Clean rooms, friendly staff and great views. Our Lakeview room was on the small side but perfectly usable.

Stunning views from tired hotel Stayed in junior suite with lake view - spacious room with magnificent view. Room decor was tired and needs refreshing and modernising. Breakfast was not good - went 40 minutes before end of service and food was depleted, no tables set, and staff already packing away. Better food in local restaurants.

Beautiful facility with amazing views from the balcony of Lago Maggiore and the mountains beyond. Convenient to the ferry stop and local restaurants. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever seen, quite luxurious.

Beautiful hotel Stylish hotel, such a Beautiful hotel, everything was 5 star. Old fashioned charm. The pool area was great with the big pool, looked really nice with the gold pattern and jacuzzi. You shouldn’t miss the connection to the sister hotel and a swim in the indoor pool over there.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Have a nice bar that you can also access from outside. Beautiful beach and pool area. It is about a 12 minute walk to the ferry. And sometimes it can be slightly noisy. My neighbor kept me up fighting with her boyfriend. Finally called down to the desk and they had it resolved in less than 5 minutes. My friends also got their laundry washed by hotel. Our stay exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay there again. There is a convenient bus that takes you into Stresa and Arona (the Baveno train station was not operational during our visit).

I've stayed in Baveno several times and this hotel is by far and away the best hotel that I have been fortunate enough to stay at here. Great location, very secure parking, very pleasant staff and breakfast is ok. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Cozy and somewhat simple hotel nicely situated in Baveno close to the church and the promenade. The pool area is quite small so you shouldn’t plan on taking a day by the pool. Fine breakfast however nothing fancy. You have the possibility to park outside in the private parking area or in the garage. The room we stayed in was quite small but suitable for one night.

The Hotel is a traditional Italian Hotel in terms of style and decor. Our room (201) was on the second floor and had a lovely view over the gardens, pool and local church. Just finished a three night stay at the Alpi, very clean and well maintained, had dinner on the first night and very good. Staff happy to explain anything you don’t understand. Easy walk down to beach and town. Would definitely return.

Lovely hotel with magnificent views of the lake. The town is very close, just a kilometre away, but not a safe walk at night, but finding parking in town and at the hotel was not a problem (in October)

The Hotel Eden is situated at the center of the lovely village of Baveno at the Lago did Garda. We had room 64, on the 3rd level that has a lake view, that provided magnificent views. Room on the top floor has a magnificent view! There is also a terrace open to all guests up there if you want to buy something to eat and drink and enjoy the view. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, AC worked well and bathroom was modern. The hotel is in a great location close to the lake shore.

The room was clean and the colors neutral which I appreciated, but for the price I expected a bit more. However, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in away from home and the pillows were perfect. For these two reasons, a solid five stars!

A comfortable stay but we feel overpriced for the size of the Room and whilst the view was good and the bed comfortable the room was very small and very noisy - very close to the Railway line - the room shook when the trains went past. Breakfast expensive for food available.

Exceptional place to stay. We set our roots here for 5 days. Such a good decision. Beautiful apartment. Great staff at the hotel. I was on a Cosmos tour. Elderly and had to walk on a busy highway to another hotel. Also never got a wake up call. Cosmos said hotel promised lake view. I faced the highway and complained. But staff said even if you get a sliver view on balcony its lake view.

Me and my wife stayed with Francesca and Ricardo for a week. From there we visited a lot of places located around Lago Maggiore. The B&B is in an old-styled, stone house. It is really nice one! The location of Francesca''s B&B is just perfect . From it you can easily explore Baveno - a beautifull small town or travel around all Lago Majore which is amazing. Fantastic little gem on the shores of Lake Maggiore and nearby to Lake Mergozzo. The facilities, restaurants and beach side location are all fantastic. Staff could not be more welcoming and helpful. We visited in August for a week and stayed in the river mobile homes. Amazing experience. Beautiful location. Easy access to lake with private beach/pedal boats/kayaks. Surrounded by mountains. Hired bikes from reception and cycled to verbania. Friendly, helpful staff. Will go back

Unfortunately the site did not meet the expectations we had before arrived. Some of the reception staff are very abrupt in their manner almost like it's an inconvenience to talk to you at times. Some of the staff on the main restaurant are very inexperienced and often don't get your orders correct or your waiting for a long time.
