I reserved a room in Arooms but in CityHub point where we got the keys guys said that "there is some problem with my reservation but we got another room on the same street". It's called Ecologic Moroni. Because I believed them I accepted. I already now I made a bad decision.
It was a 3×3.5m little room. There wasn't any kitchen, microwave oven or fridge. Only Tv (15"), wifi and aircondition (with strange noises) were there. We got a thin blanket, hopefully we were there on a warm day.

Upon arrival on the 23:00, I could not check in, so I contacted the owner. He said he had cancelled my reservation and sold my room to a different person, but also forgot to inform me (and my booking website). He technically cancelled the reservation on my booking website within 2 minutes of the call, so he did not have to explain anything to them. Awful, unprofessional behavior to a guest coming at 11pm with no apologies given.
