That didn't stop Laroslav from getting out a map and showing me the highlights of Genova, or the path to the beach from the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and quite nice

A nice hotel with very professional and nice customer service! All the receptionists (especially Alessandro) were so helpful, smiling and welcoming. The breakfast was full of choices plus some Genoese flavours

Upon my arrival at the AC Genova Marriott, the front desk was extremely helpful, especially Laroslav. I don't speak nary a word of Italian unfortunately

I ate both a dinner and a breakfast in the restaurant, and found both meals quite palatable

There is a small supermarket downstairs, open until 10 o'clock, which is convenient for shopping. The highway is very close, which causes the problem of vehicle noise at night. The hotel should provide free earplugs

I was for 3 night and i can tell thet it wasnt a good experience. I give 3 stars only for the location but for the other things i wasnt not happy. The room are in old aredacion and there was a smell of old things

The room was sufficient, shower well and air condition good. The included breakfast was standard with a good coffee

The bad thing is the fridge is not working , because we would like to put some water to bring for tomorrow's beach day. The security lock is not functioning. The receptionists , are not welcoming

The hotel was satisfactory, though it did not particularly stand out. My primary reason for selecting it was the presence of a swimming pool. However, it is situated at a considerable distance from the city centre.

Always very comfortable. Professional and overly kind staff and you feel immediately "homey". Rooms spotless, functional with "sweet dreams" beds and plenty of pillows. Never fail !!

Easy to navigate if you have a car or use the only company Taxi services in Genoa (at their mercy). 10-15 minutes to Airport by Car, minutes from the Ferry Terminal and 15 minutes from the Cruise Port

The hotel was good, outstirk of city, breakfeast is italian, so really good ! . However, it is situated at a considerable distance from the city centre which is not great for shopping and visiting.

They speak French, which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. The service is efficient and clean. The only downside is that the sheets aren't changed every day

We love it so much! We have chosen to stay here before and after the cruise because it is so close to the cruise terminal

Everything is so elegant, staff very amabile, rooms, the last floor terrace, bed so comfortable! We definitely want to come back and stay again here and spend more time in Genova which is so beautiful

This Hotel was , without a doubt, in top 1% of places I’ve stayed. The service is amazing, the room is beautiful and well appointed and the free continental breakfast was the best I’ve ever had

The breakfast and hotel staff deserve the best reviews. Cleanliness was good except for some dust in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and I find the price-performance ratio to be high

We were lucky with parking and parked in the blue-striped section of the street directly opposite the entrance. We didn't trust leaving our keys in a nearby car park with the windows open

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon trip through Europe. It is a lovely hotel, with excellent service. Clean & tidy and it is within walking distance of the main parts of town.

Location : its located only few steps from Darsena Metro and a lot of historical locations around this place. So if you are a solo traveler and its your first time to reach Genoa , this is a good option for you

There was snacks and drinks when we walked in and snacks and drinks when we woke up. This location is central to everything you would like to see in the city. There is also a restaurant connected to the hotel itself

NH Marina is the best if you are looking for the experiences "Harborview" I stayed one night and my room comes with balcone with harborview and city view

This is a first-rate hotel with a fabulous breakfast. It is within walking distance for most locations of interest and near the train station and the Metro. Try to get a room on the second floor and toward the water end

Ideal location and pleasant stay Ideally located and a very short walk to the port area. Complimentary breakfast which was a bonus. Rooms are not huge but this is not an issue if you're out most of the time anyway

It's halfway up the mountain in Genoa, a little far from the attractions, about a 20-minute walk. There's nothing fun in Genoa, so it's suitable to rent a car and drive from the beach

The hotel is in a good location near the airport. It has a comfortable large bed, air conditioning, and a clean bathroom. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, which is convenient if you have several suitcases

A bit of the walk from the train station, if you have an early flight I would suggest taking a taxi but if your flight is during the day and you have time definitely not a bad walk to the airport maybe 15/20 min walk

A wonderful hostel with an excellent location! The staff is just amazing — they changed my booking dates upon my request, and I’m endlessly grateful! There are lots of young people and various events, so you definitely won’t get bored during your stay! And Genoa is simply love — I’ll definitely come back

I liked the hostel, there is a kitchen, even free food, a coffee machine, a bar, the hotel has parties, but they will not interfere with your sleep, as the rooms are on the upper floors, and the kitchen and bar on 1

The bed was quite hard which was the only drawback. They have a lift, so that's nice w suitcases. There's free water and you get a few drink ticket. Breakfast was a good deal for the price with a lot of selection

the only point is that they do not have a unified rule for guests, i. for example, not to make noise in the room after 11 pm. people can sit there and talk, if someone is already sleeping and they will not care

Parking is valet only, 25-30 Euros a night, and reserving a spot in advance is recommended. Only downside: the hotel has only two tiny elevators (and 9 floors) and one of them was out of service during our stay

The hotel has been slightly renovated, but unfortunately, the main thing - the ventilation system - has not been updated. It is noisy, either does not work or works very poorly, there is visible mold

The free private parking is really very useful especially in high season when parking elsewhere would be a challenge. The vintage and elegant environment is the icing on the cake

Opposite a beach, which is ok but not the best beach, a long way out of Genoa city. Property needs some work, floors squeaked and were dirty. Breakfast offerings were ok, cold selection, no hot food

We really enjoyed our one night stay! The bed was comfortable and we stayed in a corner room, which had two windows that opened up to a nice view. It made for a lovely breeze through the room

I liked the Savoia overall: beautiful interiors with a hint of luxury, sumptuous breakfasts on the terrace with a wide selection of dishes, and the restaurant has live music in the mornings and evenings—a pianist plays, very beautiful! 😍 Daily cleaning, towels changed, and bottled water replenished daily

I was very well greeted by a very nice front desk staff including Anna and a colleague who lent me a charging cable for my phone and then I went to get some food in the lobby/bar while I decided if I was going to stay, time during which I got myself a nice burger and a beer to take advantage of their specials menu and watched some Italian soccer while at it while listening to amazing Latin music

Very nice building, wonderful common areas, everything in order, except for a problem with the elevator, one of the two is not working, so there is a bit of a wait for the elevator.

I really enjoyed my two night stay at the Palazzo Grillo. The location was very central in Genoa, the building was absolutely stunning from an architectural point of view (I imagine it was a listed historical building)

The room was big and spacious. There was a floor for fruits, beverages and terrace as well as a lounge. There was also a billiard room but I didn't get to visit. Location is good however parking is a 8min walk away

This was my favourite place we stayed at while in Italy. The building was stunning and historic, while the rooms were modernized. Breakfast was simply incredible and the staff was warm and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

The location is conveniently located in the old town close to most of the attractions. All the stores are shut down after 7 pm except the restaurants so the streets in the area look abandoned

The hotel is located in the old town of Genova, so it is in a great location for exploring the city. The reception is on the second floor, so it is a little hard to find, but the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very clean and has a good location. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the aquarium.

There are stairs from the entrance to the front desk, and they helped me with my luggage when I checked in, but they didn't help me with my luggage when I checked out. The man in charge of the restaurant was very kind

Everything about the hotel was perfect. Spacious room with a huge bathroom and impeccable cleanliness. Perfect location if you want to visit the aquarium and the historic center

The only downside is that the parking lot has an entire floor dedicated to electric cars, but the charging stations weren't working. Luckily, there's one right under the hotel!

Genoa visit!! We spent one night at the property, this was clean and spacious, this is very centric to the main attractions in Genoa

The only negative point is at night, the place is surrounded by tramps which makes the place uncomfortable
