Great day at this hotel, rooms were very clean and comfortable. They offer affordable shuttles to different city center destinations. Or they would help us call a taxi and it was always fast. Situated in between central Rome and the airport outside pool is really nice. The water is very cold though. We used the inside spa, which was very relaxing and nice.

Great hotel, great staff, I went for a premium room and they restocked the mini bar every day without fail. Reception staff so helpful, hotel has its own shuttle but and taxi service both at a charge. Pool is great when its sweltering! The pool here is the best I've seen. It is older and does not use chlorine. Water temperature and smell was amazing. Rooms are great but keep in mind that there aren't many options within walking distance, so it is better for an airport stayover or for people with a car.

We stayed here randomly due to a canceled flight but it was a wonderful stay! The room was clean and felt very luxurious. The bath tub was deep and great to soak in. The service was excellent too. I don't speak a lick of Italian but that didn't matter in the slightest.

I wish I could have spent more time here! I only stayed for a day, but the property is stunning, and the natural surroundings are fantastic. I was there for a conference and although the facilities look great as far as decor goes, there were a few things that lowlighted the stay. Water coming out of the tap was brown in the first day, low quality pillows and a the wtar would fill up in yhe bathurbe during the shower due to low draining capacity. Food was not great either.

Located in the middle between the airport and the city center 30 minutes in each direction. Convenient shuttle service to the historic center. Rooms are good and not too expensive. The hotel is pretty far from the centre of Rome. Its very suitable for conferences and meetings but not if you're here to see the city as its a 25 minute drive out of town.

We were able to check in two hours early and they upgraded our room with a king size bed. The room was incredibly spacious and clean. The staff was so nice from the reception desk to the maintenance staff. The walk from the train station was safe and only 10 minutes (5 of those minutes being trying to get out). Reasonably priced hotel close to train station and transport hub which was a bonus. Our room was clean but the en- suite was tiny. We were on the second floor and street noise was a bit annoying. Located within a few minutes walk from a local supermarket, take aways and restaurants. The cakes and fresh fruits at breakfast were very nice. There is a coffee machine in the reception area before breakfast starts. Rooms were very well cleaned every day. Only down side was the air conditioner which did not seem to cool down the room enough.

Excellent location to move easily around the city of Rome.  However, it is worth mentioning the certainly improvable cleanliness and in particular the bathroom ceiling... Also, there was no hot water and we had to fiddle a bit with the shower knob. Everything else was normal.

I left a two night stay at the W Rome and had such a wonderful experience. The location is great and makes walking to all the stops very accessible. The breakfast in the morning is also unreal and the best meat and cheeses I’ve had on my trip so far. Location is out of the main tourist area of Rome, with a quick short walk to the metro. Convenient with restaurants and park nearby. Quiet and more on the nicer side of things. Could do with drinks ie tea and coffee in room .

Dated small room. Needs a rehab. Decent location. What is with the coffee coming from dispensary machines?

This is my favourite hotel in Rome. Its old world charm and architecture, gr8 service and our room was stylish and spotless. The bars r devine and at Christmas the decorations and tree really beautiful. The Nazis occupied it during WW11. Exudes history. Excellent location. Good value for money. We stayed 4 nights. Loved the marble lion staircase. Class act!

Great location as everything is located literally 20 min walk to all the attractions. The Grand Hotel Plaza has a lot of history and unique design to its credit. Shopping Restaurants n supermarkets all a few minutes away However it seems to have lost its charm due to few issues. Located in Central Roma, Fabulous Hotel, The service is excellent and morning breakfast is very well attended, as you have a great variety of foods for everyone's taste. Book this Hotel if you wish to be in the middle of the best shopping in all of Italy and just a short walk to the famous Piazza Venecia.

The room itself was OK... Didn't feel like a 5 star though... Hard mattress and pillows..but typical in many Rome hotels. We checked for bedbugs just in case...none. Linens were pressed and bright white...no stains. The hotel itself was a 5 star in the breakfast buffet (discounted when purchased while booking your room -- a bargain well worth it with supreme selections and variety and polished servers...

This hotel was booked for 2 nights for us within a cruise package with Love It Book It & have to say it was very good, lovely twin standard room with everything one needs, beautiful bathroom ect, super clean & quite. Amazing selection for breakfast too. Set in beautiful grounds with a lovely inviting pool... Situated close to a town with all amenities, restaurants ect & 15 minutes walk to the Tram...

The hotel is beautiful with gorgeous grounds and pool area. Rooms are very comfortable although the bed was a bit too hard.
