Is a 4 star hotel. I've to give it 5star as we paid only Euro 225 for a very big room. The staff are all so nice too. When you arrive, you'll be shocked as it is a wooden entrance as if belong to someone's house and locked. But it is actually link to another swankier hotel around the corner call Grand Hotel Sitea. If you're fit and don't mind stairs and love old buildings, then Royal palace will suit...

The location is excellent. Just a few blocks from Piazza San Carlo. Restaurants on via Alberto excellent including the hotel bistro and bar. The desk staff is helpful and pleasant. Loved Jose. Interesting outdoor breakfast with turtles in the garden. Highly recommend.

Well, let's just say the building itself seems to be the biggest selling point. But I seriously suspect Ctrip is just stirring things up. With facilities like this, I wouldn't doubt it even if it weren't rated 5 stars. Absolutely not recommended. 5000 RMB a night? What a rip-off! The ceiling is peeling, the walls are like a guesthouse, the furniture is like a cheap motel, and the electrical panels...

Wow! This hotel experience was one of the best ever. The staff, particularly the reception clerk and the butler for the suites property, were beyond attentive, helpful, and supportive. The room was incredible, but the service was over the top!

Excellent hotel with the best value for money

The room was spacious and the service was excellent. The location right next to the train station is very convenient. The restaurant was also quite good, and the included breakfast was decent. I also tried dinner, which was good too. It exceeded my expectations!

The hotel is located right next to the train station 🚉. After breakfast and collecting our luggage 🧳, we could walk right into the train station square in less than five minutes. Cleanliness: Why was the water from our room's kettle so cloudy? I don't understand. I hope the hotel will check the kettle in our room. We were given an upgraded room and our suite was huge - plenty of room for 4 people (and having 2 toilets is an excellent feature). Beds were comfy too. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to the train station, main tourist sights, and shopping areas.

Great location, staff and cleanliness!

Large rooms and great bathrooms. Do wish the rooms were a bit more modern in terms of the TVs, outlets, and wish carpet was cleaner or there was tile in the rooms. TV was very old with poor choices and there were no outlets or usb options near the bed making it difficult to charge my phone that I use for my alarm.

Good hotel, good price. But, for 5 stars you would expect a bit more. And, furthermore the rooms are very far away... we needed to walk to the first floor and then cross to the other block.

Room was really far away from main entrance. And its very difficult to reach exit because hotel has many blocks. Spa was not included. They offer only few hot dishes for breakfast. I think for a 5 stars hotel i would expect more.

Definitely not a 5 Star Hotel maybe 4, went for the kids club for our 7 yr old it was a joke, a bunch of kids crammed into a tinny room. Our room was very nice and large but It was so hot and only 1 small window opened we complained all 5 days and they did nothing. Staff not helpful at all

Location is 10 min walking from Torino Porta Nuova. Very close to via Roma and touristic area. Everything was perfect. The bathroom is good equipped.

For us, it was very convenient to be near the train station. The room was nice, clean and quiet. We did experience too short power outages overnight. The staff spoke English and was very friendly.

Very nice staff, clean, nothing to complain about, and a great location. Unfortunately, all this is spoiled by the lack of soundproofing, both between rooms and outside noise. A tram passes nearby, making you feel like you're on the sidewalk. I was in room 234; the parquet floor is extremely noisy, so be careful. The location is perfect, right in front of the station. However, the outlets and refrigerator didn't work, which was a problem. I'm not sure if it was worth the price.

The room was nice and large, with a retro decor. The first floor lobby has plenty of seating and is warm in the winter, perfect for chatting with friends downstairs. It's very close to the train station, very convenient.

The room was spacious and fairly well-equipped, except there was no kettle for boiling water. The room was clean and hygienic. I arrived at the hotel very late last night and checked out early this morning, so I don't know much about the surrounding area.

Safe and Good location. Just take a short tram ride to  beautiful old town. Room is quite basic and small but functionals. Kettle is provided with some tea sachet. No coffee.  But made up by the owner by offering us an appretif before our dinner.  Buffet breakfast is reasonably price @€9.00. Refer to photos.  Valet parking only €15/day right in front of the hotel. Very good and reasonable.

Stopped here at the beginning of our holiday in February. Really good location, about 10 mins walk from the main train station. And lots of restaurants and mini markets near by. All the staff in the hotel are very friendly and happy to help with local advice. Good range of food for breakfast including Gluten Free options. Then a good base to explore the central shopping area and palace.

It is a great place to stay in Turin, quiet and clean room, very kid friendly and friendly staff. My husband said if the breakfast has a bit better coffee quality, that would be just perfect. Well, we are in Italy, coffee drinker country, that will be good to have a good coffee for a pleasant morning :)

Great and beautiful hotel. Everything was perfect except my room: it was too hot and no matter how hard I tried I could not turn down the temperature. Others in our big group of coworkers had the same issue. So sadly I didn’t get much sleep. The shower would not get as hot as I wanted but it was ok. Just one complaint . I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of the reception staff member today, whose name is Christian A. He charged an additional amount of €55 on my wife’s card for two days of parking.
