Fantastic room , quality and luxurious throughout the hotel , happy helpful staff. Only let down was breakfast ( expensive for what was offered) poor hot food selection and quality, unusual for Hilton so disappointing. Eat out ! spoilt for choice would be the advice

First of all, it is worth recognizing the layout and comfort of the hotel room. But as a Hilton hotel, I think it does not meet the conditions. We were given an upgraded room and our suite was huge - plenty of room for 4 people (and having 2 toilets is an excellent feature). Beds were comfy too. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to the train station, main tourist sights, and shopping areas.

Hotel in the center a few steps from Piazza San Carlo. For the price paid (€170/night) for the room I expected something more, both from the room and from the breakfast included. Room too hot with very noisy and insufficient air conditioning; headboard and rear wall damaged by previous guests. Nice bathroom, large with shower and tub. I believe that for a hotel of this level it would be appropriate...

The rooms were quite large, and the hotel was beautiful, but the service was just so-so, and the cleanliness was unsatisfactory! The front desk staff were always cold and unfriendly; I don't know if Italians are just naturally unfriendly or if their training was inadequate.

Perfect location in the centre of town. Rooms could do with a few tweaks… more USB sockets, particularly next to the bed; a couple of types of pillow (bit firmer would have helped); a duvet in a duvet cover not just between two huge sheets; milk (even UHT) for the travellers who like a bit of milk in their morning tea; a shower that doesn’t require gymnastic ability to get in and out of the bath tub...

Perfect location, amazing blend of historic luxury and new tech amenities. The service was professional, friendly and top notch. They helped us with everything we needed, the breakfast was delicious. I have stayed in few different hotels in Torino but this was by far the best experience, definitely worth the price. The room was spacious and the service was excellent. The location right next to the train station is very convenient. The restaurant was also quite good, and the included breakfast was decent. I also tried dinner, which was good too. It exceeded my expectations!

The hotel is located right next to the train station 🚉. After breakfast and collecting our luggage 🧳, we could walk right into the train station square in less than five minutes. The hotel and spa are very clean and well maintained. They had all the amenities you can think of for a nice hotel. It is centrally located near the city center. Taxi to the airport was $33 and we flew to meet the flight

Great hotel with spa in the centre of town. Parking underneath too. Lovely breakfast. Spa was excellent and a swim in the indoor pool after a day of walking around beautiful Torino was very welcome.

Excellent hotel. Very well kept, feels like cared by it's own owners. Great atmosphere in the bar area, comfortable rooms and great location. Breakfast is superb (continental and hot plates). We had pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean and pillows, towels are super white, despite hotel is not new. Receptionist Leonardo was really helpful and friendly. Hotel location is superb. Oh and breakfasts were full of different choices.

A tram passes nearby, making you feel like you're on the sidewalk. I was in room 234; the parquet floor is extremely noisy, so be careful. The location is perfect, right in front of the station. However, the outlets and refrigerator didn't work, which was a problem. I'm not sure if it was worth the price.

The room was nice and large, with a retro decor. The first floor lobby has plenty of seating and is warm in the winter, perfect for chatting with friends downstairs. It's very close to the train station, very convenient.

Is a 4 star hotel. I've to give it 5star as we paid only Euro 225 for a very big room. The staff are all so nice too. When you arrive, you'll be shocked as it is a wooden entrance as if belong to someone's house and locked. But it is actually link to another swankier hotel around the corner call Grand Hotel Sitea. The location is excellent. Just a few blocks from Piazza San Carlo. Restaurants on via Alberto excellent including the hotel bistro and bar. The desk staff is helpful and pleasant. Loved Jose. Interesting outdoor breakfast with turtles in the garden. Highly recommend.

Well, let's just say the building itself seems to be the biggest selling point. But I seriously suspect Ctrip is just stirring things up. With facilities like this, I wouldn't doubt it even if it weren't rated 5 stars. Absolutely not recommended. 5000 RMB a night? What a rip-off! The ceiling is peeling, the walls are like a guesthouse, the furniture is like a cheap motel, and the electrical panels...

Wow! This hotel experience was one of the best ever. The staff, particularly the reception clerk and the butler for the suites property, were beyond attentive, helpful, and supportive. The room was incredible, but the service was over the top!

Perfect hotel to get to and from the lingotto center the subway and by walking I would just like to thank the entire staff team for their wonderful hospitality throughout my stay right up until the checkout when they helped me find a local optician and told me not to worry about my luggage whilst I quickly went to fix my glasses! This hotel is located in Lingotto, a once industrial sector of the city. There are plaques that tell the history of the buildings and area. The metro is inexpensive clean and safe joyous can easily get to the tourist sector. The train is not as easy even though you can see the Lingotto train station from the hotel. All meals can easily be gotten from the many cafes and restaurants near the hotel...

The room was spacious and fairly well-equipped, except there was no kettle for boiling water. The room was clean and hygienic. I arrived at the hotel very late last night and checked out early this morning, so I don't know much about the surrounding area.

Great and beautiful hotel. Everything was perfect except my room: it was too hot and no matter how hard I tried I could not turn down the temperature. Others in our big group of coworkers had the same issue. So sadly I didn’t get much sleep. The shower would not get as hot as I wanted but it was ok. Overall a nice stay but when I got back I needed to recover from my sleep deprivation

Just one complaint . I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of the reception staff member today, whose name is Christian A. He charged an additional amount of €55 on my wife’s card for two days of parking. When I informed him that there was a mistake and that the car was parked for only one night and that he should refund the €55, he laughed and said that the amount was small...

We had an exceptional time at this hotel. The staff, the spa, and the location were all perfect. We are on a three week trip in Italy, and had some disappointing hospitality experiences until our stay here. The staff was not aware that we booked this trip as part of our honeymoon, and still went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our stay was excellent. The hotel is in a great location with easy walking distance to many stores and restaurants, and about 10 minutes walk to the train station. The staff were all very friendly and spoke good English. The room was wonderful. We stayed in a junior suite and it had plenty of room. The bathroom was quite nice and the bed was comfortable. Great views from the 6th floor and not too loud...

What a place. The photos don't do it justice. I stayed here for 10 nights in March and it was fantastic. The style is typical of the area. The staff could not be better. Stopped here at the beginning of our holiday in February. Really good location, about 10 mins walk from the main train station. And lots of restaurants and mini markets near by. All the staff in the hotel are very friendly and happy to help with local advice. Good range of food for breakfast including Gluten Free options. Then a good base to explore the central shopping area and palace.

The room and bathroom were very clean, room was big, personal at reception were very helpful, polite sweet and serviceminded, in the room was hairdryer and tv, gel for shower, but there wasn’t any shampoo/conditioner. Breakfast was not buffet, but menu.

Great hotel, had one night here to watch the Tour de France stage. Prefect walking distance between both train stations. Staff were super helpful and freindly, welcomed with advice on city and getting about. M** Bun was a great recomendation for a Burger. Room was great and in keeping with the hotel vibe. You need to use the buzzer to get to reception thought the big door.

A last minute stay here, we had room 28 which was an attic apartment / room. Beautiful classic building , quirky spacious room with small balcony. Perfect central location . Accommodating staff. Quiet room. Nice breakfast . Lift or steps to access the 5th floor
