In a beautiful area super close to lake maggirore, a short bus ride away from stresa where you can catch a ferry to isola madre, isola bella and isola pescatori. Mauro was lovely and a great host!! The breakfast was delicious with a large variety. Tutto benne!!

It's a great hotel!! However, if you do not drive it is quite a walk into Stressa. So a taxi is needed it costs roughly 15€. You do get the most amazing views. Breakfast is very simple but you have a wide variety of continental options. No hot breakfast options.

We really loved the location of this hotel- on a quiet edge of old town and within walking distance of the train station, wonderful restaurants, the ferry, and more. We had a great week in a clean new hotel, after general renovation in corona period. We enjoyed an amazing view to the lake from the window, a central , but quiet place, and wonderful breakfasts on the roof of the building. Thanks to the owners of hotel for a homely and fun feeling.

The hotel was right in the middle of Stresa and a 5 minute walk from the lake. A charming hotel and friendly owner and staff. There is parking, but we were lucky to get a space as it's a public carpark.

Breakfast was good but as we didn’t speak Italian we were ignored, we assumed that when we asked for coffee we would also get croissants as other people had.

Refrigerator was broken, did not agree to repair or replace room. When I said that in check out I will pay less, the manager agree to bring another one.

The location is in the city center. So all the services are near. The hotel rooms are quite modern but there are some porblems with smoking, air condition system, heating. Some members of staff are not service minded. Noises from streets and other rooms can be heard in rooms.

The bedrooms were supposed to be refurbished but ours was not. The material round the bed was ripped all the way round and the terrace overlooked a load of rubbish. The food was reasonable, dinner had a good buffet, 4 choices of starter and main course plus pudding. Breakfast was a continental buffet and was okay.

I have just returned from a Blake's tour to lake Maggiore.we stayed at this hotel . I could not fault it .The staff were brilliant the meals were great,and the rooms were good(the only reason I gave 4stars was we had no view. It is situated on the lake near the ferry and tourist boats

Right in the center. A good pool is available at the neighboring hotel. They have an agreement. The breakfasts are excellent, with a view of Lake Maggiore. The room overlooks the stairs to the courtyard. And it's small.

Just spent three nights in this beautiful hotel, visually stunning with lovely gardens and a pool. It’s perfectly located for. 4 minute stroll into Stresa town centre for lots of bars and restaurants. You can catch a ferry to the Borromean Islands just in front of the hotel. Breakfast was awesome, lots of choice and a beautiful setting.

The staff was friendly and the new rooms were spacious. The only odd thing was the window between the room and the bathroom—it lets natural light in, but it also gives a view of the toilet.

I booked the hotel for weekend, nice location near to shops and beach ⛱️. The bigest issue is about the blanket. It seems they are not washed properly since when I used it my body was covered with bed bugs bites. The shower room is extra small. In one occasion the room service forgot to close the room door after entering.

Near to the lake and the town centre building site across the road, shower alternated between freezing of scalding rapidly so no such thing as a comfortable shower. Right next to the pier, you can easily take a cruise around the lake. The hotel provides free parking spaces, but you can ask the front desk if you can't find them. The room is large and it is very comfortable to sunbathe on the balcony.

Very nice location overlooking the lake , room is little old but the price is fair. The restaurant is the gem here , very fresh ingredients with excellent cooking. Lovely hotel with magnificent views of the lake. The town is very close, just a kilometre away, but not a safe walk at night, but finding parking in town and at the hotel was not a problem (in October)
