This is an excellent buscando ness hotel in the heart of Biella. Service is exceptional and very one is very friendly. A great property for our one night stay whilst driving between locations and free, secure parking was a welcome plus. Spacious rooms plus very helpful and friendly staff.

It was great! We stayed only for one nighr but it was very easy to get there, they have private parking so we didn’t have to go around looking for it. The rooms were very clean, nice view to the park and with all the personal items you need in the bathroom. The buffet was also very good! Would totally repeat!

Everything we needed for a 2 night stay in Biella. Staff were so friendly, everything was clean and well presented. Breakfast included with decent options . Nice hotel , clean rooms and polite staff except for the lady working at breakfast this morning who let down the stay by ( no exaggeration) actually screaming at me infront of a room of people for taking a banana ( when my room had breakfast included ) from the buffet . It's very close to Biella train station, just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel has good facilities and large rooms, but the corridors and elevators are small. The breakfast is simple.

Very, very enjoyable stay. Friendly staff, helpful and gracious. Edit June 2022: every year we come to visit family and we stay here. Extremely friendly staff, fabulous breakfasts, clean rooms. It is always a pleasure to stay here, I highly recommend it. Centrally located, the train station is at a walking distance, several restaurants are close by, downtown is also at a walking distance.

Good large room, very quiet. Reasonably priced with breakfast buffet included. Of course, excellent coffees. Very courteous staff. The stay was an absolute pleasure.

Hotel Michelangelo is a nice place to stay in Biella. The rooms are ok, the breakfast is very good. I will stay there again in the future.

Who knew Biella was such a sophisticated town. Great art and food. Our hotel was right in the middle of town and also quiet and safe. Highly recommend The Augustus!

Updated, Quiet and Comfortable This hotel has been updated and was very clean. It is in a very clean and safe place in the city with parking available. The staff was wonderful, the check in staff went over and above to make sure my stay was good. The morning breakfast was well stocked with many options. On my next trip I will happily stay here.

Here I am again lodging to hotel Europa in Biella. Anytime I come here I am so well welcomed by the wonderful staff, and they make me feel so special. Well maintained older hotel Just like before excellent service at reception. Large room with spacious bathroom. It is an older hotel that is well maintained. Unlike our previous stay this time we heard noises throughout the night & did not sleep very well, a rude neighbor. In the morning excellent service for breakfast & checking out.

For my 2 days stop to Biella, Italy, I have booked a room to Hotel Europa. If you find yourself coming to this town, you must stay here. I have had an amazing experience in this hotel. Firstly, the hotel has a subterranean parking with plenty of space. Then, their is a nice elevator which takes you two floors up. Pleasant Surprise After booking Hotel Europa last minute, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The staff were exceptional at check in, breakfast & check out. The room comfortable and much bigger than expected. The bathroom was huge compared to other hotels and Air BnB places we have stayed in. The room was clean & comfortable. Comfortable and clean environment. The very helpful receptionist welcomed me like a house guest. The room is delightful, equipped with everything you need, even if the structure is dated. Convenient parking and only 5 minutes by car from the hospital and 10 minutes on foot. Recommended for those who travel for work and want to find an environment that makes them feel at home.
