a 15 minute walk to the Trivi Fountain and steps away from the subway. Super easy to get to from the airport and get around Rome with the subway so close. Neighbourhood is filled with tons of restaurants and is just far enough away from the Spanish Steps to be a little quieter.
We can’t say enough good things about our stay at this hotel! The gals at the front desk, Roberta and Sonia, are outstanding! They absolutely go above and beyond in every aspect to make your stay a pleasant one. Let’s start with the location, perfect! You couldn’t ask for a better situated hotel, close to fantastic restaurants the Spanish steps the Trilly fountain and even the hop on and hop off bus...
My friends and I stayed at the beautiful Relais Bocca Di Leone while we were in Rome. The location was amazing and the staff were amazingly helpful to my daughter when she had a passport issue. They went above and beyond to help us out during this stressful time. The room was a beautiful large spacious room and very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Rome!

It's a good place. And perfect location
The b&b was located very central. Bus stop and supermarket only 3 minutes away. The room had a personal bathroom and a small balcony. Airconditioning included. Very good communication with the host. Any problemen were fixed within 15 minutes. Overall great stay!
Location is amazing, walking distance to Colosseum, Trevi fountain and Pantheon. Wonderful quiet building with lots of character and clean rooms.
Very helpful staff who handed us the keys. Nice neighbourhood very close to the St maria margiore and the termini. We didn't have any hot water problem that some other people are talking about but we could hear the noise from the hallway but wasn't too big of an issue. But recommend to book a room with ensuite bathroom cos it seems like some rooms don't have bathrooms ensuite.
Located in the city center, it took only 12-13 minutes for the three of us to walk from the train station with big suitcases on a hot day. You may not find it when you use Google Maps to navigate to an intersection. In fact, turn left from the intersection and there is a green iron gate. If the iron gate is locked, call the front desk there, and wait for someone to open the door (Rome is too hot)....
It's really cool, but it's true that in photos it looks more impressive and then it's very small and the streets outside are a bit scary.
Location is very good. Everything is nearby... For me, the best we could find in Rome. Everything is close, the Colosseo is not even 10 minutes away. We arrived early and I was very surprised that the receptionist himself suggested that we could leave our luggage there while the room was ready. He recommended restaurants in the area and was really nice, accommodating and helpful. Fresh croissants were...

The hotel has a great location, the bed and pillows were comfortable and clean, cleaned every day, next time we will stay here again
Ideal place for a stay in Rome. Very short walk to the Trevi fountain and other local hotspots such as the Spanish steps and the pantheon. The hotel itself was astonishingly beautiful and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was lovely and a decent size with some interesting interior decoration. All round good choice for a stay in Rome and a bargain for what you get
This hotel is a nice, basic little hotel, in a great location, at a great price. It's in an old building and It's not for people who need a lot of services or a lot of attention. The reception is on the first floor (one floor above the street). They seem to have just a few people that do everything. The staff was polite and provided good recommendations on restaurants, but they are limited on what...
The accommodation is small, but it has everything you need. It feels a bit old, but I recommend it because it is good value for money.
Good location. Clean rooms with excellent cleaning everyday. Very friendly and welcoming staff. They also gave us good advise and were availeble for any questions. We walked where ever we were going, except the Vertikan City. Highly recommend.

Hotel in a very convenient location just a stone's throw from Termini Station, the metro! Super convenient for those traveling by train. We left our bags in the morning, before checking in and the day after checking out! Very kind staff. In the morning they left us two croissants hanging from the door handle. Super kind and smiling reception staff Thanks for the nice stay
The hotel is really good. The room was big and complete. The location is near a market and a station. We also had assorted croissants, yogurts, and coffee for breakfast (or dinner). :) The staff are friendly and helpful as well. We just encountered an issue finding the exact location because there's no sign outside and we didn't know that they are on the higher floor. There is also a certain time when...
The location is very good. It is close to everywhere. The reception is friendly. When we first entered the room, there were hairs in the bed. I think the room was not cleaned well. Cleaning was done in the following days. Breakfast is only 2 croissants hung on the door in the morning. But 3 coffees and yogurt are put in the room every day. We asked the staff for sheets and towels. They were given...
A very good homestay. When we made the reservation, we were initially concerned about the cleanliness due to the very affordable price. However, this homestay turned out to be extremely clean, well-equipped, and the rooms had no issues with sound insulation. The value for money is outstanding.
The hotel is great value for money. It’s central, clean, and the staff is very friendly. It’s also very warm in the winter. Honestly, I think it’s really underestimated.
In general, everything is good: clean, quiet, the Colosseum, restaurants, grocery stores, and the train station are nearby. If the room, like ours, is near the reception, it can be noisy from 8am. The walls between the rooms are very thin - you can hear people washing. They also start cleaning early, so hang a sign so that they don't disturb you. You can leave your things after check-out (which is...

Had a great stay at Monti First hotel in Rome. It has an excellent location in a good neighborhood-ten minute walk to the Colleseum, Trevi Fountain, all kinds of fine restaurants within walking distance. The hotel offers a 10€ breakfast  buffet at a sister hotel five minutes away. The food is excellent. The hotel  and rooms are clean with an excellent cleaning lady, Lilia, who always has a smile for...
Monti First is a very well located hotel for exploring Rome, a short walk from exploring the main sites like the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. The hotel staff were friendly, upbeat and helpful. For €10 you can walk a few minutes to a sister hotel for a larger...
The hotel was always clean, and near the city, and within walking distance of almost every tourist attractions, and those that are not within walking distance, there is a metro station near the hotel, so we can visit it. I visited Rome for 3 nights and booked myself to stay here on a solo trip and the place was perfect. The location of Monti First was amazing as it was within walking distance of all the sites I wanted to see. Communication between the hotel and me was great as I first struggled to find it however...
I will definitely go back to this tourist residence in an ancient building, all in one with the Eliseo Theatre. Perfect location! We were less than 5 min walk from Castel Sant'Angelo and not much further to Piazza Navona in the other direction. Very close to shops and many restaurants in the area.
If you’re looking for luxe accommodations this isn’t the place. Rooms are really two-star, in need of repair and dark but the location absolutely makes up for it: the best of via Coronari is right outside the door. Plus Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain are all very close and a few more minutes and you’re in Trastevere, Via del Corso, Prati and Vatican City and the Colosseum and more. I love...
Now the real goods on this place. The room was average. The staff are really good. They will help you out as much as they can. The building is old so the conditions of the rooms are OK. Now to make up for this shortfall. You have decent staff and the location are the strength. You can go anywhere within a reasonable distance. In marketing class they always stress location. If not being too far away...
The place is old-school I guess you have all your basic needs warm water to shower. We had a heater as well as AC. I did have like a wet dirt smell and the walls are to thin could hear everything in the room next door lol. It is in a very good location. Good food all around, public transportation!
Cozy room in a great square. Tons of fun right out the door. Rooms cleaned and bed set every day. And great staff. Only complaint is the wifi but come on now your in Rome live with it. Along with that after loosing our key the hotel helped a ton getting us into the room and working with us to find it. Great stay great location great staff no complaints at all
We stayed three nights at this location in January. Very convenient location. Walking distance to most of the attractions in Rome. Plenty of restaurants to eat from. The only issue was that there was no iron in the room and wife complained about not having a mirror in the room. Only mirror in the toilet.

Guest house in the center of Rome, close to the sights. Check-in is fast, breakfasts are very simple. Inconvenient system with codes instead of keys. Mattress and pillows are terribly uncomfortable. You can stay for 1-3 days, then everything will be annoying.
We arrived on the Thursday and we were apparently at the wrong location. When the lady kindly took us to the “correct” location we were greeted with builders, cables everywhere and finally, a room fit for Harry Potter. Looking back through the photos show we did not get anything near the advertised rooms and not only that, we were right above the busy metro station which, had we stayed in the correct...
Clean rooms, excellent services and good location, close to bus stops and metro station. We were allocated to the newest properties which are quite new. Morden properties. We were also offered complimentary breakfast and snacks which are surprisingly good for the price. Definitely recommend if you would like to have a budget hotel to stay few days in Rome
We reserved at Nerva Accomodation Carvour and we were moved to Nerva Accomodation, a different building.
Great deal if you don’t want to spend a lot of money on hotels. Nerva is a mix of hotel, airbnb, and hostel. They take a floor in a building and transform into hotel. The place was relatively cheap, also it's situated very well (near Bernini palace) but unfortunately they were not always able tp privide us with accurate information, also laguage storage sort of failed. The staff is friendly and nice, though.
The location is not ideal, the front desk is not open during the hours advertised and customer service could be better. The place is clean.
Good location, prices and friendly staff, if you get a private toilet, it might be outside your room.
There was no attendant at 9am, had to call the number to get someone there. Room is okay, there are 2 shared bathrooms unless you pick a room with private bathroom. Location is not near much.
The price of our stay was fantastic and the girl who checked us in was really helpful. We had a room with a private bathroom which was cosy, but you generally get what you pay for, however you won't be spending much time inside anyway. We selected this hotel due to its proximity to the train station and many sites in Rome. The room was clean and comfortable, and even though the elevator was slow, it was great to have that available for transferring luggage. Overall, we liked this property and would stay there again if ever back in Rome.
Stayed here with my 13 year old. It looks like it was a apartment building turned hotel with four floors. It’s a old building but has a elevator. The elevator is small and slow but does the job. Conveniently located, quiet rooms away from the road; friendly helpful staff (thanks for meeting us to welcome us and also the two women doing breakfast on different days); parking might be difficult but we found a free white space. Very good, excellent.
Very spacius rooms, nicely decorated and fully equiped. Nice and quit location close to metro and buses. Complementary wine and fruits on arrival. The only disadvantage is the humidity, since the rooms have windows to closed spaces.
We stayed here for 3 nights. Overall, phenominal. The beds were very comfortable. They also helped us in getting to destinations (we had never used the metro before). Will book again if we go back to Rome

I liked everything, it was clean, the bed was soft. Towels and linen were snow-white. There was tea, coffee, water in the fridge. Ironing board, coffee machine and kettle. It was difficult to get to the reception: I wrote a message a day before, asking to send the code from the door. They were standing at the door. But the check-in was earlier, thank you
It offers daily cleaning service and is in a good location. However, the room is not properly soundproofed, so external noise can be heard very easily.
It was a pleasant surprise when we arrived at the hotel and were given a whole apartment instead of just a room. They clean the apartment every day and upon arrival, they give you a generous supply of coffee, tea, and cookies. The room itself was quite spacious and had two wardrobes for our belongings.
