Nice hotel, a bit older. Rooms look exactelly as they are on the photos
Fantastic room , quality and luxurious throughout the hotel , happy helpful staff. Only let down was breakfast ( expensive for what was offered) poor hot food selection and quality, unusual for Hilton so disappointing. Eat out ! spoilt for choice would be the advice
The staff was excellent. Thank you!
First of all, it is worth recognizing the layout and comfort of the hotel room. But as a Hilton hotel, I think it does not meet the conditions. First point: When we arrived, there was no one at the hotel door to help open the door and help with the luggage. Only the receptionist stood in the distance waiting for us, and we had to carry the boxes over many steps to check in. When we finished checking...
We were given an upgraded room and our suite was huge - plenty of room for 4 people (and having 2 toilets is an excellent feature). Beds were comfy too. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to the train station, main tourist sights, and shopping areas.
Hotel in the center a few steps from Piazza San Carlo. For the price paid (€170/night) for the room I expected something more, both from the room and from the breakfast included. Room too hot with very noisy and insufficient air conditioning; headboard and rear wall damaged by previous guests. Nice bathroom, large with shower and tub. I believe that for a hotel of this level it would be appropriate...

The rooms were quite large, and the hotel was beautiful, but the service was just so-so, and the cleanliness was unsatisfactory! The front desk staff were always cold and unfriendly; I don't know if Italians are just naturally unfriendly or if their training was inadequate.
The hotel is very nice and in a good location. The service could be better at the breakfast.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Has got that old world charm in the hotel, very quite would stay again. Recommend American bar for a drink before dinner.
Perfect location in the centre of town. Rooms could do with a few tweaks… more USB sockets, particularly next to the bed; a couple of types of pillow (bit firmer would have helped); a duvet in a duvet cover not just between two huge sheets; milk (even UHT) for the travellers who like a bit of milk in their morning tea; a shower that doesn’t require gymnastic ability to get in and out of the bath tub...
Perfect location, amazing blend of historic luxury and new tech amenities. The service was professional, friendly and top notch. They helped us with everything we needed, the breakfast was delicious. I have stayed in few different hotels in Torino but this was by far the best experience, definitely worth the price. My only note would be to improve the cocktails at the bar, but the location is so great...
Great hotel in the heart of Turin. The hotel is located right in the city center. All the sights are within walking distance. You can also walk to the embankment and the park nearby. We had a spacious room of good quality. Yes, it is not new and a little shabby, but in very good condition. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The staff is very helpful. Although if they recommend...

Excellent hotel with the best value for money
The room was spacious and the service was excellent. The location right next to the train station is very convenient. The restaurant was also quite good, and the included breakfast was decent. I also tried dinner, which was good too. It exceeded my expectations!
Excellent location Extremely attentive employees could not have expected more especially when I had problems with charging my IT devices
The hotel is located right next to the train station 🚉. After breakfast and collecting our luggage 🧳, we could walk right into the train station square in less than five minutes. Cleanliness: Why was the water from our room's kettle so cloudy? I don't understand. I hope the hotel will check the kettle in our room. The shower gel 🧴 in the room smelled amazing, a classic European scent, I loved it...
If there would be 6 stars for a facility it would go to this hotel. Great team that runs the place, Amazing large rooms, italian design in good taste, superb breakfeast included , available parking. City centre location and in easy walking distance . Book directly with the hotel website. Surprisingly Better pricing. Highly highly reccomended...cant ask for more
The location is excellent, the front desk staff are welcoming, and the room is spacious—I was very satisfied with the room in Turin. Room cleaning was decent, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. However, the coffee was a bit disappointing. There's a Chinese restaurant nearby with authentic food at reasonable prices; I recommend it to Chinese tourists. It's about 30 meters to the left of...

The hotel is fabulous. We love staying there. The staff is wonderful and kind. The breakfast is great. The spa is beyond wonderful. Will stay again
A beautiful, luxurious spa hotel in the heart of Turin. The room was exquisite, the spa, fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond for a special birthday trip. Highly recommend.
The hotel and spa are very clean and well maintained. They had all the amenities you can think of for a nice hotel. It is centrally located near the city center. Taxi to the airport was $33 and we flew to meet the flight
Great hotel with spa in the centre of town. Parking underneath too. Lovely breakfast. Spa was excellent and a swim in the indoor pool after a day of walking around beautiful Torino was very welcome.
The spa is amazing and well worth the stay. Staff is also very accommodating. Very peaceful and quiet. Would stay again.
Excellent hotel. Very well kept, feels like cared by it's own owners. Great atmosphere in the bar area, comfortable rooms and great location. Breakfast is superb (continental and hot plates). Service at breakfast is excellent, Jasmine knew what we wanted by the second morning (oat milk cappuccino!). Kind and friendly staff!

We had pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean and pillows, towels are super white, despite hotel is not new. Receptionist Leonardo was really helpful and friendly. Hotel location is superb. Oh and breakfasts were full of different choices.
Very nice staff, clean, nothing to complain about, and a great location. Unfortunately, all this is spoiled by the lack of soundproofing, both between rooms and outside noise. A tram passes nearby, making you feel like you're on the sidewalk. I was in room 234; the parquet floor is extremely noisy, so be careful. Despite the €25 a night garage, take it as a guide, or you might get a nice surprise when...
The location is perfect, right in front of the station. However, the outlets and refrigerator didn't work, which was a problem. I'm not sure if it was worth the price.
Close to train stations Clean room and good service
The hotel service is very good, and it feels very safe and the service is also good
The room was nice and large, with a retro decor. The first floor lobby has plenty of seating and is warm in the winter, perfect for chatting with friends downstairs. It's very close to the train station, very convenient.

This upscale hotel is located in a prime area of the old town. Nearby attractions such as the Egyptian Museum, Roman Street, the Church of Turin, and the Central Railway Station are all within walking distance. The hotel even boasts a Michelin-starred restaurant, a pleasant surprise… After unlocking the massive wooden door and entering the building, another door leads to a spacious and tall staircase...
Is a 4 star hotel. I've to give it 5star as we paid only Euro 225 for a very big room. The staff are all so nice too. When you arrive, you'll be shocked as it is a wooden entrance as if belong to someone's house and locked. But it is actually link to another swankier hotel around the corner call Grand Hotel Sitea. If you're fit and don't mind stairs and love old buildings, then Royal palace will suit...
The location is excellent. Just a few blocks from Piazza San Carlo. Restaurants on via Alberto excellent including the hotel bistro and bar. The desk staff is helpful and pleasant. Loved Jose. Interesting outdoor breakfast with turtles in the garden. Highly recommend.
Well, let's just say the building itself seems to be the biggest selling point. But I seriously suspect Ctrip is just stirring things up. With facilities like this, I wouldn't doubt it even if it weren't rated 5 stars. Absolutely not recommended. 5000 RMB a night? What a rip-off! The ceiling is peeling, the walls are like a guesthouse, the furniture is like a cheap motel, and the electrical panels...
Wow! This hotel experience was one of the best ever. The staff, particularly the reception clerk and the butler for the suites property, were beyond attentive, helpful, and supportive. The room was incredible, but the service was over the top!
This was our second stay in one year… absolutely the place to stay in Torino. In addition to the beautiful suites…. We stayed in the royal suite last year and Room 602 this year…the service is impeccable… made all the better by Marco the butler. We want Torino to stay quiet so don’t go! But we love it and will only stay here! Just a note of explanation…. The suites are in an ancient building across...

I reckon it's a decade or more since I decided this was my one/only go-to in Torino; absolutely no regrets there. This past week was a 3-night stay and I can report it was flawless, seamless and totally enjoyable. The team here is warm, genuine and goes out of their way to make a difference. It's 4 minute's walk to Spezie Metro station, there are bars/cafe and anything else one could want within the...
The room is spacious and clean. However, it needs an update. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is superb! Very generous and a lot of variety! It is near the conference center.
Perfect hotel to get to and from the lingotto center the subway and by walking I would just like to thank the entire staff team for their wonderful hospitality throughout my stay right up until the checkout when they helped me find a local optician and told me not to worry about my luggage whilst I quickly went to fix my glasses! I’ve forgotten the lady at the front desks name but I do hope you see...
This hotel is located in Lingotto, a once industrial sector of the city. There are plaques that tell the history of the buildings and area. The metro is inexpensive clean and safe joyous can easily get to the tourist sector. The train is not as easy even though you can see the Lingotto train station from the hotel. All meals can easily be gotten from the many cafes and restaurants near the hotel...
The room was spacious and fairly well-equipped, except there was no kettle for boiling water. The room was clean and hygienic. I arrived at the hotel very late last night and checked out early this morning, so I don't know much about the surrounding area.
Very beautiful and nice hotel, huge rooms with big windows, the view could be better Very average breakfast and gym

Great hotel, we'll positioned and quiet. Breakfast was good, and reception were helpful
Great hotel in central Torino. The room was comfortable but I couldn’t get the air conditioning to work so had to open a window. Breakfast was good with both hot and cold options. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful.
Room was very clean, updated and bed was comfortable. Hotel itself has basic services. There are many better places in the area to eat. We just were looking for a clean room to sleep that was in walking distance to the town centre and this was oerfect
Very helpful staff. Great location! However, the room was extremely tiny and the closed windows could not solve the extremely big noise during the night time!
Good Friendly staff and nice hotel
Hotel was fine, although room was a bit warm. Long lines for check-in.

Great hotel, Food in restaurant was excellent. Rooms are spacious and very clean with a well stocked minibar. Very clean and super friendly staff. The hotel is close to the main train station and the major attractions in the city centre.
Great and beautiful hotel. Everything was perfect except my room: it was too hot and no matter how hard I tried I could not turn down the temperature. Others in our big group of coworkers had the same issue. So sadly I didn’t get much sleep. The shower would not get as hot as I wanted but it was ok. Overall a nice stay but when I got back I needed to recover from my sleep deprivation
Thank you to the team at Principi. We had some difficulties with the air-conditioning in our room, but were genuinely impressed by how professionally the situation was handled. Silvia was outstanding. She worked extremely hard to manage the problem, kept us fully informed and, above all, made us feel listened to and welcome. She really did make our stay special, and is a real credit to the hotel...
Just one complaint . I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of the reception staff member today, whose name is Christian A. He charged an additional amount of €55 on my wife’s card for two days of parking. When I informed him that there was a mistake and that the car was parked for only one night and that he should refund the €55, he laughed and said that the amount was small...
We had an exceptional time at this hotel. The staff, the spa, and the location were all perfect. We are on a three week trip in Italy, and had some disappointing hospitality experiences until our stay here. The staff was not aware that we booked this trip as part of our honeymoon, and still went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Thank you to the staff and management of Principi di Piedmonte...
Our stay was excellent. The hotel is in a great location with easy walking distance to many stores and restaurants, and about 10 minutes walk to the train station. The staff were all very friendly and spoke good English. The room was wonderful. We stayed in a junior suite and it had plenty of room. The bathroom was quite nice and the bed was comfortable. Great views from the 6th floor and not too loud...

Safe and Good location. Just take a short tram ride to  beautiful old town. Room is quite basic and small but functionals. Kettle is provided with some tea sachet. No coffee.  But made up by the owner by offering us an appretif before our dinner.  Buffet breakfast is reasonably price @€9.00. Refer to photos.  Valet parking only €15/day right in front of the hotel. Very good and reasonable.

Convenient location near the railway station, main attractions are 20 minutes walk away, comfortable beds, standard breakfasts, the hotel is suitable for 2-3 days of stay
What a place. The photos don't do it justice. I stayed here for 10 nights in March and it was fantastic. The style is typical of the area. The staff could not be better. They really make the place what it is. Every person I met who worked there could not be more friendly or more helpful. Good location - less than 10 minute walk from the main train station. If you're looking for somewhere to stay...
Stopped here at the beginning of our holiday in February. Really good location, about 10 mins walk from the main train station. And lots of restaurants and mini markets near by. All the staff in the hotel are very friendly and happy to help with local advice. Good range of food for breakfast including Gluten Free options. Then a good base to explore the central shopping area and palace.
Good hotel, friendly staff, good location and good breakfast.

Please book with Artua'&Solferino if you are visiting Torino! I was an American staying in Torino for two nights and this hotel exceeded my expectations. I had an absolutely fantastic time at the Artua & Solferino Hotel here in Turin. I was visiting the city for a conference and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to the city—10/10! The building has a beautiful historic charm, and both the rooms and the overall layout were stunning. One of the best features was the little balcony attached...
The room and bathroom were very clean, room was big, personal at reception were very helpful, polite sweet and serviceminded, in the room was hairdryer and tv, gel for shower, but there wasn’t any shampoo/conditioner. Breakfast was not buffet, but menu.
extremely adorable and well maintained family hotel. Very well located at 5 minutes of everything and very abordable fees. claudio his daughter and sons will do the utmost to make your stay comfortable. we had forgotten our laptop and Claudio immediately called us to ship it to us thank you again we ll come back
Great hotel, had one night here to watch the Tour de France stage. Prefect walking distance between both train stations. Staff were super helpful and freindly, welcomed with advice on city and getting about. M** Bun was a great recomendation for a Burger. Room was great and in keeping with the hotel vibe. You need to use the buzzer to get to reception thought the big door.
A last minute stay here, we had room 28 which was an attic apartment / room. Beautiful classic building , quirky spacious room with small balcony. Perfect central location . Accommodating staff. Quiet room. Nice breakfast . Lift or steps to access the 5th floor
