This was our first stop of our 10-day Italian road trip. The whole family was very impressed by the amazing location right on the lake. Lake-view rooms are fantastic. The hotel is very comfortable, breakfast is generous, personel is very friendly. Location is also very good to plan a day-trip to the Borromean Islands. Several dining options within walking distance. A great place to be around Lago Maggiore

Great hotel with spacious rooms and baths. The staff is outstanding! They made us a to-go breakfast as we had to leave for an early morning flight before breakfast opened. The bar had a good selection of reasonably priced drinks and the outside space has expansive picturesque views of the lake.

We stayed 5 nights. Room and bathroom (front side) are clean but to our opinion need to be fully refurbished. The bath is even dangerous due to the shape and slippery. Balcony is too small and narrow to be used. Pool and beach facilities really fine. Breakfast is good and all staff are very friendly. 2 old cleaning ladies are extremely friendly and do their job really well. Overall we enjoyed but...

Great view, nice balconies. The pool is too small to swim but nice to sit if it's hot. Open library was great and breakfast very enjoyable. (Laundry was too expensive tough)
