The location is fantastic and the view from the room is exceptional. The staff is incredibly friendly and help with requests. The private beach is worth it! The room was very clean and the AC unit is very modern. Breakfast had many options and very tasty.

Great location overlooking the lake. Excellent breakfast on the terrace. Comfortable rooms. Helpful and friendly staff.

Room and bed OK. Fabulous sea view. But: extremely noisy. You hear every car passing by as the tires hit the cobblestone surface. And loud and drunk people also bother. So: get a room to the backside. Take sleeping pills! And: the much praised breakfast is mediocre. We have had much better. You have to get your coffee from a slow machine so the line is long in front. Not pleasant. But: the price is...

nice old fashioned hotel looks onto this pretty small lake.Staff are friendly and rooms are ok though i missed an air conditioning there was a fan.It’s a little exspensive but everything is these days.Bring mosquito spray you will get bitten around the lake .Very cute village

Absolutely charming hotel by a pocket-sized Alpine lake, with a cheerful and friendly staff. Elegant and comfortable. If the breakfast had been better it would have got five stars. Otherwise, an extremely happy stay.

Ideal location provided plenty of scope for trips out. Scenery spectacular - the Centrovalli railway is not to be missed.. Very friendly staff, breakfasts excellent. Dinner menu had several excellent dishes especially the starter mushroom pie on a cheese fondue with raw ham- delicious. The char was also outstanding.

This is one of the most charming small hotels we have ever stayed in and I would recommend it without hesitation. The room was comfortable, clean and with high quality decor and fitments. The meals in the restaurant were delicious and we enjoyed the view of the lake whilst dining. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In warm weather there is a grassy area from which you can swim in the lake and...

Wonderful location directly at the lake. Our apartment had a private terrace and we were positively surprised by the amount of space and storage room in the apartment. The dinner in the restaurant was amazing, beautifully balanced food. Also very good breakfast. Very friendly and correct staff. We will definitely come back here again!

A lovely chalet in a beautiful woodland. We certainly had a peaceful stay! I particularly loved the kitchen in the outside orangerie, that was a dream!

We really appreciate the nature around! We like the outside kitchen and peaceful atmosphere:)

Well what about ?? A magnificent place, cared for and completely surrounded by greenery! And then .. what a relax !!!! We stayed two days with our big dog (he also had a lot of fun!) And we really enjoyed it! Thanks to Gabriella and her staff. We will definitely see you next year! The newly weds Marika and Luca

We spent three days in this corner of paradise, simply wonderful. The Chalet is furnished with the utmost care and lacks nothing in terms of comfort. Gabriella and the staff are friendly and helpful people for everything. We will definitely be back.

We spent two relaxing days in this paradise! The park is wonderful and perfectly cared for by Gabriella and her staff. The chalets are beautiful and equipped with everything! Our two dogs were welcomed with pleasure and were able to freely explore the entire estate. I recommend at least two nights because one is too little to fully enjoy the beauties of the park! We will definitely be back

We felt very comfortable with Ale and will definitely book our next stay in her great house again!

A house with a great atmosphere in a beautiful location, with reasonable prices and a very sympathetic and attentive hostess. I would book the "Le Oche the Bracchio" on the "Lago di Mergozzo" again and again - a place to relax.

Best accommodation in the area

We, two women, spent a few days in this stylish house with a great atmosphere. We were able to enjoy breakfast with the best regional products, freshly baked cakes, delicious smoothies and homemade jams in the cozy garden. Alessandra is a wonderful, very warm hostess who also surprised us every morning with various freshly prepared delicacies. In addition, she always gave us good tips for sights, etc...

One of the best B&B we have been to. Alexandra cares for her guests and makes sure they feel home. Very good breakfast and nice spacious rooms. Highly recommended.

We felt very welcome from the first moment. An extremely beautiful place with style and an extraordinary breakfast. Thank you!

Nice place to stay. A lot of possibilities for Hiking in mountains and swimming in lakes nearby. A nice swimming pool at the facility and very good breakfast.

Very personable and friendly operator of the pension. We try to fulfill all wishes. The ingredients for breakfast probably all come from the surrounding area. Typically Italian: morning coffee from the giant coffee machine. Insanity. There's no better way to start a day. Apartments are cleaned daily and are very nicely furnished. We'd love to come back.

This is the second time we have been there, the setting is very beautiful, the welcome family and friendly. The rooms are large, comfortable, clean. The railway mentioned in another review is absolutely not inconvenient, I don't think there are any trains during the night and during the day the trains are really not frequent. It is very easy to access from the highway and there is a very large parking...

Have been many times in vacation there. Near the lake of Mergozzo and Lago Maggiore. Great for cycling, sight seeing etc.. Exceptionnel breakfast and service above usual

Just returned from a week at Lake Mergozzo and I must say that this b & b found on the internet by chance really amazed us. The really nice room spotless and the bathroom a show with towels and top shower products not to mention the sooooo cute phone. Ein sehr gutes Frühstück, serviert auf dem Balkon von einer liebenswürdigen Gastgeberin, Maurizia spricht deutsch. Relaxzone in großzügigen Garten mit Blick auf den See. Ruhige Lage.

Everything was perfect! The rooms are very clean, quiet, ... The refrigerator in the room was definitely a big plus! Excellent hospitality, nice breakfast, ... Maurizia did her utmost to make us enjoy our stay. Great host. Good restaurant nearby. Only 15 min. walk down to Mergozzo, where you can find some nice restaurants as well. Nice starting point for hikings. We will definitely stay here again

B&B just outside the beautiful village of Mergozzo, which can also be reached on foot or by bicycle! The place is beautiful, the rooms are very nice and the hospitality of the owners is exemplary. Very nice and helpful! The breakfasts are abundant and with many homemade products, I can only recommend it!

A wonderful B&B in a very beautiful location! You can quickly walk to the town of Mergozzo, where there are restaurants and shops, the garden of the B&B is wonderfully quiet with a great view of both Lake Mergozzo and Lake Maggiore. Maurizia, the owner, is very very nice, speaks perfect German, spoils her guests with homemade delicacies for breakfast and gives valuable tips for excursions in the area...

Great welcome! Friendly and super helpful owners! Very varied breakfast with bread, also homemade jam, fruit, homemade cake and even savory breakfast prepared at the moment, a lot of choice also for drinks. Gorgeous room and perfect cleanliness. 15 minutes on foot and you arrive on the lakefront! I would say everything perfect! We will definitely be back.

Very good and clean rooms! Nice private parking and very quiet place. If you like to have a good and mixed breakfast this is really the place to be. Everything is Fresh! The owners are really friendly and will do everything to make your stay perfect!:)
