The most outstanding resort of Italy! Wonderful staff, so friendly! The perfect pool area and the Restaurant is just delicious. Dogs are also welcome. There is no better place to be. We are looking forward to come back very soon! Thank you for this pretty place!

Amazing views from the place, recommend a bug spray/roll-on to keep the mosquitos away if you want to avoid being stinged but the facilities are very good for the price.

We had an amazing weekend. The hotel is just really nice, sorrounded by nature and with a great view! The staff is friendly and there are several services. Summing pool, bar, restaurant. I definitely recommend to try the restaurant. The quality is really high! Closeby there are a lot of activities which is possible to do. Trekking in the mountains, surf, boat or jet ski renting

Family hotel. Relatively large rooms (that needs to be refreshed...). The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is generally ok. There is a large private free parking attached to the hotel.

This is a nice hotel. There are some nice places to eat near. It was Easter and I needed help with transportation and the owner was a BIG help. I was able to see a lot on limited time because of him.

A fantastic period building in the historic center of Castelnuovo Magra. Excellently furnished with period furniture. Cozy rooms and very knowledgeable and kind staff. From the terrace you can enjoy an amazing view.

My family needed last minute accommodations due to a travel mishap. The owner and his family were very kind and stayed up late for our arrival. Their establishment is not only beautiful and comfortable, but the views from the breakfast porch are breathtaking. It was a memorable stay !

Beautiful location, surrounded by nature .... ideal for those who want to find peace and inner balance. To be in the hills in a few minutes you can reach beautiful seaside resorts. I will definitely be back.

Indescribable view on Versilia and Castelnuovo Magra. The house is immersed in olive groves one step away from the woods but the sea is also nearby. It is 10 minutes from the motorway, from Sarzana and from Carrara. Beautiful for family holidays.

The villa is great! It Has everything needed to stay for short or long time. The rooms are big, and the house is bright and located in great spot. Kitchen is big, and has all the stuff you'll need. The living room has a lot of space too - There is a fireplace, TV, piano (!) and big table. The owners are fantastic people. They told us about nice places to see and where to eat. The water in the pool...

A privileged holiday home, independent, spacious, very clean, with terrace and fenced pleasure garden, close to the sea, beaches or wilder seashores, mountains, towns and tourist villages... The owners are so exceptional that we have become friends.

very nice and spacious holiday home, 6/7 minutes drive from the sea. the outdoor garden and swimming pool are really pleasant and functional. the owner is hospitable and kind. there is a parking lot for 8 cars practically next to the property. family of 5 with 3 children, recommended

A very lovely spacious house, exceptionally clean and well equipped. There’s a large manicured garden with table, chairs and lounges. There’s also a plunge pool available which is great during summer. The location of the house is really handy for visiting Tuscany, Liguria end surroundings.

Camera accogliente e di grande dimensione. In camera ci sono un microonde, un frigo e la macchina del caffè con bollitore con possibilità quindi di usufruirne per tutta la giornata. Attenzione massima anche per questo al problema Covid . Anche l ingresso non crea possibilità di assemblamento.

La gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietaria,la colazione abbondante e varia,le camere belle e spaziose con frigorifero e tutto quello che serve per la colazione,ampio giardino esterno con possibilità di fare la colazione all'esterno,la tranquillità e la posizione del b&b vicina a Lerici,Cinque Terre, Versilia, Pisa, Lucca. Davvero consigliato!!

The room is a small paradise, welcoming, clean and very comfortable, perfect in its natural simplicity. The jewel in the crown is the well-kept garden, a triumph of colors if the season is right. The ideal place to rest and an excellent starting point to discover the area, from the sea to the mountains.

It was a rainy night just after Christmas when we arrived, so we could not enjoy the stay. But will try to be there during a better time of the year (and not during a pandemic) in future. Would love to sit in front of the appartement and having breakfast or a red wine in the evening.

Clean and very well furnished room. Very nice and helpful owner. A garden where you can have breakfast in peace and shaded parking. Good location for visiting the surroundings. I advise.

Lovely villa with a stunning view! We loved the pool and the view from the terrace. The kids enjoyed the table tennis and jumping from the diving board. The location is great for trips around the area and lots of local gems such as the wine tasting in the valley and dinner in the lovely old town of Sarzana.
