Very nice team. Old building but well kept hotel. Very clean. You have a strange surprise with the stairway, as often in Ancona, above all with luggage. But they is a way to avoid them with a path behind..

I was for two days in this hotel,it was a nightmare. The room was not clean and i have been bitten by bed bugs for more than 100 times. Whole my body full; now having a lot of pain and sufferunf from scratching. Very very miserable!! I dont understand how this can be on booking.com. They need to shame their selves very deep.
My whole vacation is affected by this stupid hotel. I had a lot of costs after this bed bugs. Went to the first aid in the hospital and threw a lot ot my clothes and other stuff.
Hotel wanted to keep it quite. Wel i dont! I am contacting booking.com, tripadvisor, trivago and the minestery of health in Italy! Also started a case via my lawyer!

Very hard to find, got lost and then lost again, so maybe take a taxi from the train station. People were very nice and helpful, they spoke decent enough English to recommend a great restaurant, Rosa Ristorante, and assist us with our cruise directions. Rooms are small, but standard for Italy, and the bed was clean and well kept.

Single room for a solo traveller, booked at the last minute.
The room was well appointed and the hotel has been recently renovated. Operators are very friendly and will make espresso coffee by request at breakfast time.
