My wife and I have travelled quite a bit . I base my expectations on what we pay For what we paid I expected better Location was great It’s in need of a renovation Cleanliness was quite good Food at breakfast was acceptable I had to upgrade to a room with a balcony Our 1st room with no balcony was dark, not nice. Overall an ok experience but I would stay elsewhere next time

Amazing setting with a private beach, a beautiful building which has been very tastefully restored to preserve its 1920s grandeur (fortunately they have kept all the beautiful original doors and windows with their brass handles). We spent two beautiful days in this authentic hotel with an ancient palace style. High ceilings, very quiet, excellent breakfast with lots of choice (fruit / pastries and eggs). The view on the port is wonderful and very poetic. A luxurious park leads you to the private pool which is agreable protected part of the sea. The hosts are very kind too. Must go!

We ate here twice simply superb. The club sandwich on our first visit was the best ever and a la carte for our second visit was sumptuous. The staff were so professional and friendly with any request fully met with a smile. The food was exceptionally well prepared and such high quality. A must visit when in Sestri Levante and I must mention the stunning views over the town and port.

Beach area are limited due to a collapse of the bridge. you only have the opportunity to use the sunbeds that are connected to the natural pool in the innermost part, not out on the rock towards the sea. Stay at the Helivita a jewl of a tiny hotel. Not at this run down place with very a grumpy owner and waiters. It isn't even shabby chic. The couch in the room was about 40 years old and disgusting. Charming place right on the beach

This is one of our favourite hotels on the coast, and during this cold and wet visit in March, it did not disappoint. We drove here directly from Milan airport, to rest for a few days to get over jet lag. We had a junior suite, the room was delightful, spacious and bright, with a long bath and Jacuzzi and balcony. Amazing location with great view of the sea and mountains. The beaches are just 10 minutes by car . There is a nice swiping pool to relax. Breakfast is full of genuine products. Don’t miss it!

Nice place, perfect service. Some miles ouside of Sestri Levante on a hill with bay view. Hotel is located at historic Via Aurelia, driving in direction La Spezia go left at the hotel and follow the road through a picturesque landscape. Don't miss a walk through Sestri Levante.

Wonderful hilltop location with views to mountain or sea. Rooms are comfy and the staff rate Gold Stars. They go above and beyond expectation. They will serve you a simple supper if you do not want to travel down into the town. My meal was cheese and pepper pasta. Simple but filled the gap. Moretti beers and a very good bar. I will go back.

Nice and cosy hotel on the hills over Sestri Levante. To reach the main beach is 15 min by car. The staff was really nice. Rooms are clean, pool looked really nice but I didn't have the chance to try it out.

It was a lovely welcome. The whole team was very friendly. I arrived late for breakfast because I'd been jogging, but they still let me in and prepared a delicious breakfast for me. It also has a rooftop terrace with beautiful views.Thank you to the entire team. It was an amazing summer.

The staff are great. We were in a bind, our EpiTourean culinary tour was canceled. We didn’t know until we had arrived at the hotel. Cristina was fantastic. She took care of us. We appreciated the gesture and her kindness so much we decided to stay the week anyway. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a lot of variety.

Just few step from bay of silence is the perfect place if you don’t mind a bit dated Hotel. Staff are friendly , breakfast and the pool are the highlights of the hotel. Rooms are not very big but soo like many others hotel in Liguria. Ac could be better. This is my second visit and for sure will not be the last.

Hotel Vis a Vis was absolutely beautiful, the view was spectacular from every angle , the outdoor snack bar to the restaurant to our room was a wow factor , the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate your every need. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back .

Great location and rooms. Truly beautiful. Mirko in the restaurant and concierge staff carry the hotel with their outgoing personalities and cheerful demeanour. Amazing location. Fantastic hotel with 10/10 cleanliness. The hotel staff at the bar was the best we have ever seen. They were so friendly and helpful! Overall excellent hotel and restaurant, the rooms are a good size, bed comfy and very clean. It's location is excellent. Fifth generation owners so they know what they are doing. Relaxed atmosphere and has got to be one of the best value hotels in Sestri. The food is of a good standard and the staff are friendly.

The hotel is in a fantastic position to reach the beach of baia del silenzio, it Is also close by a lot of small restaurants and this makes the visit to the city walkable and easy. The person's working over there are very nice and the breakfast is good but small compared to other hotels

All together, is was a fantastic surprise, the room was very spacious, spotless and warm. The check-in and the check-out, were very quick, no big fuss. The breakfast was very good, other than the traditional continental breakfast, there was some hot food as well. And the owners, were friendly, pleasant and very professinal. Fantastic and personal service This hotel was the perfect location for day trips to Cinque Terre and exploring Sestri Levante. For being a 3 star hotel, you have all the comfort, a clean and personally decorated room, great breakfast and being taken care of by the loveliest. Both Marcello and the lady (sorry, never asked her name) are hospitable, speak fluent English and very accomodating. Highly recommend

Small hotel in the countryside, away from the summer chaos but very close to the beach. We stayed to visit the Cinque Terre, but the paths that start from Riva are wonderful: Punta Manara and Punta Baffe deserve several days of excursions.

I stopped for a few days for work in Sestri Levante in this structure. Very quiet, excellent breakfast, competitive price. The car park is large enough to accommodate vans. I will come back again for future appointments

Just a perfect place. Perfect stay with a more perfect staff. Handy bikes in the garage that take you into town easily. We went to Monteresso al mare by train and in the evening we went to Sestri Levante for dinner (which we preferred over the over-touristic Monterosso) . Breakfast is simply amazing and the hotel is beautifull all together. But again: GREAT staff !

We found this hotel at the last minute and we couldn’t find better for our short stay to explore Cinque Terre! The hotel is amazing, their garden and the swimming pool beautiful, the service is excellent, people are so nice!! Not to forget a delicious breakfast! The room is great and also the location. There is no lobby so one has to check in at the other Miramare hotel - we did not know that but its close by so no problem. There is a kitchenette but no utensils, so utterly useless really.

We stayed at the hotel in early August. The hotel is conveniently located on the first line and has its own beach. The staff is incredibly friendly and customer-oriented. We highly appreciated the work of Marino, Giovanna and Elisa. They are very welcoming and always ready to provide useful information. Pretty sure this is the #1 hotel in Sestri. The sea view from our room was absolutely unbeatable waking up to that view felt magical. The rooms are beautifully unique, full of character, and every detail feels special. The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel right at home. We spent 5 days at the hotel Nettuno. We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is ideal, staff very friendly and helpful, nice breakfast selection, comfortable rooms and beautiful calm beach. We used the train or boat to travel up and down the coast. We highly recommend this hotel.
