Wonderful stay at this apartment. The owner was so nice, gave us a ton of very helpful information for things to see nearby, and just provided a lovely experience. The rooms were comfortable, the parking was easy, and the area was beautiful (like a desert spa). Italians seem to be super friendly in general, but the host here still stands out as one of the loveliest people we met during out trip.

Rosa de Assisi was like a paradise to me. Very welcoming, helpful and accommodating owners were always happy to answer the questions and fulfill our wishes. Rossa de Assisi was the perfect place after craziness in Rome. Quiet, slow atmosphere with joyful owners made us feel happy. Beautiful pool with the recliners, and umbrellas were perfect after a hot day. Tasty breakfast with a lot to choose from and great service made us ready for the whole day. The room we had wasn’t huge but big enough for three adults with fridge and the table and oversized bathroom. Rooms had a rack outside to dry swimming suits or towels, and it was really nice addition. The birds were singing, the roster was crowing, the grasshoppers were chirping.
This wonderful, well taken care off place is very close to the airport so if you have a late flight, it’s very convenient. It’s short driving distance from Assisi.
Rossa di Assisi is certainly a great place to relax and have a break.

We loved our stay in this gem of a place! The apartments and rooms are very modern, clean, and comfortable. Closely situated to many places of interest including Assisi, Santa Maria degli Angeli, Perugia, and a number of small towns and villages. The apartments with the tiny kitchenette are great for those needing to cook up something small, like our dogs' quick lunch. Safe and convenient parking, very pet friendly, superb hosts. Thank you Emanuela, you'll be seeing us again!

Jewel located just outside Bastia Umbra, at the foot of Assisi and very close to the highway that connects the main Umbrian destinations.
The building is quite isolated and surrounded by greenery, guaranteeing tranquility and a beautiful view on clear days. Well-kept apartments, furnished and complete with everything you need. Punctual spare parts and cleaning.
Tried both a triple and a double room, equipped with all the essentials (the double room even has a kitchenette with stove and dishes that you can use freely).
Breakfast included, in a glassed-in room that allows you to stay sheltered but continuing to enjoy the view and the prettiness of the place; warm brioches, cakes of the day, biscuits and some savory treats, hot drinks served at the table.
Irreplaceable Emanuela: available, very kind and cordial, she transmits passion in what she does, also offering useful suggestions on itineraries and activities to appreciate your stay in Umbria. He satisfied us in all our requests, meeting our "needs".
La Rosa di Assisi has been our point of reference for our stays there for a couple of years now.
