Where to stay in Rome

We booked this hotel to be close to the airport on our final day in Rome. I was worried about staying at this hotel due to previous reviews but figured it was only for one night. We were delightfully surprised at how wonderful it was. When we walked in, we were warmly greeted with smiles and friendliness. The guest relations manager, Marco, welcomed us personally and offered any assistance we needed...

The pool here is the best I've seen. It is older and does not use chlorine. Water temperature and smell was amazing. Rooms are great but keep in mind that there aren't many options within walking distance, so it is better for an airport stayover or for people with a car.

We stayed here randomly due to a canceled flight but it was a wonderful stay! The room was clean and felt very luxurious. The bath tub was deep and great to soak in. The service was excellent too. I don't speak a lick of Italian but that didn't matter in the slightest.

I wish I could have spent more time here! I only stayed for a day, but the property is stunning, and the natural surroundings are fantastic. We had a bad experienced with the hotel because they gave us the wrong key and worst that wrong key was able to open the room which was already occupied. Our concerned is the privacy of the hotel guest due to wrong key provided by the staff.

I was there for a conference and although the facilities look great as far as decor goes, there were a few things that lowlighted the stay. Water coming out of the tap was brown in the first day, low quality pillows and a the wtar would fill up in yhe bathurbe during the shower due to low draining capacity. Food was not great either.

We went for buffet but very limited vegan and veg restaurants but a huge variety of food otherwise with unlimited local wine and beers. The hotel is fine, but our room was cold, and the reception didn’t care at all. They told us that the heating season hadn’t started yet. If I’m paying €400 per night, I’d really like the option to have heating. Meanwhile, it was nice and warm at the reception. The wellness area isn’t included in the price at all and is quite expensive.
