Our experience in this Hotel are excellent and beyond our expectation the front desk people are helpful and polite they even help us getting taxi if we need to .Room are clean since we book for 2 rooms .and the housekeeper is doing good cleaning and refilling coffees and toiletries. The deli store were friendly and their shuttle service are always on time and affordable. The restaurant Aurea restaurant...
Great day at this hotel, rooms were very clean and comfortable. They offer affordable shuttles to different city center destinations. Or they would help us call a taxi and it was always fast. Situated in between central Rome and the airport outside pool is really nice. The water is very cold though. We used the inside spa, which was very relaxing and nice.
Nice hotel. Very polite and attentive staff in the bar and on reception. I stayed in a. Newly refurbished room which was very nice. Food from the bar (dinner) was very nice. lunch from internal restaurant was also very nice. We stayed there for a conference and the large scale catering outside was not as good as inside. Had to wait 20 mins for vegetarian dish to arrive for one person on our table...
Wonderful amenities (complimentary access to the spa, breakfast and the shuttle bus was a SUPER PLUS). Wonderful staff and service. The only reason I didn’t give this property 5 stars was because the room although Spacious with a nice view from the balcony, left much to be desired in the ways of cleanliness/upkeep. The sofa was all stained, dirty and completely sunken in (not suitable for sitting so...
Visited in mid-July and cannot thank the staff enough for going above and beyond. They catered to our every need and ensured our stay was extremely positive. Loved the fact that the hotel had a pool, as it was a great way to wind down after a day out sightseeing. The location is great, as all the main sights are easily accessible within 20 minutes. Restaurant options within hotel were good and rooms...
Great hotel, great staff, I went for a premium room and they restocked the mini bar every day without fail. Reception staff so helpful, hotel has its own shuttle but and taxi service both at a charge. Pool is great when its sweltering! Location is peaceful but be prepared to use a lot of taxi's for going into Rome or the shuttle bus.

We booked this hotel to be close to the airport on our final day in Rome. I was worried about staying at this hotel due to previous reviews but figured it was only for one night. We were delightfully surprised at how wonderful it was. When we walked in, we were warmly greeted with smiles and friendliness. The guest relations manager, Marco, welcomed us personally and offered any assistance we needed...
The pool here is the best I've seen. It is older and does not use chlorine. Water temperature and smell was amazing. Rooms are great but keep in mind that there aren't many options within walking distance, so it is better for an airport stayover or for people with a car.
We stayed here randomly due to a canceled flight but it was a wonderful stay! The room was clean and felt very luxurious. The bath tub was deep and great to soak in. The service was excellent too. I don't speak a lick of Italian but that didn't matter in the slightest.
A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service! We had an amazing experience at this hotel, and the staff truly made our stay unforgettable. The hotel's restaurant was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, Juan Carlos and Alessia went above and beyond to make our families feel incredibly welcome. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail were outstanding. We especially enjoyed dining on the beautiful...
I wish I could have spent more time here! I only stayed for a day, but the property is stunning, and the natural surroundings are fantastic. The shuttle service is excellent, the coffee is incredible, and the rooms, while a bit dated, are high-tech and well-equipped with all the essentials. Highly recommended, especially at a great rate!
Beautiful property. Amazing golf course. Very relaxing, good food. Not vegan friendly, two fishes for vegetarians though. Good breakfast, very reasonably priced. Nice selection of wines. Pool is quite shallow, gym needs green pass to enter during covid19 (government requirement). Overall very satisfied with the stay. Definitely would stay again.

The hotel itself is actually quite ok. It sprawls over a large area. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room was not spartan but left you with a longing for a bit more. What's the word, it was a bit dull. The food was really good. We had buffet for lunch and the dishes were good. They have gluten-free, dairy free selections which is not something you find everywhere. The location of the hotel is...
It was o nice hotel but a little far from downtown ... 😃
I was there for a conference and although the facilities look great as far as decor goes, there were a few things that lowlighted the stay. Water coming out of the tap was brown in the first day, low quality pillows and a the wtar would fill up in yhe bathurbe during the shower due to low draining capacity. Food was not great either.
Stayed here due to a flight cancellation. Beautiful property and well oiled machine to cranky delayed travellers. Dinner and breakfast buffets were reminiscent of a wedding. Well done.
One of the best hotels I've stayed at. The rooms are clean and the staff at the bar are awesome. Raffael was the bartender/waiter who was there the 2 nights my friend and I stayed and he gave us the best customer service.
Nice hotel, great service but poor WI-FI spoils the mood.

Loved staying there over the years when on business trips, very friendly staff and service. Looking forward to its reopening, any updates on that?
Location : This hotel is located near airport so the city centre is a bit far from this place. If you go outside this hotel, there is nothing much to do or see. Service : Service was good. Friendly and helpful staff are always around and are very prompt. Food : Their food was simply amazing. The quality and taste of food were superb. Note : They have a free shuttle service which will take you to...
I loved my stay here. The customer service is great and their breakfast is amazing. They have a wide variety of food and a well balanced diet. The rooms are clean and cozy and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is near the train station and bus stop for easy access to visit Rome. The reception managers assisted me with the train maps which was a fast and convenient way to visit the beautiful...
Located in the middle between the airport and the city center 30 minutes in each direction. Convenient shuttle service to the historic center. Rooms are good and not too expensive. Breakfast buffet is good but not exciting. The restaurant is decent but most likely one should just go downtown for a much less expensive and most likely better meal.
For the money, this property offers a very strong value. I have stayed here two different times & the only thing that I don’t like about the property is that the shower water pressure is very low, which means that showers take a while & are not very soothing. The walk to the metro is a bit perilous, with not much room between you & fast moving cars. Please be careful when making this walk! Hotel has...

We spent 5 nights at the Hoxton for our first ever trip to Italy. It is a very nice hotel withe modern rooms, a nice restaurant with inside and outside seating. The neighborhood is primarily residential, so is very quiet. We enjoy walking so were fine with the location. It's maybe 10 Euros for a taxi right to the major tourist areas. The staff are outstanding. There are also a couple Conad supermarkets...
We did not stay at The Hoxton but we decided to drop into their restaurant, Elio for a late dinner after a long day site-seeing. We were greeted so warmly by this amazing staff. We sat under heaters at the most comfortable table and had an amazing meal. We love the pizza and pasta in Rome but we were craving something a bit different. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was exceptional...
Staying at the Hoxton Rome--especially if you stay in one of the lovely rooms with a terrace--is like living a glamorous life in one of the best neighborhoods of the city. If you want to be in the center of it all, this is not the hotel for you. Indeed, the throngs of tourists stumbling around the cobblestoned streets of the historic center are nowhere to be found here. Instead, the Hoxton Rome is...
The cutest hotel in Rome! We only stayed for three nights so we will definitely stay again next time we’re in Rome. The queen room was so cute and a good size for two people. I wanted to steal the bathroom tile scheme and take it home with me it was so pretty 😍 The terrace bar is a great spot for a drink. The location is awesome as well. A bit of a walk into the main tourist centre but it’s well worth...
We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a great time. The neighborhood is much quieter and nice. It did seem like we needed to taxi to get to all the tourist spots, but for a honeymoon, the area was perfect. The hotel itself is very trendy and nice. Despite being upgraded from booking via Amex, the rooms were quite small and didn’t have a wardrobe to hang clothes. As others have said, the pillows...

Hospitality is forgotten in modern world. Tried to check in at 14.00h, my room was not ready, they said I should wait 15-20 minutes. Ok, no problem. After 30 min room was still not ready. In the end it was at 15.10. But, a good host would at least offer a drink at the bar for free or fruit basket in the room or some small perk as an apology. Rooms are big and modern, but what irritates me is open bathroom...
This year I stayed in around 40 different Hilton hotels worldwide, from Asia to the United States. And I can say it clearly: this is absolutely the best Hilton, with Hiroshima following as a very close second. The staff is exceptional — professional, welcoming, and always attentive — and the breakfast is simply outstanding, rich, well-curated, and of a quality that is hard to find even in top-tier...
So far, this is the best hotel for our European trip. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The shower was very strong and hot water supply was super great. Although this hotel is a little bit far away from the city center...
honestly it’s hard to review this hotel but i am not as satisfied as i though i was going to be. it is not my first time in a Hilton accommodation, but this is probably the most disappointing. the staff were incredible and this was the first hotel where they didn’t make a big deal about wanting to check in early and were very accommodating and friendly, location is excellent as it’s a 5 min walk from the main train station and the metro is very close by as well. We stayed for 3 nights in early October after touring northern Italy. The suite we had was lovely, clean and the bed comfortable. We didn’t take advantage of the pillow menu options as the standard pillows were satisfactory. The breakfast buffet was an extensive selection of options catering to N American, European, and (I believe) mid-Eastern palettes. The check in and check out process was fluid...
I had a wonderful stay at Starhotels Metropole. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located — you can reach almost everything by walking, which makes it very convenient for exploring Rome. Excellent service. All the staff were very helpful. Giorgia made us feel extremely welcome. Rooms were very clean and the beds incredibly comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help. We liked it so much that we stayed a second time as it is so close to the main train station. Highly recommended!!
We were able to check in two hours early and they upgraded our room with a king size bed. The room was incredibly spacious and clean. The staff was so nice from the reception desk to the maintenance staff. The walk from the train station was safe and only 10 minutes (5 of those minutes being trying to get out). Absolutely would recommend this hotel for your stay in Rome.
Highly recommend! Our room faced the internal courtyard and was blissfully quiet, spacious with thoughtful inclusions such as mineral water and coffee maker. Absolutely amazing!! This hotel has it all. Great spa and both indoor and outdoor pools, amazing grounds, wonderful private art collection. The views of Rome are great if your room faces the city. Beautiful property. Spacious rooms. Restaurants are too expensive. Food quality is good but does not command the price. Location is too far out. Would recommend this property for those who do not intend to spend much time in the central part of the city but rather prefer to relax and have a resort experience. The nature/plants and birds on the property, and the adjacent tennis facility are excellent
Rome Cavalieri was an amazing hotel. It feels like a palace with how nice is it. Every restaurant was amazing and had one of the best waffles of my life for breakfast. There’s always a poop coming up on the toilet bowl. They called maintenance to fix but still, it happens everyday during my stay. Lol. BIG POOP, they also said it happens and it doesn’t mean like they poop or someone poop there, it just came out cause it happens. They know it happens and they have never done anything to fix it. Absolute gem of a place only 300 metres from the railway station. I arrived very early for a two day stay (around 9:30 am) and the super friendly reception gave me an early check-in which on a rainy day in Rome was fantastic… the hotel has large rooms which are very quite, excellent bed and fantastic shower in both pressure and temperature which is hard to find in Rome centre. Reasonably priced hotel close to train station and transport hub which was a bonus. Our room was clean but the en- suite was tiny. We were on the second floor and street noise was a bit annoying. Breakfast was pleasant enough with plenty of choice, although there wasn't much hot food if that's your preference. Staff were friendly and service was good
We stayed here for 3 nights in September. We had a large pretty room with a large closet and bathroom. Service was awesome, from the front desk - thanks Francesca! - to the doormen! The hotel restaurant had good food and exceptional service.
Enjoyed my stay at this 4 star hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Single room was spacious enough. Clean. Very close to the termini station for trains/metro/buses. I slept well and would stay again, thank you.
Even though the hotel is old-fashioned, I was surprised at how cozy it is, although there were some things to note. Remember to ask for a room facing the courtyard so it's quiet. Cons: some details could be fixed,...

Located within a few minutes walk from a local supermarket, take aways and restaurants. The cakes and fresh fruits at breakfast were very nice. There is a coffee machine in the reception area before breakfast starts. Rooms were very well cleaned every day. Only down side was the air conditioner which did not seem to cool down the room enough.
Room and bathroom are too small. I can't even bending to washing my feet. Location is not bad. Nearby bus station to Vatican (32) and takes only 25min and use subway to other places.
Excellent location to move easily around the city of Rome.  However, it is worth mentioning the certainly improvable cleanliness and in particular the bathroom ceiling... Also, there was no hot water and we had to fiddle a bit with the shower knob. Everything else was normal.
Room was okay. Breakfast was the exactly the same during our two nights stay. No bidet. No free bottled water and slippers, which is typical nowadays for European hotels
Very enjoyable stay outside the main tourist area of Rome, however convenient for the Olimpico stadium. The room was modern but felt like it was designed for the 70s, Vibrant greens and oranges filled the room. We were very satisfied when we stayed there in 2022 ! But this year we would stay in this hotel, but it is closed now. Why ???? No reason is permitted-
The hotel is old. Probably built in the 70's and never renewed. Windows have bad noise insulation. Truly old fashioned. The staff is very friendly and helpful though.
We enjoyed our stay in this hotel . The location is very good , close to everything we needed. The rooms are good, but the TV had only channels in Italian language , which is disappointing , The breakfast is very delicious , coffee is amazing, they have coffee machine, its free, The baristas’ and restaurant staff are very kind and pleasant. The reception staff is also good, Especially Mr Fabio , he...
This is an older establishment conveniently located to visit the old city and its miriad of monuments and sites worth visiting. The hotel only serves breakfast, it has no on premises restaurant, but you are in a good place to find all kinds of eateries, trattorias, cafés and restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, but date from an era where travelers would only need to plug in a shaver,...
Could do with drinks ie tea and coffee in room .
Dated small room. Needs a rehab. Decent location. What is with the coffee coming from dispensary machines?

This is my favourite hotel in Rome. Its old world charm and architecture, gr8 service and our room was stylish and spotless. The bars r devine and at Christmas the decorations and tree really beautiful. The Nazis occupied it during WW11. Exudes history. Excellent location. Good value for money. We stayed 4 nights. Loved the marble lion staircase. Class act!
Very beautiful architecture, fantastic paintings and design. I do not like taste of coffee and cookies. Service is good and friendly.
Great location as everything is located literally 20 min walk to all the attractions. The Grand Hotel Plaza has a lot of history and unique design to its credit. Shopping Restaurants n supermarkets all a few minutes away However it seems to have lost its charm due to few issues. The reception and lobby area can get a bit busy as they don't have a dedicated check in and check out area. The rooms...
Located in Central Roma, Fabulous Hotel, The service is excellent and morning breakfast is very well attended, as you have a great variety of foods for everyone's taste. Book this Hotel if you wish to be in the middle of the best shopping in all of Italy and just a short walk to the famous Piazza Venecia.

The room itself was OK... Didn't feel like a 5 star though... Hard mattress and pillows..but typical in many Rome hotels. We checked for bedbugs just in case...none. Linens were pressed and bright white...no stains. The hotel itself was a 5 star in the breakfast buffet (discounted when purchased while booking your room -- a bargain well worth it with supreme selections and variety and polished servers...

This hotel was booked for 2 nights for us within a cruise package with Love It Book It & have to say it was very good, lovely twin standard room with everything one needs, beautiful bathroom ect, super clean & quite. Amazing selection for breakfast too. Set in beautiful grounds with a lovely inviting pool... Situated close to a town with all amenities, restaurants ect & 15 minutes walk to the Tram...
A.Roma Lifestyle Hotel Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. It truly gives a sense of luxury — the spa is amazing, with a heated pool, heat lamps in the lounging areas, a beautifully scented sauna, and more. The rooms are spacious, clean, elegant, and offer lovely views. Service was excellent, and the staff were responsive to every question or request. They even prepared a generous packed breakfast...
⸻ The hotel is gorgeous — beautifully designed and located in a stunning area. While it’s not right in the city center, it’s not too far either. Unfortunately, a cab or Uber is the only practical way to get to town, as public transportation takes far too long. The rooms are elegant and thoughtfully designed. The spa and swimming facilities are truly amazing. However, I don’t think I could stay at...
The hotel is beautiful with gorgeous grounds and pool area. Rooms are very comfortable although the bed was a bit too hard. Walk in closet was nice, robes and slippers are a nice touch and the room was quiet. The front desk staff was very friendly. There is nothing nearby and the shuttle was 15eu to go anywhere. Breakfasts were plentiful, the buffet was expansive and very crowded. The dining in the...
3.5 ⭐️ We stayed here for our honeymoon. The staff are absolutely lovely and the hotel, including our room, is very clean. The pool area is also beautiful, which we really enjoyed. However, there are some areas that could be improved. The breakfast buffet was disappointing — food is left under heating lamps and doesn’t taste very fresh. The hotel restaurant is also very expensive, and with no entertainment...
overall great stay, staff was very friendly and helpful. food was not up to Italian standards.and general the restaurants were not what expected. the rest was amazing.
