Perfect hotel. The location is directly on the lake side. Very nice sunsets if the weather is good. Wellness area is not big, maximum for 8 persons. Need to be reserved. 2 swimming pools for adults and children. 10 minutes from hotel is city center with restaurants and ship to different parts of lake

Lovely location and setting with views of the lake all around. It is a short walk to the town where you can get the boat to all of Lake Como’s little towns and also close to the train station. However the rest of our stay was mixed, we had lovely service from three of the staff who were mainly based at the bar/casual restaurant however one waitress in particular was rude throughout and receptionist...

Stayed at this hotel in autumn. The hotel has a beautiful location right next to the lake. The garden and pool is beautiful, but in autumn/winter not heated. The wellnes area has two Saunas, steam bath, a relax are and a strange room were they have a lot of salt in pots. I guess you are supposed to put it on your skin. The steam bath smelled very bad. The stuff at reception was also not very helpful...

Stayed here in the dying months of the Winter. A very scenic place. Not all rooms have a scenic view but the rooms are modern and clean and depending on the dates you choose good value for money. The off beach bar and swimming pool area is beautiful although we didn't brave a dip in May! Service was great, breakfast was OK but nothing amazing but all in all a lovely visit.

The hotel is not new but clean. The price of hotel is not high. I will stay next time.

We arrived earlier than hotel check in time, but since the room has ready, they allow us to check in earlier. Very appreciate especially since we've just travelled from Milan. Friendly hotel. It has parking for bicycles and motorcycles (€5 extra). The breakfast is excellent, buffet style with a wide selection.

What can I say, other than a quality hotel and we'll priced restaurant. Location could not be better, right on the lake with beautiful views all around. Boat trips and water taxi go from right outside the front door and the onsite parking is a bonus. We ate dinner on a busy Friday in their restaurant, the food was excellent and the team serving were super professional and well put together the hotel...

Used the restaurant for a quick pizza before jumping on the ferry. Excellent pizza. 😋🍕

Hotel review - excellent location, clean, but average quality. Our room was pink, had some older furniture, and the bathroom had odd layout. Also had a small lizard sneak out of the bed when we pulled the sheets back and scurrying away. The hotel is right across from the ferry dock, but also right in town.
