Nice campsite, It's a shame that you have to go through an underpass to get to the sea.

We spent 9 days at this campsite with our camper. The on-site bathroom was excellent and truly convenient. We booked full board, and every day they offer a different menu with multiple choices... delicious dishes with generous portions. Roberto and Stefania are always ready to accommodate any request, and the staff are always smiling and attentive.

We are a family of three and stayed at this wonderful campsite between late August and early September 2025 for 12 nights. The chalet sleeps 4, was newly furnished, spotlessly clean upon our arrival, and had everything you need for cooking and a basic cleaning kit. The veranda is spacious and shaded.
The campsite has a restaurant with excellent food (à la carte and non-à la carte menus, meat, fish, and pizza). The food is truly delicious, with fair prices and generous portions. As mentioned in other reviews, it's best to book in advance because it's often fully booked.
There's also a small market stocked with everything you might need on vacation (fresh bread, cold cuts, fruit, vegetables, a refrigerated section, drinks, various paper utensils, detergents, perfumes, etc.), and the prices are fair and in line with a regular local supermarket. There are also large supermarkets nearby, including Conad, Coop, and others.
The swimming pool has two pools (a shallow one for children and a larger one that slopes gently downwards with steps and ladders for access). It's clean and equipped with umbrellas and loungers, and despite not being very large, we always found a spot. Swimming caps are mandatory, and there's a lifeguard on duty.
The fine, sandy beach is extremely well-maintained, with umbrellas and loungers spaced reasonably apart (they're not all crowded together). The shoreline is long and flat, making it a pleasant place to stroll. The sea slopes gently and is all sandy (there's no rocky shoreline). The beach is reached via a pedestrian path that leads to the underpass of the adjacent railway. It's about 400 meters from the chalet to the umbrella, but it's manageable even for those with mobility issues like me.
In other reviews, I'd read concerns about the railway line adjacent to the campsite. In our experience, the train isn't very audible (maybe it's noise barriers or the type of track that doesn't cause the ground to vibrate, I honestly don't know); it certainly didn't disturb our sleep, day or night.
There's also an entertainment staff that's definitely a great asset for the 5-10 age group. The kids are helpful but not intrusive, and they manage to engage even adults with their trademark smiles.
Last but not least, the campsite is strategically located for those, like us, who plan to alternate days at the beach with excursions in the area. Within an hour's drive, you can truly reach San Marino, Porto Recanati, Gradara, Urbino, etc.
Given the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff, from the reception to the restaurant, from the entertainment staff to the cleaning and maintenance staff, we intend to return.

We stayed at this campsite for two weeks in a fully equipped cabin, spacious inside, and with a lovely terrace. The beach is about a 5-minute walk away via a private driveway. It's the perfect place for kids; the campsite is small, so they could roam freely. The entertainment was top-notch; they kept us entertained with dancing, soccer, and building sandcastles. The restaurant is absolutely unmissable; its dishes are delicious and the portions are generous. Stefania is a wonderful person, and everyone who works at the campsite is friendly; whatever you need, they're always ready to help. I recommend it, especially for families looking for a relaxing holiday.

We spent here 4 nights in one Chalet. It was very big, clean. The beach is close and nice.

First year in this campsite, complete with essential services, swimming pool, playground for children and also for teenagers, such as the multi-game pitch and beach volleyball field. Fairly large pitches but above all with private bathroom and dishwasher. Railway very close but not excessively noisy (depending on the pitch) private beach accessible from a small road that runs alongside the railway and from the underpass.
Quiet and relaxing place, impeccable management.

We carried out the school campus for a week at this Camping with children aged 3 to 13, which was unforgettable thanks to the Fabulous Animation that immediately involved everyone with a kind and pleasant family attitude that won them all over. In addition to being prepared and brilliant in the activities well distributed throughout the day, what distinguishes this team of entertainers is the synergy with which they interact with young and old, making everyone feel at ease! Highly educated, charismatic and always available, they carried out recreational and educational activities worthy of compliments: fireworks, kites, games and group dances, good memories of summer at the sea. A special thanks goes to the animators who slept near our bungalows for supporting our little boy who felt sad, managing to make him have a lot of fun: Nicola and Luca😘 Grazieeeee "it was nice!"

It is the second time we come to the "mimosa", we absolutely confirm the review of the last time, it's been a while but hospitality, cleanliness and excellent food remain at the top !!! Over the years some housing units have been added, also this year we have the same type of cottage, livable spaces, really huge terrace, we are only 3, but 6 are comfortable since in the living room there is a sofa bed that it is added to the double and 2 single beds that are in the 2 bedrooms. Again this year we opted for half board, for breakfast a small buffet with jams, butter, rusks, fruit juices, as well as excellent croissants was added ( requests the day before to satisfy the taste of customers) and cappuccino (top) and coffee. dinner is always excellent, mostly based on fish, pizza always as an option among the main courses ... tonight we also try pizza! ! the maintenance of the camping is very accurate ... after this week of holidays we will regret this place and also the wonderful sea of ​​this country !!! Highly recommended camping!
