The breakfast room next to a good selection again overlooks the view. Walking distance to the town centre and to the amazing Restaurant Milano. The rooms are quite and comfortable.

The single room was well-equipped with a desk, chair, lamp, tv, wardrobe and good sized bathroom. Bed was comfortable and extra pillow was appreciated. The hotel was quite warm for me but even in early November the weather was pleasant enough that I could open the window. Housekeeping, bar and breakfast staff were all very friendly.

We spent two wonderful days again at this hotel. It has a unique location and the atmosphere. Rooms with a lake view guarantee a stunning sight. Verbani is a much quieter and cozier town compared to Stresa. Federico provided us with a personalized approach. You’d be very fortunate to visit this hotel someday.

I was visiting the Lago Maggiore Area with a group of people, we stayed at this hotel, and it was the best choice. The Hotel is facing the lake, the service was excellent and the staff are very friendly. The Breakfast offered was nice and has a variety which made everyone happy with their choice. The restaurant next door is a plus for a good Italian food experience.

It is a great option for a hotel near the lake. It is quite clean, but not perfectly clean inside. There should be made some improvements in there, but I appreciate that the bed sheets and towels were clean like new, in general the rooms are clean, but I think some details are left behind (I found little spider webs in the room, some rust in the shower, some pieces of furniture are a little deteriorated...

Rooms were clean and big. Staff were all very friendly and nice. Breakfast was ok. Location is very good, close to many bars and restaurants. However AC did not work most of the time. Also it's not really an "AC". Moreover "lake view" is a view of the old boat station which limits the lake view. The wifi in our room didn't work.

There are about 60 steep curves from Verbania until one reaches the top of Monterosso where the hotel is. But once you overcome those obstacles, you have the most beautiful view over Lago Maggiore (including Isola Bella), excellent home-made meals from local ingredients and relaxing atmosphere.

I state that I was there only to eat for dinner. Nice place with a calm atmosphere. It is quite casual and one feels at home. The service is not the fastest but it is still functional. On the downside, the road is quite steep and full of tight hairpin bends. I don't recommend it much for those who suffer from motion sickness. We loved the view from our seaside room and the easy connections to the islands for a good Prozent. There are not too many other stores around but the connection options to the different Lake shores by car are good. Breakfast is simple but tasty and an easy start into the Day.
