This hotel is located across the street from Assisi train station and almost next door to tobacco store where you buy ticket to Assisi Central 1.30 euro one way, in front of the train station is the C bus that goes to Assisi .4 miles from the hotel is the Basilica where St Francis died and the house inside the church he helped rebuilt This hotel is clean and convenient to Assisi bfast included but no variety lots of cake and no toaster for the bread. But you can buy at McDonald a block away, will be back to this place next time

Great location opposite the train station and the bus stop for Assisi and the airport. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet but you had to be served. I asked for bread and was only given one small piece. They only ever had a couple of slices in the basket at one time. It was mainly lots of cakes and pastries each morning. It would have been nice to serve myself as I felt I could not ask for 2 bits of bread! I presume they do this to to keep costs down and only let people have the minimum. Despite the breakfast, it was a lovely hotel that I would stay in again.

The location is good, near bus station and train station

Pros: Just in front of train station, take bus line C to the city center. Mac Donald is located within 120 m.

Cons: Breakfast so so only, not many amenities nearby , unless crossing the highway, walk thru underground passage way to reach the other side of town.

Spotless family run Hotel. We stayed for four nights and had dinner on three of the evenings. Food was superb and very good value. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Our bedroom was very comfortable with a large balcony. Very convenient to Assisi Station just across the road where there are bus connections to the center of Assisi.

This is one of the best stays we have ever been to ! The hotel was spacious and beautiful. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They treat you like family. Their in house restaurant offers wonderful meals ! If ever we come to Assisi, we will definitely be staying here ! Highly recommended !

the property is modern as what the hotel name is.
the staffs are excellent.
the breakfast is great.
the location is superb, few steps from the train station.
i even met the owner(apparently)

so far, this is the best hotel we stayed in Italy

The hotel is located just across the train station which very convenient.
The room temperature was uncomfortably cold inspite of high heat setting.
Limited choices for breakfast. An attendant had to dole out the food; you are not supposed to be able to help yourself.

Friendly staff and clean hotel, we had dinner at the hotel dining room and every course was excellent, the hand made ravioli and sauce was exceptional and i highly recommend to try it. I would definitely stay here again, also the hotel meals and drinks very reasonable they have mainly locals there so that says something about the place

Room is super clean and excellently furnished.
Location is perfect which is just opposite the train station. Receptionist is so kind to provide packed breakfast for us coz we have to check out very early.
