Yes, it was such a wonderful experience! We stayed 4 nights in the beginning of September for our very first visit to Turin

Overall, it's a very good hotel. I arrived very late at the hotel, and the front desk was very welcoming. It's very close to the train station. I didn't give a bad review of the breakfast

Fantastic hotel, centrally located and with excellent service

You can book this in advance! When we were leaving and picking up our car, the staff left a note in our car saying they washed our front window screen - it was such a lovely surprise! The staff were friendly and the room was clean and the bed was amazing

Spa (wellness centre) was way overpriced so we went elsewhere…plenty of decent options around. (Use of the wellness centre was an extra €35 and massage treatments started at €120 pp

Rooms could do with a few tweaks… more USB sockets, particularly next to the bed; a couple of types of pillow (bit firmer would have helped); a duvet in a duvet cover not just between two huge sheets; milk (even UHT) for the travellers who like a bit of milk in their morning tea; a shower that doesn’t require gymnastic ability to get in and out of the bath tub and an extractor fan that works for those...

They all looked happy to work there which makes me happy to support the hotel as it seems very well run! Generally, the hotel had a lovely atmosphere. The rooms were very clean, elegant and comfortable, with AC

The only big minus is that the hotel is undergoing renovation work, which is very noisy and starts at 9 am. Therefore, if you like to sleep, then you better look for an alternative

The location is great, close to the train station, in walking distance to any of the museums, to the river and to many great restaurants. It’s a safe and lively area even at night

Hotel in the center a few steps from Piazza San Carlo. For the price paid (€170/night) for the room I expected something more, both from the room and from the breakfast included

Fantastic room , quality and luxurious throughout the hotel , happy helpful staff. Only let down was breakfast ( expensive for what was offered) poor hot food selection and quality, unusual for Hilton so disappointing

Stayed here with my 3 siblings for 1 night. We booked a quad room and the front desk kindly upgraded us to a suite which was so lovely of them. Breakfast was continental style but they made cooked breakfast upon request

When we finished checking in, the reception desk called a staff member from nowhere to help push the luggage, but the staff member seemed unwilling to help me push the luggage, because he even wanted to push all the suitcases into the elevator where I was and turn around and leave, but he did not succeed because the elevator could not accommodate him

The hotel is located right next to the train station 🚉. After breakfast and collecting our luggage 🧳, we could walk right into the train station square in less than five minutes

We had pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean and pillows, towels are super white, despite hotel is not new. Receptionist Leonardo was really helpful and friendly

Just a few blocks from Piazza San Carlo. Restaurants on via Alberto excellent including the hotel bistro and bar. The desk staff is helpful and pleasant. Interesting outdoor breakfast with turtles in the garden

I've to give it 5star as we paid only Euro 225 for a very big room. The staff are all so nice too. When you arrive, you'll be shocked as it is a wooden entrance as if belong to someone's house and locked

Towels are clean but I wish they change the toiletries as they have a rich smell which is just too much for me. The water in the paper bottles also has a smell even after boiling it

They speak perfect english and even helped us out getting to the airport during a national taxi strike

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of the reception staff member today, whose name is Christian A. He charged an additional amount of €55 on my wife’s card for two days of parking

When I informed him that there was a mistake and that the car was parked for only one night and that he should refund the €55, he laughed and said that the amount was small and not worth double-checking

She is the kind of manager every hotel and restaurant wants: discreetly keeping an eye on staff and service, making things runs smoothly while always having a warm smile for guests

Thank you to the team at Principi. We had some difficulties with the air-conditioning in our room, but were genuinely impressed by how professionally the situation was handled

The location is good as it is close to the city center however the area from the to hotel to the city center (around 200m) is full of drunk people and doesn't suit families coming back walking from the center during the night time

I booked a double room for my son and his partner and this hotel was ideal being near both our place and the airport bus stop. It was a really busy weekend so prices were unusually high

It's on the nicer side as Holiday Inns go. My room and bathroom were large and clean. It's just a few meters from the main train station of Turin and is easy walking distance from the main part of the city

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the old town, super close to the Royal Palace and all the main attractions. You just step out and walk a block back to reach the heart of the sights

The double rooms are very spacious. Only wish for the bar to be open a little longer in the evenings, and for the lunch service to be a little quicker. Very minor problems, in all a really nice experience staying here

Large rooms and great bathrooms. Do wish the rooms were a bit more modern in terms of the TVs, outlets, and wish carpet was cleaner or there was tile in the rooms

TV was very old with poor choices and there were no outlets or usb options near the bed making it difficult to charge my phone that I use for my alarm

Location, budget price and the Mozart connection were the prime attractions of this hotel as it's about a 10 minute walk to Piazza Castello and five minutes from several outdoor restaurants that were bustling

The downsides are that the rooms are a bit small and the air conditioning isn't particularly powerful, but everything else is great. Several of the receptionists were very friendly and answered many of our questions

Some of the aspects of the room were perhaps eccentric - the bubble of a bathroom set within the room, the absence of a bedside table. But a fabulous painted ceiling and interesting furniture

And the homemade chocolate cake served at breakfast was the finest I have ever had

Quiet and in an interesting residential area. A splendid house which was the house of an artist - Carlo Stratti. I had a lovely big quiet room with a bathroom. The door had a real key not a card

A very clean and comfortable hostel to stay in — with cozy mattresses, a kitchen, and the possibility to wash and dry your clothes. In the evening there are parties and a bar, so you definitely won’t be bored

We booked a 3 person room as we were travelling as a group of 3 friends and it was the perfect room with two bathrooms. pillows and bed could be a little more comfortable but it is what it is

It’s very pleasant to stay with combo. The bathroom is clean. The bed is much wider than I expected. Just the location is a little bit northern area.
