Torino, Via dell'Arcivescovado 18 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Hotel in the center a few steps from Piazza San Carlo. For the price paid (€170/night) for the room I expected something more, both from the room and from the breakfast included
Fantastic room , quality and luxurious throughout the hotel , happy helpful staff. Only let down was breakfast ( expensive for what was offered) poor hot food selection and quality, unusual for Hilton so disappointing
Eat out ! spoilt for choice would be the advice
Stayed here with my 3 siblings for 1 night. We booked a quad room and the front desk kindly upgraded us to a suite which was so lovely of them. Breakfast was continental style but they made cooked breakfast upon request
The staff was excellent. Thank you!
When we finished checking in, the reception desk called a staff member from nowhere to help push the luggage, but the staff member seemed unwilling to help me push the luggage, because he even wanted to push all the suitcases into the elevator where I was and turn around and leave, but he did not succeed because the elevator could not accommodate him

Yes, it was such a wonderful experience! We stayed 4 nights in the beginning of September for our very first visit to Turin
I had the best time in majestic hote
Overall, it's a very good hotel. I arrived very late at the hotel, and the front desk was very welcoming. It's very close to the train station. I didn't give a bad review of the breakfast
Nice service, the staffs are very nice and helpful! Best location and very close to train station, will book again!
Convenient location, clean room, great service. Highly recommended for any travellers!!!!
There was no bottled water, but snacks were provided
Torino, Piazza Carlo Emanuele II, 15 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
As you enter the room, you'll immediately notice the refreshing sense of cleanliness and spaciousness, accentuated by the high ceiling. However, the true delight comes with the breakfast experience
Super nice location and amenities. Breakfast is to die for and cosy place. Service could really be better given the price
Great location in the centre of Turin. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful old building with comfortable rooms.
Sagging mattress, uncomfortable
Uncomfortable wool pillows
We didn't sleep well
Not worth the price paid
Terrible breakfast
Parking being limited to the capacity of customers, should be booked before arrival, however this information was communicated to us at check in causing us serious inconvenience considering the central location of the hotel and especially our late arrival time at the hotel which...
Fantastic hotel, centrally located and with excellent service
You can book this in advance! When we were leaving and picking up our car, the staff left a note in our car saying they washed our front window screen - it was such a lovely surprise! The staff were friendly and the room was clean and the bed was amazing
Torino, Via Carlo Alberto, 35 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Spa (wellness centre) was way overpriced so we went elsewhere…plenty of decent options around. (Use of the wellness centre was an extra €35 and massage treatments started at €120 pp
Perfect location in the centre of town
Rooms could do with a few tweaks… more USB sockets, particularly next to the bed; a couple of types of pillow (bit firmer would have helped); a duvet in a duvet cover not just between two huge sheets; milk (even UHT) for the travellers who like a bit of milk in their morning tea; a shower that doesn’t require gymnastic ability to get in and out of the bath tub and an extractor fan that works for those...
They all looked happy to work there which makes me happy to support the hotel as it seems very well run! Generally, the hotel had a lovely atmosphere. The rooms were very clean, elegant and comfortable, with AC
The only big minus is that the hotel is undergoing renovation work, which is very noisy and starts at 9 am. Therefore, if you like to sleep, then you better look for an alternative
The location is great, close to the train station, in walking distance to any of the museums, to the river and to many great restaurants. It’s a safe and lively area even at night
Ascending the stairs is a central hall where an elegant butler in a tailcoat often sits. He politely stands up and smiles upon seeing guests. The Royal Palace Suite's door is located in a corner of the central hall
Historic building in the center of Turin with an elegant and refined entrance hall, the stairs leading to the princely suites and the living room were the backdrop to the photo shoot. SUPER CLEAN AND SCENTED SUITE
This upscale hotel is located in a prime area of the old town. Nearby attractions such as the Egyptian Museum, Roman Street, the Church of Turin, and the Central Railway Station are all within walking distance
Just a few blocks from Piazza San Carlo. Restaurants on via Alberto excellent including the hotel bistro and bar. The desk staff is helpful and pleasant. Interesting outdoor breakfast with turtles in the garden
I've to give it 5star as we paid only Euro 225 for a very big room. The staff are all so nice too. When you arrive, you'll be shocked as it is a wooden entrance as if belong to someone's house and locked
Towels are clean but I wish they change the toiletries as they have a rich smell which is just too much for me. The water in the paper bottles also has a smell even after boiling it
I was nervous when they didn't have my reservation on hand upon arrival and the man at the desk didn't speak English, but they actually did a really good job. The room was nice with a really cool shower
We especially like the attitude towards customers, all the hotel employees are very nice and friendly, always ready to help you
Lovely room (comfortable bed & large bathroom too!), warm friendly staff, classy common area, good breakfast and convenient location across from train station, which felt safe still
Beautiful hotel, clean, very nice. The location is great and convenient if you are with a lot of luggage and you go to Torino by train, just a source port new
Very good Hotel, clean and comfortable; Skilled staff. Would recommend
Good rooms, adequate breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location
Conveniently located by the train station and center of the city. Lots of sound transfer from the hallway
The hotel was very nice and comfortable, and the breakfast was quite good. The front desk staff were also very welcoming. I stayed with friends, and the housekeeping was prompt.
It's centrally located, within walking distance of all the sights. There's paid parking near the entrance; it's about 20 euros a day. Inside, the hotel is like a maze; we even got a little lost
The hotel is very good value for money, close to the center and restaurants and shops. Excellent breakfast and coffee. I'll definitely be back.
Stayed only one night, but very comfortable room, bed, bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious and varied breakfast. Lots of staff on hand. Great location.
Look forward to returning.
Old hotel but still ok. Breakfast was best one I ever had in a 4 star hotel, great variety lovely arranged. Have been there twice, will come again.
Georgia greeted us, checked us in quickly and arranged for our car to be parked right outside the front entrance, great staff! Fantastic, quite, centrally located hotel right in the heart of Turino.
Great hotel in a very nice location close to a lot of cool bars, restaurants and the city centre of Turin. Would definitely stay here again. The rooms are super clean, comfy beds and a nice little balcony
Great location close to the station and city center. Tasty breakfast. Comfortable rooms. We enjoyed our stay here and would come back again!
Beautiful hotel, excellent location, very clean. Rooms with AC and all the amenities. Breakfast was excellent. And of course, pet friendly (we didn’t payed anything for them)! 🐕👏❤️
Not far from city centre and tourist attractions. We walked to all places in fact!
Amazing location, near the shops, across from the station and in centre of town… staff at the hotel were very pleasant… room very comfortable… big selection at breakfast
Torino, Via Piero Gobetti, 15 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is close to the main train station and the major attractions in the city centre
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of the reception staff member today, whose name is Christian A. He charged an additional amount of €55 on my wife’s card for two days of parking
When I informed him that there was a mistake and that the car was parked for only one night and that he should refund the €55, he laughed and said that the amount was small and not worth double-checking
She is the kind of manager every hotel and restaurant wants: discreetly keeping an eye on staff and service, making things runs smoothly while always having a warm smile for guests
Thank you to the team at Principi. We had some difficulties with the air-conditioning in our room, but were genuinely impressed by how professionally the situation was handled
I then told him that I was uncomfortable with the way he handled the situation and asked him to bring someone else to speak with to resolve the issue
Breakfast was indulgent with attentive service and delicious offerings
Excellent hotel with the best value for money
When we checked in at night, they told us there was a bar on the sixth floor where we could get something to eat, but we just went to sleep and didn't go. The breakfast was really great, with a wide variety of options
City centre location and in easy walking distance. Book directly with the hotel website
If there would be 6 stars for a facility it would go to this hotel. Great team that runs the place, Amazing large rooms, italian design in good taste, superb breakfeast included , available parking
The hotel is located right next to the train station 🚉. After breakfast and collecting our luggage 🧳, we could walk right into the train station square in less than five minutes
Torino, Corso Regina Margherita, 128 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
They provided a towel
Also there are lockers in every room (the lock itself for additional cost, anyway you can bring yours )
Nice kitchen with everything you’ll probably need
The only thing I would add - curtains for the bad, cause the sleeping place was only fenced for 1/3
A very clean and comfortable hostel to stay in — with cozy mattresses, a kitchen, and the possibility to wash and dry your clothes. In the evening there are parties and a bar, so you definitely won’t be bored
We booked a 3 person room as we were travelling as a group of 3 friends and it was the perfect room with two bathrooms. pillows and bed could be a little more comfortable but it is what it is
It’s very pleasant to stay with combo. The bathroom is clean. The bed is much wider than I expected.
Just the location is a little bit northern area.
Everything was full with good vibes, special thanks to the cafeteria staff, very helpful, and cheerful,
much recommended
Overall it was clean - the bad, 2 bathrooms and everything else
Torino, Via Porta Palatina, 19 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Perfect location… parking under the hotel right in the city centre
Very well located with many nice bars and restaurants nearby, and the possibility of visiting many historical sites on foot.
Very clean.
Very comfortable rooms.
Very friendly staff.
Customer service was great, the breakfast had a good selection of items, and the location is near the city center.
Great stay overall. It's not very soundproof, you can hear neighbors talking. Excellent staff, Federica helped our group immensely.
Great! The welcome kit for my dog was much appreciated!
If I go back to Turin, I will go back to this hotel. It is located in the old town, which is good for sightseeing, and the hotel was clean and comfortable
A beautiful, luxurious spa hotel in the heart of Turin. The room was exquisite, the spa, fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond for a special birthday trip. Highly recommend.
The hotel and spa are very clean and well maintained. They had all the amenities you can think of for a nice hotel. It is centrally located near the city center
Great hotel with spa in the centre of town. Parking underneath too. Lovely breakfast. Spa was excellent and a swim in the indoor pool after a day of walking around beautiful Torino was very welcome.
Easy to reach the hotel and from the hotel to the city. Excellent service and hospitality. The cocktails are original and breakfast has many options. We had a wonderful time in the garden and at the hotel
This is our second time staying here. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good with many offerings. We will definitely stay here again
Very well kept, feels like cared by it's own owners. Great atmosphere in the bar area, comfortable rooms and great location. Breakfast is superb (continental and hot plates)
The location is excellent – right next to Porta Nuova station and within easy walking distance of the historic centre, cafés and restaurants. Perfect for exploring the city. Friendly staff and very good value for money
You can walk to the centre of Turin fairly quickly if you are looking to visit some of the historical sites
I will, however, give only 3 stars for the location because of its proximity to the train station, in spite of the hotel being close to the city center, so expect all sorts of people to be around in the area
It's so convenient, the hotel is right next to the train station. There is a Michelin restaurant nearby, with a retro menu and two set menus, each priced at €35/person, which is both delicious and cost-effective.
Room - was comfortable and although near the train station it was very quiet. The hotel is located near a lot of shops and restraunts if you fancy an evening stroll. Staff are very friendly and were helpful
The room was quite clean and close to the train station, which was convenient for catching the train the next day. But we were still assigned the last room at the end
Torino, Via Paolo Sacchi, 14/B, 10128 Turin, Podgornyy, Italiya (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
We had pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean and pillows, towels are super white, despite hotel is not new. Receptionist Leonardo was really helpful and friendly
Oh and breakfasts were full of different choices
The room was nice and large, with a retro decor. The first floor lobby has plenty of seating and is warm in the winter, perfect for chatting with friends downstairs. It's very close to the train station, very convenient.
An excellent hotel in the city center. The staff is very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms are large, comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast is hearty and served with all safety precautions
Close to train stations
Clean room and good service
The hotel service is very good, and it feels very safe and the service is also good
Torino, Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, 47 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
They speak perfect english and even helped us out getting to the airport during a national taxi strike
Great hotel, we'll positioned and quiet. Breakfast was good, and reception were helpful
We just were looking for a clean room to sleep that was in walking distance to the town centre and this was oerfect
The room was comfortable but I couldn’t get the air conditioning to work so had to open a window. Breakfast was good with both hot and cold options. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful
Nice and affordable hotel in the middle of the city. The best part of the hotel is the awesome private wellness area with sauna and whirlpool and the outstanding service of the staff
The hotel part renovated, part new, very nice and modern.
Staff very kind, breakfast super, the location perfect in the centre of Torino from the railway station of porta nuova.
Torino, Via San Francesco D'assisi 21 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Great location in city centre, nice staff, quite a wide range of continental breakfast included, quite & tidy room. Walking distance to many attractions, restaurants & café in neighbourhood, supermarket downstairs
It was a nice place located at the center of the city
Access to the train station by foot and nice sorroundings.
Very secure too
I stayed for one night with my girlfriend and we had a great time. Central location so you can easily reach the main squares of the city and 10/15 minutes walk from Porta Nuova station
The room is small but functional, it has everything you need and nothing is missing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The only flaw is the breakfast buffet: it contains few choices
The location is good as it is close to the city center however the area from the to hotel to the city center (around 200m) is full of drunk people and doesn't suit families coming back walking from the center during the night time
The location is excellent, right next to the train station. The building is old, but the facilities are modern and convenient. The room is very cost-effective. The front desk is friendly and the service is professional
Via Roma is right across from the station, so you don't need to take a car for shopping or strolling. The hotel is quite modern, and the lobby is very clean and suitable for meeting friends
The breakfast is plentiful, and you can even order a cappuccino from the waiter. There's an elevator and spacious staircases, making it comfortable for children
I booked a double room for my son and his partner and this hotel was ideal being near both our place and the airport bus stop. It was a really busy weekend so prices were unusually high
The gentleman at reception was very friendly and could speak several languages and the hotel exuded a kind of old world charm, like time had stopped somewhere some time ago
The rooms are spacious, bright, and on a higher floor, and the linens are quite nice. Breakfast was also decent. Its convenient location near the train station makes it a good choice, and I'd consider staying here again.
Good location for the central station. Hotel is being upgraded so there are some areas that seem unfinished. Staff for friendly and room was nice
It's on the nicer side as Holiday Inns go. My room and bathroom were large and clean. It's just a few meters from the main train station of Turin and is easy walking distance from the main part of the city
Good experience in this hotel as the staffs are very friendly and helpful , clean and spacious for family of two or three
recently renovated, everything perfect except that the door is not soundproof, a bit noisy in the morning
However, parking is inconvenient; there are only parking spaces at the entrance, and you have to buy a ticket yourself. Service: The service is quite good and very friendly, but the breakfast is just so-so
Thought it was excellent. Centrally located, friendly Staff and a great breakfast x
The hotel reception is very nice and cozy, and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Via Garibaldi in Torino. There’s even a Juventus shop next door for fans
Cosy, Good location near city center
The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the old town, super close to the Royal Palace and all the main attractions. You just step out and walk a block back to reach the heart of the sights
Easily access at Real Palace and all city centre places.
Very good hotel and rooms, friendly service and a beautiful part of town close to the centre.
