Great central location, comfortable rooms, fair prices and very friendly and helpful staff! Only downside is that it can be a bit noisy if you sleep with the windows open.
Great location and lovely friendly staff who are very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Was very noisy at till late at night and early in the morning was the downside. But very convenient to walk around Genoa to see the city. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
Good location, nice building. The staff does not speak good English though and the wifi wasn't good, the room okay.
I booked this hotel at 21h and immediately requested chek in late becouse in the next day I would arrive by train at 22h,in the Booking say they get requests for late chek in, the fact is that the next day we went by train to Genoa when they answered my request it was not it possible. They charged me the value of the night and I slept on the street. I sent an email asking for my money back because it did not fulfill what they preached, not answered me, very bad customer service.
Mini hotel is an old but clean and comfortable hotel. Is in front of Manzoni house, well connected by bus. Everything was really old but clean. a the people at the reception were kind.
Excellent central location, nice and tidy rooms, kind staff. Everything is in walking distance. Sights of Genoa, bars, restaurants, port, train station nearby. I recommend this hotel. Grazie!
Don't expect a luxury hotel, but in the room there is television, bed, bathroom. There was a problem with the electronic key so the managers waited for us late since we came at night. Also Genova was great, an experience that I really enjoyed.
It was a very bare bones place, but decent in a pinch.
Lovely home in the beautiful old streets of Genova. History surrounded us everywhere. Very kind sweet staff. Clean and warm room and shower.
Ho soggiornato al Mini Hotel di Genova per una notte. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, la camera era calda e pulita e i servizi erano perfettamente funzionanti.L'unico neo è la poca accessibilità della struttura: le camere sono distrubuite su 2 piani raggiungibili solo tramite scale. Non c'è un ascensore. Una persona con difficoltà motorie o un turista con valigie molto pesanti trova difficoltà ad accedere all'alloggio
