The room is very nice, although a little bit old (but we liked it). The cold air conditioning was not working in the room and their answer was due the fact that we are in the winter time so it only works the heat, but in general is a very good hotel!
2 points that we think it could be better:
- The restaurant has good food but for Italy we were expecting more, the menu was small and without a lot of choices. We ate the Perosa burguer and it was good. The breakfast was very good though.
- We had to do the check out at 12am and a lady came to our room at 10:30am asking if we would leave or not so she could clean the room (this was not OK considering we had the “not disturb” plate outside).
