Loana at breakfast made all the difference to our stay. Very pro active and checking we have everything we needed. This is what we love to see. I loved the custard croissant a must try here. When I tried the chocolate croissant I cried with happiness!
A wonderful hotel with excellent parking very easy to navigate. The room is lovely I must try a suite next time.
The receptionist did a wonderful check in welcome. So friendly and interesting to hear her experience in England.
5 stars well deserved. Friendly staff, excellent house keeping and a good mattress. I slept very well. Lovely and warm. Snow mountain views.
Right in the heart of Biella you can park safe underneath the hotel and then walk everywhere. I recommend bring your scarf.

This is an excellent buscando ness hotel in the heart of Biella. Service is exceptional and very one is very friendly. We were there for a wedding and they were very accommodating with special touches: clothes steamer, ironing station, shoe shine machines, extra cables if needed, etc. They also provided cribs and pack n’ plays for other wedding guests. The location is very central and close to a mall with full-sized supermarket. The restaurants were also very good, including the buffet breakfast.

A great property for our one night stay whilst driving between locations and free, secure parking was a welcome plus. Spacious rooms plus very helpful and friendly staff.

It was great! We stayed only for one nighr but it was very easy to get there, they have private parking so we didn’t have to go around looking for it. The rooms were very clean, nice view to the park and with all the personal items you need in the bathroom. The buffet was also very good! Would totally repeat!

Everything we needed for a 2 night stay in Biella. Staff were so friendly, everything was clean and well presented. Breakfast included with decent options . Only tiny downside was the lack of choice on the first morning even though we arrived at 8am and it was open 7-10am. Next day we made sure to get there for 7am and there was more food out. Exercise room was a bonus and better than some hotels who advertise a fully equipped gym!

Nice hotel , clean rooms and polite staff except for the lady working at breakfast this morning who let down the stay by ( no exaggeration) actually screaming at me infront of a room of people for taking a banana ( when my room had breakfast included ) from the buffet . Quite embarrassing and poor etiquette - perhaps needs retraining in manners and how to speak to hotel guests , or just people in general . Otherwise a nice hotel and pleasant stay

Could not be better. The staff was beyond amazing. I became ill while staying in Biella and had to extend my stay by three days. I felt well taken care of by the staff in all respects.
The front desk staff, in particular Marta and Sophia, were exceptionally helpful to me. I was very grateful for their concern and care. Even housekeeping kept me well supplied with extra towels and supplies.
The room was bright and comfortable with a comfortable bed, nice desk and chair and well appointed bathroom. The restaurant served excellent meals.
The hotel location is next to convenient shopping. It is right across from a little park and adjacent to the Old Town part of the city which was fun to explore.
I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Every aspect of our stay here was exceptional. Amazing service from all the staff we encountered - everyone was super friendly, could not do enough. The hotel is super clean, rooms were fabulous, beautifully maintained. Restaurant dining fab, delicious menu, super wine’s & cocktail’s excellent service. Breakfast bountiful, great variety available for everyone. Book with confidence- this is an exceptional hotel.
