Here I am again lodging to hotel Europa in Biella. Anytime I come here I am so well welcomed by the wonderful staff, and they make me feel so special. Hotel Europa offers full continental breakfast, and when I say full I mean it. Selections of prosciuttos, eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereals, baked goods, tea, coffee. The rooms and bathrooms are renovated, and the lobby has a note of elegance and comfort. One can serve a complimentary 5 o'clock tea there. For how they make me feel, I consider fairly to give credit where credit is due. Many thanks! R. V.

Well maintained older hotel
Just like before excellent service at reception. Large room with spacious bathroom. It is an older hotel that is well maintained. Unlike our previous stay this time we heard noises throughout the night & did not sleep very well, a rude neighbor.
In the morning excellent service for breakfast & checking out.

Good Stay
Good hotel to stay at. Staff very helpful. Room were good size and breakfast was good. Would recommend.parking was undercover and lift to get to hotel. Very convenient.

For my 2 days stop to Biella, Italy, I have booked a room to Hotel Europa. If you find yourself coming to this town, you must stay here. I have had an amazing experience in this hotel. Firstly, the hotel has a subterranean parking with plenty of space. Then, their is a nice elevator which takes you two floors up. Red carpets, sensor sliding doors, beautiful lobby with a small bar and reception, 5 o'clock tea or coffee, fantastic complimentary breakfast, brand new bathrooms, wonderful staff, and most of all very competitive prices. This hotel is close to shopping center, downtown Biella, practically everything. There is also the option to have snacks and beer in your room, but no complimentary. Very affordable prices. Pleasant Surprise
After booking Hotel Europa last minute, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The staff were exceptional at check in, breakfast & check out. The room comfortable and much bigger than expected. The bathroom was huge compared to other hotels and Air BnB places we have stayed in. The room was clean & comfortable. Our only issue was the air conditioner wasn't working to our expectations. My husband says if we need to stay in Biella again we have our place.

The Hotel Europa is worthy. The staff are super friendly, the breakfasts comprehensive and copious. The rooms are large and super clean. The location is great near the train station and bikepaths. I enjoyed my stay in Biella all the more thanks to the team at Hotel Europa. 5 star.
