To flee ! We were never able to enter this B&B, the host only speaks Italian and communication is simply impossible despite our efforts.
We managed to enter the building by chance but could not stay because no reception was planned, the host was not informed of the reservation on booking and we found ourselves without accommodation which was extremely penalizing . Don't go there you will really waste your time.

The service staff was rude and racist, the accommodation was not clean. Spiders were in the bath and bedroom. The reception staff looked unkempt, had dirty clothes on and smelled bad and had blood on their hands.

I do not recommend anyone to book there, the experience was terrible!

Reluctantly and angrily 1 star. The room was not ready on our arrival even though I had communicated our arrival 2 days before by phone. The lady claimed to "not know that we were arriving that day" (as if the responsibility of checking the check-ins in your accommodation facility is the guest and not the owner !!!!). As soon as we enter the house not only does he not apologize in the slightest for HIS mistake (we are PAYING guests) and for the delay he was making us do, but the first thing he tells us upon entering is literally "you have to give me the MONEY" (as if we were thieves). The room and bathroom were dirty (I have photos of various dust and stains) and in general not up to the standard of an accommodation facility. For example, when I point out that there was no soap in the bathroom, the lady tells me to use an ALREADY USED AND DIRTY bar of soap. I conclude by underlining the rude and disrespectful ways of the lady, as well as the total lack of an idea of ​​private space: on the day of departure, for example, she entered the room while we were packing our bags, keeping us engaged in speeches that made sense only for her; she even went so far as to argue that I had to hit my brother for wearing nail polish. I think there is not much more to add .. I find that you have to know a profession before practicing it, and the same goes for the job of host, otherwise you are only making money on the backs of paying customers by offering a sometimes disrespectful service.

Booked two weeks before, in these two weeks I received two confirmation messages because they did not understand the day of my arrival twice ..... at the end on the day of arrival I call to inform me of a delay of 5 minutes. replies the lady (unreliable and rude) and told me that she was not expecting anyone and the room was not ready, so I got a little annoyed and specified that I confirmed my arrival several times .... Also because we took a nice journey of 400km to get there, in short, she told us that it was not like that that her son did not tell her anything that he would not have prepared anything for us to eat and that the set price was not ... to which I said if you run it in the family you have to talk to each other and you need to know the arrivals of people ... I tried to call back and threw down the phone ... we couldn't find anything else and we had to go home. after an hour the son calls me telling us that he was waiting for us and where we were ... we will not be back anyway for the rude lady and not at all reliable I do not recommend it!
