A very good experience. The staff were very attentive and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.
The rooms were fine, clean, and perfectly adequate.
And as for the city, we were very comfortable; with public transport (free thanks to the Ticino Ticket) we easily reached all our points of interest.

The room was spacious, the surrounding environment was nice, and it was very close to the train station. We checked in at 11:30 pm that night, and the owner was still waiting for us, which was very touching. The only downside was carrying our luggage up the stairs.

Convenient location within 10 minutes walk from the train station and bus terminal. Local bus stops just outside the train station and can get to Lugano Centro and Monte Bre easily.
The hotel is located up the slope facing the train station. There's a view of the train station from our room but it's not nosiy once the wooden doors of the balcony are closed.

From platform 1 of the train station, walk 200 meters up the slope to the hotel. If you go to Lake Lugano, you have to cross the train station and then go down the stairs. The hotel is beautiful, clean and has a swimming pool, but it's a pity that we didn't have time to swim. recommend.
