Close to the airport, the staff were friendly, and I was satisfied with the hotel facilities.

Huge hotel with all the comforts. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas isn't impeccable, but it's still good.

Everything was pretty average. I only stayed for one night because I had an early flight the next morning!

This place is great. It was quite a surprise; we only arrived here on our last day. Italian food is more suited to Chinese tastes. I came back from Spain and was almost given up hope, but this hotel in Rome is fantastic!

I was there for a conference and although the facilities look great as far as decor goes, there were a few things that lowlighted the stay. Water coming out of the tap was brown in the first day, low quality pillows and a the wtar would fill up in yhe bathurbe during the shower due to low draining capacity. Food was not great either.

The suite is large and has a simple kitchen with a microwave and tableware, suitable for families. The hotel provides free buses to and from the city center, which takes about 20 minutes. The pick-up and drop-off points are close to the Mouth of Truth, which is convenient for guests. Great!

It's quiet here, but the quality of the Waldorf Astoria is not up to par. The parking fee is 45 yuan a day, which is incredible on the hill of Rome. The facilities are relatively old and really not worth the price.

The location of the hotel is very close to Spanish steps. Just walk up the steps and it’s very close. Their service is impeccable and friendly. I love their buffet breakfast especially the thick hot chocolate serve at the buffet.

A standard Holiday Inn, but very good overall. The bed was huge, and the room was very spacious, as was the hotel itself. I was really satisfied and felt it was great value for money. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Rome. It's truly excellent.

Located within a few minutes walk from a local supermarket, take aways and restaurants. The cakes and fresh fruits at breakfast were very nice. Hotel location is good and easy to walk around to see several of the attractions and get food. Only issue we had was the rooms had ants in the original room we were in. However the hotel did take care of it and apologized. If our room did not have the issue with the ants it would be 5 stars all.

Anantara hotels always have high standards, and Palazzo Naiadi definitely reached them. Very nice hotel, outside and inside, ideally located, two restaurants were you can find different dishes to escape Roma classic pizza-pasta-etcetera. Personnel is very helpful and friendly. From the moment I arrived I was greated well with receptionist Danial , Room was clean and has all the thing I need. Location of the hotel is superb, near a metro station and all other places there. It was a way from the tourist crowd so there was no noise and easily you can get from there to the city centre. I would definitely be back again to the hotel.
