Excellent helpful staff, great breakfast, good location for intercity hopping

Always stay here for business and it has been my 3rd time. Staff were nice and room was great. There’s not much restaurants nearby so need a car to go somewhere

A nice hotel with very professional and nice customer service! All the receptionists (especially Alessandro) were so helpful, smiling and welcoming. The breakfast was full of choices plus some Genoese flavours. Also the breakfast time were very nice, polite and kind! Greetings to Barbara and all other member of team.

The hotel is easily accessible from the highway, and there's a large supermarket downstairs, perfect for buying delicious Italian pastries if you didn't order breakfast. The surrounding area is average, though it's a residential area. Our room faced the back street, so it wasn't noisy. The front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is chargeable.

The hotel is good rooms are but so big, ok view toward the city. Staff were very good and helpful especially Carlos he was so helpful and kind. Aminities were ok relatively not bad. Breakfast was ok, not the best but do the need. Although i did not find much difficulties to find a parking, the availability was limited and i beleive it will be hard to park during the rush time. There is a small supermarket downstairs, open until 10 o'clock, which is convenient for shopping. This is very good. The highway is very close, which causes the problem of vehicle noise at night. The hotel should provide free earplugs. But we can't ask them by Chinese standards, after all, their four-star rooms are at the level of home. I was for 3 night and i can tell thet it wasnt a good experience. I give 3 stars only for the location but for the other things i wasnt not happy. The room are in old aredacion and there was a smell of old things. The lifts didn't work all the time and you must to past at dhe workers lifts. The wifi didn't work all the time. We were freezing in our room air come did not work properly and only received a bed sheet on our bed!! Breakfast and coffee was the worst I had in years big shame for Italy!!! Would not recommend paying for it

Very basic hotel, just for those who are looking for a sleep. Only 2 elevators for this high building hotel and the day that I was there the one of the elevators were broken. I had to wait minimum 10 minutes to be able to use it. They didn't provide iron and board in the rooms their is a common one next to the reception. Hotel was nothing out of this world, had the basics but was lacking that I’m going to feel rested after I sleep here feel which is what you’d think you’d get with the price tag(100 euro ish). Location was amazing however and breakfast was also nice.

Nice place in this little sea-side city near Genoa Nice place, in center and front of beaches, and easy to go with private parking. To recommend.

Very nice hotel with good parking

This Hotel was , without a doubt, in top 1% of places I’ve stayed. The service is amazing, the room is beautiful and well appointed and the free continental breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. We are staying two nights before leaving on a Transatlantic cruise.

We love it so much! We have chosen to stay here before and after the cruise because it is so close to the cruise terminal. Everything is so elegant, staff very amabile, rooms, the last floor terrace, bed so comfortable! We definitely want to come back and stay again here and spend more time in Genova which is so beautiful. ⭐️😍👏

The service from the staff was great, they helped with a rental car and taxis and were very pleasant. The lobby area is inviting and the President Suite was large. The mattress is old with big dips in it, very bad for my back. There are mechanical shutters on all windows which is nice for keeping it dark in the morning. This was our second stay in Genoa; our first stay was at NH Marina. The hotel's location is very central and secure. We were lucky with parking and parked in the blue-striped section of the street directly opposite the entrance. We didn't trust leaving our keys in a nearby car park with the windows open. I liked the hotel; the location is excellent. Breakfasts were delicious, with a wide selection of everything, even fruit. It was very clean, and the staff was polite. It was very convenient for exploring and touring Genoa. Parking is available nearby.

The NH Hotel was amazing. Very clean, everything seems to be new. Hotel is also close to city center. Service was excellent. It was my weekend birthday trip and I got surprise in my room - sparkling wine and snacks. I recommend this hotel!

NH Marina is the best if you are looking for the experiences "Harborview" I stayed one night and my room comes with balcone with harborview and city view . This is a first-rate hotel with a fabulous breakfast. It is within walking distance for most locations of interest and near the train station and the Metro. Try to get a room on the second floor and toward the water end. The Customer Care personnel were a delight to work with -- especially Letizia Gianella.

The hotel is in a prime location and is very convenient for walking to attractions. The hotel lobby has a very beautiful spiral staircase and is equipped with an elevator. The service is very good, the breakfast is rich, and it is Michelin in 2018. The room is spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout and complete functions.

Hotel is quite good. Location near port, but a bit far from city center. There is a bar, restaurant, small gym. Personnel is kind and helpful. Breakfast has enough gluten free options. Rooms are spacious. Considering price/quality is highly recommended.

Genoa is a very beautiful city. The hotel we booked on short notice was generally satisfactory. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. The breakfast was also quite rich. The hotel swimming pool requires reservations. It is charged.

Have stayed in this hotel 5-6 times in the last 10 years. Always love the staff service. The restaurant is also excellent for its attentive staff and lovely genovese food. Breakfast is also excellent. Although I hope an upgrade will come soon, the rooms are clean but tired.

Excellent hotel with very friendly reception and very clean rooms. It was cold when we arrived but inside the hotel the temperature was ideal, the room was so pleasant that we didn't even need to turn on the heating but I believe that those who are cold would be very warm. We really liked it and would definitely stay there again 👍

The location is so bad. For those traveling many cities in Europe and just stopping by Genoa, I would not recommend here. It’s too far from city center or station and very inconvenient to reach. Hotel amenities are so limited considering the is Mercure. While this may not be this hotel problem, but workers in cafeteria are discriminating against Asians. It might be common in Europe.

Modern rooms, very good facilities, comfortable mattress, excellent breakfast with a wide selection, close to the airport and free shuttle service to the airport.

A bit of the walk from the train station, if you have an early flight I would suggest taking a taxi but if your flight is during the day and you have time definitely not a bad walk to the airport maybe 15/20 min walk. The hotel is in a good location near the airport. Ideal for early flights. It has a comfortable large bed, air conditioning, and a clean bathroom. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, which is convenient if you have several suitcases.

Everything was perfect! We have absolutely nothing to complain about; we loved our 5-day stay!! The rooms are beautiful and very clean, with everything you could need! The staff were wonderful; we especially want to thank Simone, Kristian, and Ariana. Book without hesitation!

The hotel is close to the airport but a bit far from Genoa city center. The only downside was the bland dinner. I ordered a Caesar salad, but the chicken was dry, and my partner had the vegetable soup, but it had no flavor at all.

Something very special, a small castle with wonderful waves all night long. very pleasant for everyone who loves the sound of the sea.

No elevator and no help to take the suitcases upstairs. Staff was grumpy and gossiped about us in Italian to other guests. Very limited breakfast options, slow to refill whatever was empty.

Absolutely amazing, the hotel is literally on the beach, I'd say 25m from the water, lovely place to snorkel, there are a lot of fish species and hundreds of them. Hotel is great, clean and staff are lovely. Lots of things to do around as well if you're into visiting stuff, great connection with buses all around.

Very close to the train station, about 40 meters. Room is very clean, hotel is old like the other hotels around but the bathrooms have been recently renovated hence it's modern and shiny

I've stayed in many hotels in Italy, but the Astoria is hands-down the best! The rooms are well-organized, fully equipped, and clean. The architecture is stunning, and every detail is thoughtfully designed. The staff is warm and attentive, and the service is exceptional. It's also conveniently located near the square. This is a pretty good place to stay. Pros: It's a 5-minute walk from the train station. The place is well-maintained and clean. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Shampoo is provided. The entire room smells fragrant. It's a great value for money.

Very close to the bus station and main metro station. Staff were friendly and there are different activities happening inside hostel open space organised by the hostel such as karaoke. The breakfast was good. Enjoyed my stay and highly recommended.

We stayed for the second time. The hotel has been slightly renovated, but unfortunately, the main thing - the ventilation system - has not been updated. This hotel was in a great location, everything was very nice, clean, staff was attentive and professional. The breakfast was amazing. I’m so glad I opted in for it. The options were tasty, fresh, and there were many healthy options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Water temperature problems The shared bathroom shower has got serious problems. Adjusting water temperature is almost impossible. The water burns you spontaneously changing temperature itself. Apart from this, everything was perfect.

The mattress is hard, it's very noisy to sleep, you can hear the elevator. And the worst part is the air conditioner blows directly on the bed. It's close to the station. The breakfast is very average, the coffee is capsule-based.
