Reception folks were great, friendly, helpful, room was great. Location was very close to where we were doing business so that worked well.
I would say the only downside really was the restaurant. We had a 4.5 h drive from Milan and arrived just before 9pm, last entry was 9:30 so we got there about 9:20, it just all felt a bit rushed and obviously kicking out time soon. The food was ok.
Breakfast was the worst, there was virtually no choice, was really disappointing and i had 1 egg and 1 slice of bacon just to eat something, business partner had nothing as the choice was so poor.
Overall - I would stay here again but probably would plan to have breakfast elsewhere and get to the restaurant sooner in the evening or eat out.

Convenient, safe, and free parking in front of the building. Modern, clean, and well-equipped. Excellent breakfast and an excellent restaurant where you can eat well and affordably. Just steps from the highway and the industrial area. For a trip to the beach... maybe when I'm not here for work.

Decent service was completely undermined by the embarrassing refusal to get water for the child from the breakfast buffet because we had left the room and therefore, as far as they were concerned, breakfast was "over." Clearly, the request was always made within breakfast time. It's not a problem with the hotel, but with the staff, who were lost in a glass of water, demonstrating zero sensitivity towards customers.

If you’re in Fano for a business trip, this is the place to stay. Very clean hotel with a good breakfast in the morning. A close 10 minute drive into Fano. Also a short walk to a mall that has anything you may have forgotten for your stay. Would recommend!

I stayed in this hotel and I must say that the room is standard, the bathroom is very small in my opinion, the quality of sleep is good, the breakfast is very poor for a 4 star hotel and the quality of the food in the restaurant is also not the best, in short There are ways where we can improve in my opinion.

Average business hotel. No solution that makes you say WOW. details in the room that in my opinion do not deserve 4 stars (inside of the broken wardrobe-garden sofa used as a piece of furniture) Breakfast without particular good pieces, without praise and without infamy. The only negative note: staff at the reception devoid of any initiative: only after a lot of insistence for information on a nearby rent car were they redirected us to a presumable Maggiore office next to Saipem (a company opposite the hotel). Too bad it hasn't existed for 4 years. Modern hotel suitable for short, unpretentious stays that can improve customer relations

This hotel is very friendly and the staff is incredible. I dont speak Italian but half of them knew English and were a big help. I will stay here again for sure. Usually I travel with Marriott, but this was the closest I could find in the area and was quote happy

The hotel and staff are great. Accommodations are clean the staff is professional and polite. The area is close to a mall, which can be convenient, but not close to tourist attractions.

the property met all expectations, conveniently located, near a large mall and supermarket. Plenty of free parking. Very good breakfast. The only small blemish was the seeming lack of regular maintenance of the bathroom utilities, such as a leaky sink drain, or a a cover that fell off every time one flushed the toilet. Overhall a very pleasant stay.

Very good place to stay. Staff really welcoming. Restaurant not so good as the hotel and rooms but still good.
