I saw the rooms during a job interview, and these aren't the best, as I've seen much larger ones with more space to walk around. The location is central, so you can hear all the hustle and bustle. Furthermore, the restaurant offers mostly fish dishes (a good portion of which are lake fish), and I eat very little fish, especially lake fish.

The room was small and had no air conditioning or refrigerator...very old furniture...awful bathroom...carpet on the floor that gave off a bad smell...

A basic hotel for pilgrims and tourists without too many frills. The facilities are showing their age, but they're functional, and the location is excellent. Convenient for visiting the sanctuary, exploring the old town, or dining out in the area (restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, and all kinds of businesses are just a few minutes' walk away). The room was small, but the bathroom with a separate vanity area was large. The hotel has an elevator, and while the rooms don't have air conditioning, they do have a standing fan. The owners/managers treated us kindly, as did the cleaning staff. We had a pleasant stay!

The best location to visit Loreto & the Holy House
The simple, basic but comfortable hotel is located in the very centre of the village and at a convenient walking distance from free parking or payment ones.
The concierge/owner is very helpful in providing all the necessary information, to make your experience even more memorable.

We've been going there for years now. The rooms are a little old, but they have what you need. The staff is always courteous and attentive to every need. In a truly strategic position for visiting the sanctuary.

Extremely dated hotel, from the corridors to the rooms, through to the furniture, I think everything is from the 1980s. There is no air conditioning, there is no soundproofing of any kind, there is old carpet on the floor, the old bathroom, the sockets they are extremely old, the mattress and pillows are hard.
The kindness and helpfulness of the staff is appreciated, as is the extremely central location.
I hope it can be renewed soon, because in the current conditions it seems like we are traveling back in time at least 40 years.

Dirty carpets, small bathroom, very old furnitures, no air conditioning, definitely not recommended.

Hotel that would be 0 stars, if it were not for the optimal location. There is neither air conditioning nor a chandelier with blades. There is no fridge. Old room
