Had a great stay at Monti First hotel in Rome. It has an excellent location in a good neighborhood-ten minute walk to the Colleseum, Trevi Fountain, all kinds of fine restaurants within walking distance. The hotel offers a 10€ breakfast buffet at a sister hotel five minutes away. The food is excellent. The hotel and rooms are clean with an excellent cleaning lady, Lilia, who always has a smile for...
Monti First is a very well located hotel for exploring Rome, a short walk from exploring the main sites like the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. The hotel staff were friendly, upbeat and helpful. The room was great. There is a small breakfast provided at Monti First which usually consisted of a pastry or cake slice and a fruit juice. For €10 you can walk a few minutes to a sister hotel for a larger...
The hotel was always clean, and near the city, and within walking distance of almost every tourist attractions, and those that are not within walking distance, there is a metro station near the hotel, so we can visit it. The staff, and especially Sara, the receptionist, was the most helpful. She spoke English with us, gave us maps of the city, with every tourist attraction circled so we can visit it...
I visited Rome for 3 nights and booked myself to stay here on a solo trip and the place was perfect. The location of Monti First was amazing as it was within walking distance of all the sites I wanted to see. They also offer free experiences which I didn't manage to look into as I already had plans while I was there. Communication between the hotel and me was great as I first struggled to find it however...
I will definitely go back to this tourist residence in an ancient building, all in one with the Eliseo Theatre. Extraordinarily well located halfway between the very city centre and Termini Railway station, both at walkable distance. There is no "hotel" sign outside the big wooden portal (you must search the intercom's menu for the hotel reception ring). You will also have to share stairs and the vintage...
This place has been absolutely superb. The location is imposible to beat, it is right in the center of the best sights in rome, a 5 minute walk to the Trevi fountain, 5 minute walk to the Colosseum, every Cafe, Restaurant, Bar you could hope for is just around the corner and the staff are wonderful. Shout out to Lorena and Enzo the manager, they were both so accommodating and helpful and we are so...

Excellent experience central place and well served
Everything was perfect! Location is wonderful and very clean rooms. The owner was very helpful, informative and overall, it was a great stay!
Really excellent location, next to the Metro exit Ottaviano. The kind Alexandra welcomed us, who even if she didn't speak Italian gave us the right info. Apparently clean, comfortable bed, the only doubt that we had booked a room with an external view but they gave us a view of the internal courtyard, and a flaw that I find VERY NOISY water system. You constantly hear water running just behind the...
Liked this place very much, the owners are very friendly and open. The room we were in was clean and well equipped, the bed comfortable and everything was in working order. I definitely recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Rome, and especially Vatican City, as it's just 2 streets away.

Rome, Via Aurelia 472 (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
I have stayed there several times. It is well located and quite comfortable. You can have a good conference there. The whole building is huge.
You get what you paid for, the surroundings and the garden are really nice. Only complaint was the noise just outside of my room( I would guess from cleaning staff going about) but it's not a big deal since they try to do their job when most of the guests are out.
This hotel situated about 20 minutes away from the center of Rome is a real secret and modest treasure. Humble rooms but well equipped with what is necessary for an active tourist are moderately priced. The place belongs to a religious Christian movement so there is of course a cross in every room. Breakfast is included and is delicious. There is no room service not a minibar but if you want there...
You get what you pay for here but great value! The guest house is part of a Catholic school I believe.
Positives: Staff speak very good English and are very polite and helpful. Nice location about 3 min from the metro. Breakfast was pretty good. Super cheap.
Negatives: No aircon, the walls are paper thin, I could hear a guy in the next room peeing.. Only place in Italy that I found (and got bitten...
Comfortable accomodation, very spacious, friendly staff, great metro link to the centre of Rome.
Breakfast was satisfactory. Good value for money.
We travalled to Rome in January for 5 days. I highly recommend this accomodation, because its location and neighbourhood. The red metro station was really close fortunately. There was a supermarket also. (Coop if i remember right) But the best service was the breakfast. There were lots of food to choose from : snacks, free coffees, hot chocolates, sweets, fruits, jams, yoghurts. We always set off at...

In front of metro, indipendent and economy rooms
Very clean and comfortable apartment, some old-fashioned furniture ... but that's fine. A stone's throw from the center and excellent value for money. Ok!
Room very clean as well as the bathroom 5 stars. Neither
I put 3 stars for the price and the breakfast increased 20 euros per night per person in ten days. Unprofessional behavior, since I have been a customer for a long time.

We really enjoyed how close we were from the Colleseum and many other historical landmarks. The room was quaint but great for the 2 of us. Very clean, safe and quiet. Despite the language barrier, everyone we encountered were lovely.
The only downside was the driver for the airport pickup being over 1 hour late, just a tab frustrating after a 12 hr flight.
Great Stay Near the Colosseum with Exceptional Ser
This hotel was a great find for our stay in Rome. It's within a 12-minute walk of the Colosseum and conveniently located near a bus station, which made it easy to reach other major sites like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps in about 15 minutes. The area is also filled with delicious and reasonably priced dining options, which made exploring even...
Hosts were very kind and location was convenient. My family and I had some issues checking in since it was a self check-in process. Main issue was poor phone signal in the building if not connected to WiFi. We stayed for two nights and on our last day, the WiFi was not working. We tried to reset it but it did not help. Because of the lack of WiFi and poor phone signal, it was difficult to reach the...
Enjoyed my stay at this cozy B&B. Everything was very convienient from the hotel. I highly recommend staying at this place whenever you are in Rome. Thank you for being an amazing host Feliz in Roma 😊
“We had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and The only downside was the limited breakfast options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure!”
Feliz in Roma is an excellent location to see some of the most historical areas of Rome, you are literally minutes away from the Colosseo. Our host, Federico was so quick in responding and provided some excellent restaurant recommendations and some hidden gems not all tourists know about. Our room was impeccable and a perfect place to rest after a full day of walking. We will definitely stay here again...

Perfect location (9 min walk to the Vatican), amazing service (Ana Maria was very helpful and kind ❤), great breakfast.
The most modest room as you would imagine a monk's room. Small, clean and I slept really well. Nice reception welcome. I must pay special thanks to the following. I came in to Rome unexpectedly that evening. All hotels were charging E600 and up, but this place kept it's rate.

Location was great, room has been tidied every day. They had a fridge, hairdryer, iron, ironing table and had a big wardrobe.
Very convenient location, friendly staff, clean room and good consition. Everything you need for a short stay in Rome.
Amazing location. Rooms are a bit smaller in size. Tiny lift but sufficient.
The owner was very good although he was not fluent in English, he will make sure his guests stay comfortably at his premise, however the amenities was slightly old but still in good condition.
Not so bad ... when you are outside, in front of the entrance, there is something strange because there is no sign of the hotel.
You have to ring the bell and enter, in a small room, to find the reception, open 24 hours/day.
But the courtesy of the person at the reception is okey and the rooms are comfortable, clean and quite big for two person, offering all the necessities.
Price is low, considering...

Helpful Front desk, breakfast included, have free gym room
The location is very convenient as it’s just a 4 minutes walk to the Pietralata Metro Station, just to be cautious at night as it is quite a quiet area for tourists.
Overall it’s Molto bene!
I regret booking this hotel, needless to say.
The place is clean and the room is very comfortable to sleep in
Great place, very clean, free breakfast and near the metro. Loved it
Excellent hotel, conveniently located, close to the metro, there are students inside the campus, but they didn’t bother us at all. Breakfast is modest, but includes scrambled eggs, bacon, apples and bananas, yogurt, some pastries and coffee and juices. The room is relatively clean, good Italian cosmetics (gel soap), plenty of space. The hotel is suitable for one or two nights.
There is a large supermarket nearby, the front desk staff are also very nice, and the room is clean
There are two beds, but there is nothing to do nearby. You need to take the subway to go out, but I feel safer.

The price/performance ratio is still very high, you can cook, and tableware is available.
We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of almost 3 months in a camper van. It was so good to stay here! The staff on reception were friendly and helpful(especially the young guy-sorry can’t remember his name). It is close to a supermarket and the station (Due Ponti) to get the train to Rome(approx 20 min).
After staying in many camping grounds, this is one of the best. Very clean facilities with toilet...
Older male reception staff was very grumpy. No hand soap in any of the toilets on site. Nice pool and bar. Campsite welcomes you until 1am which I think is very good. Well done for getting that right 👍.
Very nice camping. Good sanitation. (With classical music 😃) great transport on the campsite to the gate. (Which lies a bit far)
Close to train station and supermarket. Shady places. Nice small swimming pool. No real down sides discovered.
Great place to stay to sum it up.
Details:
The people at the reception were kinda unfriendly, but that might just be my perception being a foreigner.
There is a shuttle service between the reception and the campsite which was really nice and helpful.
The spots itself are rather narrow but big enough depending on your vehicle.
Almost everywhere are trees to protect against direct sunlight.

For tents it is too far from toilets. So I changed my place and settled down w/caravans. Generally clean but not make you feel like home. Bathrooms are fair but most of the hangers inside are broken. Excellent location. Comfy room. Lacked a clothing iron. Shower was lukewarm. Still a very comfy room. Enjoyed the stay.
We selected this hotel due to its proximity to the train station and many sites in Rome. The room was clean and comfortable, and even though the elevator was slow, it was great to have that available for transferring luggage. Overall, we liked this property and would stay there again if ever back in Rome.
Stayed here with my 13 year old. It looks like it was a apartment building turned hotel with four floors. It’s a old building but has a elevator. The elevator is small and slow but does the job. The rooms have been nicely renovated with a modern look. There are some areas that could be fixed and touched up but it didn’t really bother us. There is a terrace on top floor.. no frills but nice to sit...

The hotel is located in a pleasant quiet area within easy reach of the train station. My room was on the second floor of what appears to be a residential building. Super friendly staff, very well-kept and lovingly decorated hotel, and the breakfast was also delicious. Also very near to every spot in Rome. You have a bus-stop opposite the hotel. Thanks to Mehran, the staff member, for the map of Rome's most beautiful spots!

A very nice hotel. We have arrived to this hotel late at night and we have had a very welcoming enterance. The hotel is located in a street with nice local bars and restaurants and live music. The breakfast was the best one we had in Rome.

Friendly staff and excellent AC! Optional room service was an additional bonus to the spacious rooms. Loved staying in a historic place in such a beautiful neighborhood.

The location of the pub is so so so great! It was really convenient to travel because the Colosseum was right in front, and they cleaned it up every day. I liked everything, it was clean, the bed was soft. Towels and linen were snow-white. There was tea, coffee, water in the fridge. Ironing board, coffee machine and kettle. It was difficult to get to the reception: I wrote a message a day before, asking to send the code from the door. They were standing at the door. But the check-in was earlier, thank you
It offers daily cleaning service and is in a good location. However, the room is not properly soundproofed, so external noise can be heard very easily.
It was a pleasant surprise when we arrived at the hotel and were given a whole apartment instead of just a room. They clean the apartment every day and upon arrival, they give you a generous supply of coffee, tea, and cookies. The room itself was quite spacious and had two wardrobes for our belongings.
