Hotel Calaluna in Biella

The service is non-existent therefore not qualified. For that price you really can't expect more. The location is good for workers on business as it has plenty of relatively spacious parking spaces, but is still close to a road, my room was quite spacious. The furnishings are what they are, the electrical socket, which is the second thing I look at, hidden behind the bed in a position that is difficult to reach unless you have an eight meter long charging cable. The convector worked when it wanted to (probably it was stalled by something and this surprised me a lot because it was really old) but when it was turned on it got hot. The bathroom, on the other hand, is the first thing I look at...sometimes, even if the room's furnishings are disastrous, the bathroom surprises. But unfortunately not in this case! In short, you could definitely invest in something better. Even just a shower head that doesn't fall on your feet all the time would have been nice. I repeat a decent bathroom from another impact.
A piece of advice: to serve breakfast in that way, it is better not to serve it. If you really want, you can give the guest a five euro voucher so they can go to a nearby bar and have it there!
