Seven Park Hotel Lake Como - Adults Only in Colico

Lovely location and setting with views of the lake all around. It is a short walk to the town where you can get the boat to all of Lake Como’s little towns and also close to the train station. However the rest of our stay was mixed, we had lovely service from three of the staff who were mainly based at the bar/casual restaurant however one waitress in particular was rude throughout and receptionist was unpleasant. We asked for an iron and were given the board and iron to take to our room ourself and told to bring it back, not sure that is 4* service. Worst of all though was the bathroom, the shower had no door or curtain and so got flooded every time we used it and we were simply told to use towels to clean the floor.

Stayed at this hotel in autumn. The hotel has a beautiful location right next to the lake. The garden and pool is beautiful, but in autumn/winter not heated. The wellnes area has two Saunas, steam bath, a relax are and a strange room were they have a lot of salt in pots. I guess you are supposed to put it on your skin. The steam bath smelled very bad. The stuff at reception was also not very helpful. Hope they can improve the service. In the area there is a lot to do many small cities and hiking trails.
