The location is fantastic and the view from the room is exceptional. The staff is incredibly friendly and help with requests. The private beach is worth it! The room was very clean and the AC unit is very modern. Breakfast had many options and very tasty.

Great location overlooking the lake. Excellent breakfast on the terrace. Comfortable rooms. Helpful and friendly staff.

Room and bed OK. Fabulous sea view.
But: extremely noisy. You hear every car passing by as the tires hit the cobblestone surface. And loud and drunk people also bother. So: get a room to the backside. Take sleeping pills!
And: the much praised breakfast is mediocre. We have had much better. You have to get your coffee from a slow machine so the line is long in front. Not pleasant.
But: the price is low.

nice old fashioned hotel looks onto this pretty small lake.Staff are friendly and rooms are ok though i missed an air conditioning there was a fan.It’s a little exspensive but everything is these days.Bring mosquito spray you will get bitten around the lake .Very cute village

Very poor quality restaurant. Expensive fried fish, bad quality overall... That's a pity. Do not eat here. Sleep eventually, but don't eat.
Even the salmon, not fried, 18€, is disgusting. Served with tiny vegetables like coming from a tin can. What are they doing to make simple ingredients tastes bad?
4€ the soda... You name it. No reasons to come.

- ok, not salmon but brook, I just tasted the dish of the person with me and was not totally 100% aware it was brook, unfortunately, it doesn't change the taste to have its name
- you can check my reviews too, I usually give pretty good review as I'm often happy of my experiences, but when I'm not, I think it's important to say so
- If I want to take an ice tea before my dish to get refreshment after a long walk, it's up to me. I'm glad you are using this strange argument for your defense, it's a good signal

Absolutely charming hotel by a pocket-sized Alpine lake, with a cheerful and friendly staff. Elegant and comfortable. If the breakfast had been better it would have got five stars. Otherwise, an extremely happy stay.

Did not stay in the hotel but ate at one of their lakeside restaurants. We were given undercooked, cold pizzas with chicken on and when we reordered, the food was warm yet the dough was undercooked and doughy. Rude staff, who refused to acknowledge there was a problem, awful customer service. Manage of hotel tried to make us pay for the food that we could not eat and were extremely rude.
